Description
技术领域
本发明是一种绿色节能房屋,尤其是一种利用再生材料制作的木棉板、梁、檩、柱等产品组合装配而成的房屋,具有环保节能、保暖防火、轻体抗震效果的木棉被动式房屋。
背景技术
目前,城镇、农村住房大多数都是用砖和预制构件建造的。其缺点,一是粘土砖瓦破坏了大量的土地资源,不环保还减少耕地面积;二是现有的住房防灾害的性能差,地震、水害、火灾等造成大量的财产损失;三是房屋的保暖性能差,冬天能源浪费严重;四是造价高、资源浪费严重,增加了经济负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是针对现有房屋一是破坏了土地资源,减少耕地面积;二是现有的住房防灾害的性能差,地震、水害、火灾等造成大量的财产损失;三是房屋的保暖性能差,冬天能源浪费严重;四是建房造价高的问题,提供了一种创新型木棉被动式房屋,解决上述问题的具体技术方案如下:
木棉被动式房屋,包括柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)、木棉光伏瓦(4)、门窗(5)、木棉保温板(6)、太阳能换热装置(7),其特征在于木棉保温板(6)位于房屋的四周且和柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间采用榫卯插接,柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间的接触处也采用榫卯插接,木棉光伏瓦(4)固结于房屋顶部,门窗(5)设置于房屋的一侧,太阳能换热装置(7)设置于房屋一侧的下部;所述柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)均为以木棉为主料、冷胶凝材料为粘结剂凝结固化而成,所述门窗(5)采用三层两空结构并填充惰性气体;室内地面铺设彩釉木棉板;木棉光伏瓦(4)所产生的电能供照明和太阳能换热装置(7)使用。
本发明是用以再生材料(木棉)为主料制作的木棉保温板、梁、檩和柱等产品组合装配而成的房屋,产品在工厂预制成型,榫卯形状,(阻燃,防火A级)现场制作时搭积木,使用榫卯插接镶嵌的办法装配在一起,整个房屋隔音隔热,轻体抗震,阻燃防水,保暖恒温,具有良好的密闭性,能使室内持久的温控,纯属于绿色环保房屋。比现住房节省70-80%能源,节省造价40-60%,墙体采用木棉保温板,节省30-50%的装修费,本房屋广泛适用于城镇、农村及沿海和地震多发区。本发明改变了传统房屋的属性,节省了资源,改善了环境,降低了成本。

下面结合附图1,描述本发明的实施方式。
本发明包括柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)、木棉光伏瓦(4)、门窗(5)、木棉保温板(6)、太阳能换热装置(7)。
木棉保温板(6)位于房屋的四周且和柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间采用榫卯插接,柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间的接触处也采用榫卯插接。木棉保温板(6)是本发明人的授权专利(专利号ZL201520336716.9),是一种以木棉纤维为主料制作而成的高强保温环保建筑用板。
柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)均是以阻燃木棉为主料、以冷胶凝材料(无机胶凝材料)为粘结剂凝结固化而成,阻燃木棉纤维在产品中有牵、拉、钩、挂的作用,而且重量轻,强度好,保温效果好,这种有机废物木棉纤维的应用,有利于环保。
木棉光伏瓦(4)固结于房屋顶部,门窗(5)设置于房屋的一侧。木棉光伏瓦(4)是本发明人的授权专利(专利号ZL201820958542.3),是一种以木棉纤维为主料制作而成的建筑用瓦与光伏组件紧密组合在一起的屋顶用瓦,具有既能发电又能当瓦用,重量轻强度高,既保温又环保的优良性能。
太阳能换热装置(7)设置于房屋一侧的下部,其所需电能由木棉光伏瓦(4)提供。此装置可保证室内恒温和新风置换,本装置市场有售。
所述门窗(5)是采用三层两空(三层玻璃,玻璃之间留有空间)结构并在玻璃之间的空间内填充惰性气体的节能门窗,是目前很好的保暖隔热门窗,目前河北省高碑店顺达门窗厂有售。
室内地面铺设彩釉木棉板。彩釉木棉板是以木棉为主料的保温隔热板材,外表面再覆以冷凝色胶,使其具有更好的耐酸碱性能和更好的韧性及强度。
木棉光伏瓦(4)所产生的电能除室外的太阳能换热装置(7)使用外,还可供照明用。
本发明就是用再生材料(木棉)为主料制作木棉保温板、梁、檩和柱等产品,再组合装配而成的房屋,产品在工厂预制成所需的榫卯形状,现场制作时象搭积木一样使用榫卯插接镶嵌的办法装配在一起,降低了被动房的组合成本,整个房屋除门窗外很少使用金属部件,成本低,轻体抗震,阻燃防水,保暖恒温,清新舒适,经济实惠,具有良好的密闭性,属于绿色环保房屋,提高了大众的接受度,普及率很好。
