太阳能换热装置(7)设置于房屋一侧的下部,可以利用低能耗动力系统调节室内温度和新风置换,运行稳定能耗低,其所需电能由木棉光伏瓦(4)提供,不使用化石能源,本发明具有完全的被动式获取能源的能力。太阳能换热装置(7)可保证室内恒温和新风置换,保证了居室内温馨舒适。木棉光伏瓦(4)所产生的电能除室外的太阳能换热装置(7)使用外,还可供照明使用。
门窗(5)设置于房屋的一侧。所述门窗(5)是采用三层两空结构并填充惰性气体,市场有售。它是将相邻的两层玻璃之间留有空间,把玻璃的四周密封(三层玻璃,两层空间),并把玻璃之间的空间填充惰性气体,该门窗隔绝了室外冷热空气通过门窗对室内温度的侵袭,规避了冷热桥现象,减免室内使用主动温控系统(化石能源),降低了能源的消耗,是目前很好的保暖隔热节能门窗。
室内地面铺设性能优良的彩釉木棉板。彩釉木棉板是以木棉为主料的保温隔热防火板材,外表面再覆以冷凝色胶,使其具有更好的耐酸碱性能和更好的韧性及强度,耐磨环保又防腐。
木棉产品的导热系数很低,低于岩棉、纤维棉等无机棉团的导热系数,利 用木棉产品装配组合在一起的本发明,隔绝了室外的极端气温,降低了室内热能的消耗,保暖御寒效果很好。
本发明就是用再生材料阻燃木棉纤维为主料制作木棉保温板、梁、檩和柱等产品,再把这些产品组合装配成房屋。产品在工厂预制成所需的榫卯形状,现场制作时象搭积木一样,使用榫卯插接镶嵌的办法装配在一起,降低了被动房的组合成本,整个房屋除门窗外很少使用金属部件。本发明的梁、檩、柱、板,替代易氧化的钢构和不环保的硅酸盐来作为房屋建筑的结构型体,绿色环保,舒适宜居。
本发明成本低,轻体抗震,阻燃防水,保暖恒温,清新舒适,经济实惠,具有良好的气密性,超低能耗,防腐隔音隔热,抗冷冻耐高温,属于绿色环保房屋,提高了大众的接受度,普及率很好。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种木棉被动式房屋,包括柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)、木棉光伏瓦(4)、门窗(5)、木棉保温板(6)、太阳能换热装置(7),其特征在于木棉保温板(6)位于房屋的四周且和柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间采用榫卯插接,柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间的接触处也采用榫卯插接,木棉光伏瓦(4)固结于房屋顶部,门窗(5)设置于房屋的一侧,太阳能换热装置(7)设置于房屋一侧的下部;所述柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)均为以木棉为主料、冷胶凝材料为粘结剂凝结固化而成,所述门窗(5)采用三层两空结构并填充惰性气体;室内地面铺设彩釉木棉板;木棉光伏瓦(4)所产生的电能供照明和太阳能换热装置(7)使用。
