Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to specific embodiments and figures 1-2.
As shown in fig. 1, a smart medical waste temporary warehouse of the present invention comprises a waste storage device and a waste management device which are integrally arranged, wherein the waste storage device comprises a pathological waste temporary storage room 1, a chemical waste temporary storage room 2, a pharmaceutical waste temporary storage room 3, a damaged waste temporary storage room 4 and an infectious waste temporary storage room 5, the 5 waste temporary storage rooms are divided by a partition plate 20, and a temporary storage room door 19 is arranged at the outer side of each waste temporary storage room. The back plate, the top plate, the bottom plate, the temporary storage room door 19 and the partition plate 20 of each waste temporary storage room are all made of 304 stainless steel plates, and 10cm polyurethane heat preservation plates are clamped between the 304 stainless steel plates. All waste temporary storage rooms of the waste storage device are internally provided with temporary storage room illuminating lamps 22 and ultraviolet sterilizing lamps. A plurality of medical waste turnover boxes are arranged in all waste temporary storage rooms of the waste storage device. The waste management means comprises a plant room 14 and a temperature controlled clean room 21. An emergency UPS system 7, a video recorder 8, a router 9, a control system 12, an RFID information acquisition system 13 and an electronic scale 18 are arranged in the equipment room 14. The front panel of the equipment room 14 is also provided with a man-machine interaction interface 15 and a printer 16, and an electronic scale 18 is arranged in the equipment room 14 and can be unlocked and pulled out from the front panel of the equipment room 14. The electronic scale 18 was a stainless steel weighing table, and the weighing accuracy was 0.01kg. The top of the equipment room 14 is also provided with a video monitoring camera 6. The temperature-controlled clean room 21 includes the constant temperature system 10 and the air cleaning device 11. The temperature-controlled cleaning room 21 communicates with the waste storage device through a pipe for temperature control and air cleaning of the waste storage device. The video recorder 8, the RFID information acquisition system 13, the electronic scale 18, the man-machine interaction interface 15, the printer 16 and the video monitoring camera 6 are respectively in communication connection with the control system 12. The control system 12 is connected with the router 9, and the router 9 exchanges data or communicates with the mobile phone APP or a remote computer, so that the mobile phone APP or the remote computer is convenient to review and monitor. The temporary storage room door 19 is provided with a door lock and an electronic lock system 17, and the electronic lock system 17 is connected with the control system 12 for double theft prevention. The emergency UPS system 7 is connected to the components in the waste management device and to an electronic lock system 17 on a temporary storage door 19 for normal operation of the equipment when powered down. In this embodiment, the electronic lock system 17 is an intelligent coded lock. . The thermostatic system 10 and the air cleaning device 11 are also connected to a control system 12 for controlling the temperature in the waste storage device and the air cleaning problem. The RFID information acquisition system 13 mainly comprises an RFID reader-writer, a medical waste RFID electronic tag and an RFID information transmission part 3. The medical waste RFID electronic tag is attached to the outer side of a medical waste bag, and the RFID reader-writer reads information on the medical waste RFID electronic tag and then sends the information to the RFID information transmission component which is used for timely transmitting the information on the medical waste RFID electronic tag to the control system 12.
In this embodiment, the router 9 is a 4G wireless router 9. The control system 12 is a PLC computer control system. The human-computer interaction interface 15 adopts a 19-inch capacitive touch all-in-one machine. The temperature in each waste temporary storage chamber is kept at-5 to 5 ℃.
In the present embodiment, the constant temperature system 10 and the air cleaning device 11 are disposed one above the other in terms of the arrangement of the respective components. The equipment room 14 and the temperature control purification room 21 are arranged in tandem. The waste storage device and the waste management device are arranged left and right. The 5 waste temporary storage rooms are integrated with movable equipment, so that the loading and unloading are convenient.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific operation method of the intelligent medical waste temporary warehouse in and out includes the following steps:
A. The warehouse entry operation steps are as follows:
Step one: medical waste RFID electronic tags and seals are attached to the outer sides of bags filled with medical waste in departments, the medical waste types and department information are recorded by the tags, and the medical waste types and department information are conveyed to intelligent medical waste temporary storage positions by staff.
Step two: the staff clicks on the man-machine interaction interface 15 on the temporary storage, enters the computer of the control system through card swiping or password, clicks on the 'warehouse entry start' button, automatically unlocks the electronic scale 18, withdraws the electronic scale 18 to prepare for weighing, and the man-machine interaction interface 15 displays a warehouse entry page and realizes real-time updating.
Step three: the staff puts 1 bagged medical waste on the electronic scale 18, and at this moment, the electronic scale 18 automatically collects the weight into the computer, and meanwhile, the RFID information collection system 13 automatically collects (the collection time is completed within 0.5 s) the information of the medical waste RFID electronic tag stuck on the bag and uploads the information to the computer of the control system 12 through the RFID information transmission component. In the information acquisition process, voice prompt information acquisition is completed, and the information acquisition is divided into three states: ready acquisition, in acquisition and acquisition completed.
Step four: after the information acquisition is successful, the corresponding type temporary storage compartment door 19 is automatically opened, the empty medical waste turnover box in the temporary storage compartment door is taken out, and the bag after the information acquisition is put into the empty medical waste turnover box.
Step five: and according to the first step to the fourth step, weighing and information acquisition of the nth bagged medical waste are started. After the medical waste turnover box is filled, the medical waste turnover box is put into each corresponding waste temporary storage room which is opened, and n is a natural number which is larger than 1.
Step six: after all the bagged medical waste boxes are classified, the medical waste turnover boxes are put into an intelligent medical waste temporary warehouse, and the door is locked. Meanwhile, the system has a door closing forgetting alarm function.
Step seven: the electronic scale 18 is pushed into the library.
Step eight: clicking a 'warehouse-in completion' button on a touch screen on the man-machine interaction interface 15, and automatically generating a production department, types, quantity, weight, time and operators of medical wastes in warehouse-in at this time by the control system, storing and uploading the medical wastes to a mobile phone APP or a remote computer through a router 9, so that a user can review the medical wastes on the mobile phone APP or the remote computer.
Step nine: the weighing, information collection and warehousing of the medical waste are completed, and meanwhile, the control system 12 prompts the ex-warehouse time according to the warehousing time.
B. the operation step of ex-warehouse:
Step one: the medical waste disposal factory collection personnel enter the computer of the control system 12 through a card or password, a 'start of delivery' button is clicked, a man-machine interaction interface 15 displays a delivery page, all temporary storage doors 19 are opened, and loading is started.
Step two: the medical waste disposal plant collection personnel all move the medical waste turnover box containing the bagged medical waste to the transportation vehicle, and after the empty medical waste turnover box is put into the corresponding waste temporary storage room, the temporary storage room door 19 is closed, and the 'warehouse-out completion' button on the man-machine interaction interface 15 is clicked, so that the warehouse-out is completed. The existing stock is cleared, the operation of warehousing again is permitted, the screen of the man-machine interaction interface 15 displays the generation department, the type, the number, the weight, the operator and the date and time of the medical waste which is delivered to the warehouse, the data can be printed into paper for the collector to be reserved, the electronic data is uploaded to the mobile phone APP or a remote computer through the router 9, and the user can inquire the information of the delivery to the warehouse on the mobile phone APP or the remote computer. (the system has the alarm function of forgetting to close the door)
Step three: the medical waste transfer box is moved into the collection vehicle by the collector to the medical waste disposal factory.
