Abstract

Description
本发明涉及新型的、非气溶胶剃须凝胶组合物。
几十年来非气溶胶型剃须组合物以各种形式出现，这些形式包括棒形制品、杆形制品、霜剂和洗剂，且一般具有两种类型—起沫型，通常用刷施用，和非起沫型，通常用手指涂抹。起沫型主要是皂利，非起沫型是水包油型乳液剂。
本发明的目的是提供一种非气溶胶剃须组合物，它是透明的或清澈的凝胶体并能通过刷子、海绵或其它施用器具或者通过手指施用来获得泡沫，本发明进一步的目的是提供一种非气溶胶型剃须凝胶组合物，它具有优异的起沫性质和皮肤和须毛调理性能，与其它非气溶胶型剃须 产品相比，它能获得优异的剃须效果。
本发明包括清澈凝胶形式的非气溶胶剃须组合物，它包含(按重量百分数)：
(a)大约15-20％的肉豆蔻酸钾和棕榈酸钾的混合物，其中肉豆蔻酸与棕榈酸之比是大约2∶1；
(b)大约2-4％Oleth-20；

在以上配方中，为了保持低温透明性，使游离脂肪酸的量低于大约0.1％的水平是优选的。

如果认为必要或需要，还可以向上述配方中加入香料、染料和防腐剂。另外，可加入大约1.0％芦芸胶，以使过敏性皮肤不感到难受。在上述配方中引入大约0.0005～0.1％的氟化表面活性剂也是有利的，如可从杜邦购得的Zonyl FSK，Zonyl FSA或ZonylFSN氟化表面活性剂。
本技术领域的熟练人员很容易明白，上述配方中的一种或多种特定的组分可以用同类物质代替。例如，Oleth-20可用其它已知的润肤剂如Oleth-10或Laureth-23代替。月桂酰肌氨酸钠可被相当的肉豆蔻酰或cocoyl肌氨酸盐代替。山梨糖醇可被其它已知的保湿剂如甘油、丙二醇或Glycereth-26所代替。羟乙基纤维素可被其它已知的胶凝剂如瓜尔豆胶、十六烷基羟乙基纤维素，羟丙基纤维素或聚羟乙烯制剂所代替。PEG-150二硬脂酸酯可被其它已知的增稠剂如PEG-8二硬脂酸酯或PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯所代替。
本发明的剃须凝胶组合物通过以下操作过程来制备。在一搅拌混合器中将羟乙基纤维素分散在水中，并升温至大约80-85℃。当溶液温度达到65℃时，添加肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯和Oleth-20。在80-85℃下，当脂肪酸熔化并呈现均相时，将氢氧化钾水溶液缓慢加入，混合溶液直到均匀为止(大约30-60分钟)，从溶液取样检测游离脂肪酸，如果需要，用KOH调节，使游离脂肪酸水平降至0.1％或0.1％以下，或者，如果有游离碱，用肉豆蔻酸/棕榈酸(2∶1)调节。将溶液冷至35℃，在大约45℃时添加月桂酰肌氨酸钠(一起还可以有染料、香水和芦芸酸)，收集清澈凝胶形式的产物。
Claims (6)
1.一种清澈凝胶形式的非气溶胶型剃须组合物，它包括(按重量百分数)：
(a)大约15-20％的肉豆蔻酸钾和棕榈酸钾的混合物，其中肉豆蔻酸与棕榈酸之比是大约2∶1。
(b)大约2-4％Oleth-20；
(c)大约1-5％月桂酰肌氨酸钠；和
(d)大约1-2％的羟乙基纤维素，大约1-3％山梨糖醇，和大约1-2％PEG-150二硬脂酸酯；
以及余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1的非气溶胶型剃须组合物，其中游离脂肪酸的量低于大约0.1％。
3.根据权利要求2的非气溶胶型剃须组合物，它包括大约10.40％肉豆蔻酸，大约5.15％棕榈酸，大约3.66％氢氧化钾，大约3.00％Oleth-20大约2.25％月桂酰肌氨酸钠，大约1.50％山梨糖醇，大约1.47％羟乙基纤维素和大约1.38％PEG-150二硬脂酸酯。
4.根据权利要求3的非气溶胶型剃须组合物，进一步包括大约1.0％芦芸胶。
5.根据权利要求1的非气溶胶型剃须组合物，包括大约9.5％肉豆蔻酸，大约4.7％棕榈酸，大约3.3％氢氧化钾，大约3.0％Oleth-20，大约2.0％月桂酰肌氨酸钠，大约1.3％羟乙基纤维素，大约1.3％山梨糖醇和大约1.3％PEG-150二硬脂酸酯。
6.根据权利要求2的非气溶胶型剃须组合物，进一步包括大约0.0005～0.1％的氟化表面活性剂。
