木棉被动式房屋,包括柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)、木棉光伏瓦(4)、门窗(5)、木棉保温板(6)、太阳能换热装置(7),其特征在于木棉保温板(6)位于房屋的四周且和柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间采用榫卯插接,柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间的接触处也采用榫卯插接,木棉光伏瓦(4)固结于房屋顶部,门窗(5)设置于房屋的一侧,太阳能换热装置(7)设置于房屋一侧的下部;所述柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)均为以木棉为主料、冷胶凝材料为粘结剂凝结固化而成,所述门窗(5)采用三层两空结构并填充惰性气体;室内地面铺设彩釉木棉板;木棉光伏瓦(4)所产生的电能供照明和太阳能换热装置(7)使用。
本发明是用以再生材料木棉为主料制作的木棉保温板、梁、檩和柱等产品 组合装配而成的房屋,具有A级防火的阻燃效果,产品在工厂预制成型,榫卯形状,现场制作房屋时搭积木,使用榫卯插接镶嵌的办法装配组合在一起即可。太阳能换热装置(7)所需电能由房屋顶部的木棉光伏瓦(4)提供,不需化石能源。整个房屋隔音隔热,轻体抗震,阻燃防水,保暖恒温,具有良好的气密性,能使室内持久的温控,纯属于绿色环保房屋。比现有住房节省90%以上能源,节省造价30%,墙体采用木棉保温板,节省20%的装修费。
本房屋广泛适用于城镇、农村及沿海和地震多发区。本发明改变了传统房屋的属性,节省了资源,改善了环境,降低了成本。

图中数字表示:1-柱,2-梁,3-檩,4-木棉光伏瓦,5-门窗,6-木棉保温板,7-太阳能换热装置。
下面结合附图1,描述本发明的实施方式。
本发明包括柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)、木棉光伏瓦(4)、门窗(5)、木棉保温板(6)、太阳能换热装置(7)。
木棉保温板(6)位于房屋的四周且和柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间采用榫卯插接,柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间的接触处也采用榫卯插接。木棉保温板(6)是本发明人的授权专利(专利号ZL201520336716.9),是一种以木棉为主料,以无机物的硅藻土、尾矿砂、粉煤灰、石砂、建筑垃圾等作为骨料添加制作而成的高强保温环保建筑用板。所述木棉为阻燃木棉纤维,是把有机物的废木材、废家具、枝丫材、农作物秸秆、山草苇竹等进行纤维化阻燃改性而成,
柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)均是以阻燃木棉为主料、以冷胶凝材料(无机胶 凝材料)为粘结剂凝结固化而成,阻燃木棉纤维在产品中有牵、拉、钩、挂的作用,而且重量轻,强度好,保温效果好,这种有机废物木棉纤维的应用,有利于环保。
木棉光伏瓦(4)固结于房屋顶部。木棉光伏瓦(4)是本发明人的授权专利(专利号ZL201820958542.3),是一种以木棉纤维为主料制作而成的建筑用瓦与光伏组件紧密组合在一起的屋顶用瓦,利用绿色环保的可再生能源为居室提供电能,减少使用主动能源(化石能源),具有既能发电又能当瓦用,重量轻强度高,既保温又环保的优良性能。
太阳能换热装置(7)设置于房屋一侧的下部,可以利用低能耗动力系统调节室内温度和新风置换,运行稳定能耗低,其所需电能由木棉光伏瓦(4)提供,不使用化石能源,本发明具有完全的被动式获取能源的能力。太阳能换热装置(7)可保证室内恒温和新风置换,保证了居室内温馨舒适。木棉光伏瓦(4)所产生的电能除室外的太阳能换热装置(7)使用外,还可供照明使用。
门窗(5)设置于房屋的一侧。所述门窗(5)是采用三层两空结构并填充惰性气体,市场有售。它是将相邻的两层玻璃之间留有空间,把玻璃的四周密封(三层玻璃,两层空间),并把玻璃之间的空间填充惰性气体,该门窗隔绝了室外冷热空气通过门窗对室内温度的侵袭,规避了冷热桥现象,减免室内使用主动温控系统(化石能源),降低了能源的消耗,是目前很好的保暖隔热节能门窗。
室内地面铺设性能优良的彩釉木棉板。彩釉木棉板是以木棉为主料的保温隔热防火板材,外表面再覆以冷凝色胶,使其具有更好的耐酸碱性能和更好的韧性及强度,耐磨环保又防腐。
木棉产品的导热系数很低,低于岩棉、纤维棉等无机棉团的导热系数,利 用木棉产品装配组合在一起的本发明,隔绝了室外的极端气温,降低了室内热能的消耗,保暖御寒效果很好。
本发明就是用再生材料阻燃木棉纤维为主料制作木棉保温板、梁、檩和柱等产品,再把这些产品组合装配成房屋。产品在工厂预制成所需的榫卯形状,现场制作时象搭积木一样,使用榫卯插接镶嵌的办法装配在一起,降低了被动房的组合成本,整个房屋除门窗外很少使用金属部件。本发明的梁、檩、柱、板,替代易氧化的钢构和不环保的硅酸盐来作为房屋建筑的结构型体,绿色环保,舒适宜居。
本发明成本低,轻体抗震,阻燃防水,保暖恒温,清新舒适,经济实惠,具有良好的气密性,超低能耗,防腐隔音隔热,抗冷冻耐高温,属于绿色环保房屋,提高了大众的接受度,普及率很好。

- 一种木棉被动式房屋,包括柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)、木棉光伏瓦(4)、门窗(5)、木棉保温板(6)、太阳能换热装置(7),其特征在于木棉保温板(6)位于房屋的四周且和柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间采用榫卯插接,柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)之间的接触处也采用榫卯插接,木棉光伏瓦(4)固结于房屋顶部,门窗(5)设置于房屋的一侧,太阳能换热装置(7)设置于房屋一侧的下部;所述柱(1)、梁(2)、檩(3)均为以木棉为主料、冷胶凝材料为粘结剂凝结固化而成,所述门窗(5)采用三层两空结构并填充惰性气体;室内地面铺设彩釉木棉板;木棉光伏瓦(4)所产生的电能供照明和太阳能换热装置(7)使用。
