本发明涉及一种板间连接稳固的建筑墙板,由墙板1、凸起块2、凹槽3组成,其中所述凸起块2有一排若干个,分别竖向等间隔排布于墙板1一个窄侧面中间,所述凹槽3有一排若干个,分别竖向等间隔排布于墙板1另一个窄侧面中间,凸起块2和凹槽3的尺寸镜像一样,两个相邻凸起块2的间隔空间和两个相邻凹槽3的间隔空间尺寸一样,每个墙板的所有凸起块2均能十分吻合地插进另一墙板的对应凹槽3的空间内。本发明所述墙板的墙板插接后,水平及纵向均难于移动,板间插接比传统只有凹槽和凸起条的对接方式更稳固。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑墙板,特别是涉及一种板间连接稳固的建筑墙板。
背景技术
以往建筑墙板的板间连接大多通过两板间的凸条和凹槽插接连接,凸条和凹槽插接连接后,两板的水平方向相对位置基本稳定,但凸条和凹槽是上下贯通的,所以两板上下位置容易产生位移,使得一些墙板的连接因为一些位移而产生墙板整体安装的质量受到影响,有时因为墙板连接时的位移需要进行墙板位置的调整而影响施工速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种板间连接稳固的建筑墙板,使两个墙板连接后在水平和垂直方向均不能移动,保障两板连接更加稳固。
本发明是这样实现的:墙板两侧有上下贯通的凸起块组和凹槽组,该板的窄侧面上有间隔排布的系列凸起块,该板另一端的窄侧面上有间隔排布的系列凹槽,两个墙板连接时,一个墙板上的各凸起块将插接进另一墙板对应凹槽里,由于各墙板插接后两板间的凹槽及凸起块的相互插接作用,使得本发明所述墙板的板间插接比传统只有凹槽和凸起条的对接方式在板间横向及纵向两个方向不能移动,板间连接更加稳固。

如附图1及图2所示,本发明由墙板(1)、凸起块(2)、凹槽(3)、组成,其中所述凸起块(2)有一排若干个,分别竖向等间隔排布于墙板(1)一个窄侧面中间,所述凹槽(3)有一排若干个,分别竖向等间隔排布于墙板(1)另一个窄侧面中间,凸起块(2)和凹槽(3)的尺寸镜像一样,两个相邻凸起块(2)的间隔空间和两个相邻凹槽(3)的间隔空间尺寸一样,每个墙板的所有凸起块(2)均能十分吻合地插进另一墙板的对应凹槽(3)的空间内。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-2对本发明进行详细描述。
生产本发明所述墙板(1)时,在墙板(1)生产模具的长边两侧有分别与凸起块(2)和凹槽(3)对应的成型模具模帮,向该模具中浇铸墙板(1)的浆料,浆料硬化成型脱模后即制成本发明所述的墙板(1)。
本发明所述三个墙板(1)A、B、C分别进行连接时,B墙板(1)一侧的每个凸起块(2)将插接进A墙板(1)一侧的每个对应位置的各凹槽(3)内;B墙板(1)另一侧的每个凸起块(2)将插进C墙板(1)一侧每个对应位置的各凹槽(3)内,从而使若干墙板(1)通过上述方式与相邻的另一个墙板(1)进行插接形成墙体。
本发明的各墙板(1)进行插接后,由于插接后两墙板(1)间的每个凹槽(3)及每个凸起块(2)的相互插接作用,使得插接后的各墙板(1)水平及纵向均难于移动,板间连接更加稳固,使本发明所述墙板(1)的板间插接比传统只有凹槽和凸起条的插接方式更加稳固。
上述实施例仅用于说明本发明的应用情况,其中各部件的尺寸、凸起块(2)和凹槽(3)的排布及形状等都是可以有所变化的,凡是在本发明技术方案的基础上进行的等同变换和改进,均不应排除在本发明的保护范围之外。

1.一种板间连接稳固的建筑墙板,其特征在于:所述墙板由墙板(1)、凸起块(2)、凹槽(3)组成,其中所述凸起块(2)有一排若干个,分别竖向等间隔排布于墙板(1)一个窄侧面中间,所述凹槽(3)有一排若干个,分别竖向等间隔排布于墙板(1)另一个窄侧面中间,凸起块(2)和凹槽(3)的尺寸镜像一样,两个相邻凸起块(2)的间隔空间和两个相邻凹槽(3)的间隔空间尺寸一样,每个墙板的所有凸起块(2)均能十分吻合地插进另一墙板的凹槽(3)的空间内。
