When the system works, materials enter one tank body 6 through the feeding pipe 21, the feeding time is set to be 15 minutes, and when the material liquid level is 300mm away from the tank top, the liquid level meter 12 sends a signal to close the automatic feeding valve 20; starting the automatic steam valve 18, introducing steam into the materials, starting the stirrer 3, heating the materials to 60-70 ℃ in 45 minutes, sending a signal by the temperature sensor 14, and opening the automatic discharging valve 23 for discharging; when the tank body 6 of one heating device is heated, the tank body 6 of the other device finishes feeding and starts heating, and the heating is alternately carried out, so that the heating efficiency of the materials is improved.

the stirrer (3) is arranged at the top of the tank body (6), a stirring shaft of the stirrer (3) extends into the tank body (6), and stirring blades are arranged at the lower end part of the stirring shaft;
the steam heating pipeline (11), steam heating pipeline (11) set up in jar body (6) are used for heating the material.

The heating system for kitchen waste leachate according to claim 1, wherein the steam heating pipeline (11) comprises a plurality of steam heating sub-pipes (26) and a main steam heating pipe (25) connected to the plurality of steam heating sub-pipes (16), the main steam heating pipe (25) extends into the tank body (6) from the top of the tank body (6), the plurality of steam heating sub-pipes (26) are arranged at the bottom of the tank body (6) and are perpendicular to the axis of the tank body (6), and the lower side wall of each steam heating sub-pipe (26) is provided with a plurality of steam discharge holes (27);
the top of the tank body (6) is provided with a steam connector (4), the steam heating main pipe (25) is connected with a steam feeding pipeline (19) through the steam connector (4), and the steam feeding pipeline (19) is provided with a steam automatic valve (18).

The heating system for kitchen waste leachate according to claim 2, wherein the feeding inlet (15) is provided with a feeding pipe (21), the discharging outlet (9) is provided with a discharging pipe (24), the feeding pipe (21) is provided with an automatic feeding valve (20), and the discharging pipe (24) is provided with an automatic discharging valve (23).

The heating system for kitchen waste leachate according to claim 4, further comprising a temperature sensor (14) and a controller, wherein the temperature sensor (14) is used for detecting the temperature of the material in the tank (6), and the controller controls the automatic discharge valve (23) to be opened and closed according to the temperature of the material detected by the temperature sensor (14).

The kitchen garbage leachate heating system of claim 4, further comprising a liquid level switch (7), wherein the liquid level switch (7) is disposed at the top of the tank body (6), the liquid level switch (7) is respectively connected with the automatic feed valve (20), the automatic discharge valve (23) and the automatic steam valve (18), and when the liquid level in the tank body (6) reaches the upper limit of the liquid level of the tank body (6), the liquid level switch (7) controls the automatic feed valve (20), the automatic discharge valve (23) and the automatic steam valve (10) to be closed.

The heating system for kitchen garbage leachate according to claim 5, further comprising a liquid level meter (12), wherein the liquid level meter (12) is disposed on the inner wall of the tank body (6) and is used for detecting the liquid level height inside the tank body (6), and the controller controls the automatic feed valve (20) to be closed and controls the automatic steam valve (18) to be opened according to the liquid level height detected by the liquid level meter (12).

The kitchen garbage leachate heating system of claim 5, wherein the number of the kitchen garbage leachate heating devices is multiple, the feed inlet (15) of each kitchen garbage leachate heating device is connected with the feed pipe (21) through the automatic feed valve (20), the discharge outlet (9) of each kitchen garbage leachate heating device is connected with the feed pipe through the automatic discharge valve (23), and the controller sequentially controls the automatic feed valve (20), the automatic steam valve (18) and the automatic discharge valve (23) of the multiple kitchen garbage leachate heating devices to be alternately opened and closed, so that the multiple kitchen garbage leachate heating devices alternately complete feeding, heating and discharging operations.
9. The heating system for kitchen waste leachate according to claim 1, wherein the axis of the stirring shaft is parallel to and not coincident with the axis of the tank (6).

The heating system for kitchen waste leachate according to claim 1, further comprising a deodorization system, wherein a deodorization port (16) is disposed at the top of the tank body (6), and the deodorization system is connected to the deodorization port (16) and used for removing odor gas in the tank body (6).
