Example 1
A preparation method of pinellia ternate dew film coated tablets comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the following formula: 79.2g of unprocessed pinellia tuber, 79.2g of loquat leaf, 50.7g of polygala root (soaked), 47.4g of common coltsfoot flower, 31.5g of platycodon root, 31.5g of ephedra, 31.5g of liquorice, 47.4g of tangerine peel and 3ml of peppermint oil;
(2) moistening rhizoma Pinelliae, decocting with 6 times of water for 2 hr twice, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to relative density of 1.05, cooling, adding 95% ethanol, precipitating for 24 hr, collecting supernatant, and recovering ethanol to obtain rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine; adding 90% ethanol 4.5 times the weight of pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, soaking for 24 hr, percolating at 4ml per minute, and recovering ethanol to obtain pericarpium Citri Tangerinae solution; decocting six medicines of folium Eriobotryae, radix Polygalae (soaking), flos Farfarae, radix Platycodi, herba Ephedrae and Glycyrrhrizae radix with 6 times of water for 3 times, each time for 2.5 hr, filtering, standing, and mixing filtrates; mixing the filtrate with the above crude rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae liquid medicine, concentrating at 65 deg.C under-0.08 Mpa to relative density of 1.10 to obtain soft extract, and drying with pulsed airflow dryer at 70 deg.C and wind speed of 15m/s to obtain dried powder of rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum;
(3) adding peppermint oil, starch, soybean carbohydrate gum, konjac glucomannan and phlorizin into the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, adding magnesium stearate with the mass of 2.0% of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, and tabletting to obtain pinellia ternate syrup tablets, wherein the mass ratio of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder to the starch to the soybean carbohydrate gum to the konjac gum to the phlorizin is 100:180:45:12: 4;
(4) adding 7 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 15 parts of polyethylene glycol, 4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.2 parts of beta cyclodextrin, 2.5 parts of plasticizer and 13 parts of titanium dioxide colorant into a high-speed dispersion machine, wherein the plasticizer consists of sucrose glycerin fatty acid ester, lauric acid monoglyceride and rhamnolipid in a mass ratio of 4:3:3, adding 50 ℃ warm water, and stirring at a high speed of 500r/min for 20min to prepare a coating solution with a mass concentration of 23%;
(5) placing the pinellia ternata essence tablet and the coating solution in a coating machine, wherein the spraying speed of the coating is 150ml/min, taking out the coated tablet, and drying by using a pulse airflow dryer at the temperature of 60 ℃ and the air speed of 15m/s to obtain the pinellia ternata essence film coated tablet.

A preparation method of pinellia ternate dew film coated tablets comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the following formula: 79.2g of unprocessed pinellia tuber, 79.2g of loquat leaf, 50.7g of polygala root (soaked), 47.4g of common coltsfoot flower, 31.5g of platycodon root, 31.5g of ephedra, 31.5g of liquorice, 47.4g of tangerine peel and 3ml of peppermint oil;
(2) moistening rhizoma Pinelliae, decocting with 7 times of water for two times (each for 2 hr), filtering, concentrating the filtrate to relative density of 1.10, cooling, adding 95% ethanol, precipitating for 24 hr, collecting supernatant, and recovering ethanol to obtain rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine; adding 90% ethanol with weight 3.5 times of that of pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, soaking for 24 hr, percolating at speed of 3ml per minute, and recovering ethanol to obtain pericarpium Citri Tangerinae solution; decocting six medicines of folium Eriobotryae, radix Polygalae (soaking), flos Farfarae, radix Platycodi, herba Ephedrae and Glycyrrhrizae radix with 7 times of water for 2 times, each time for 3 hr, filtering, standing, and mixing filtrates; mixing the filtrate with the above crude rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae liquid medicine, concentrating at vacuum degree of-0.06 Mpa and temperature of 75 deg.C to relative density of 1.05 to obtain soft extract, and drying with pulse airflow dryer at temperature of 65 deg.C and wind speed of 15m/s to obtain dried powder of rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum;
(3) adding peppermint oil, starch, soybean carbohydrate gum, konjac glucomannan and phlorizin into the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, adding magnesium stearate accounting for 2.5% of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder by mass, uniformly mixing, and tabletting to obtain pinellia ternate syrup tablets;
(4) adding 8 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 12 parts of polyethylene glycol, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.0 part of beta cyclodextrin, 2.7 parts of plasticizer and 15 parts of titanium dioxide colorant into a high-speed dispersion machine, wherein the plasticizer consists of sucrose glycerin fatty acid ester, lauric acid monoglyceride and rhamnolipid in a mass ratio of 3:4:2, adding 50 ℃ warm water, and stirring at a high speed of 800r/min for 30min to prepare a coating solution with a mass concentration of 21%;
(5) placing the pinellia ternata essence tablet and the coating solution in a coating machine, wherein the spraying speed of the coating is 120ml/min, taking out the coated tablet, and drying by using a pulse airflow dryer at the temperature of 70 ℃ and the air speed of 12m/s to obtain the pinellia ternata essence film coated tablet.

A preparation method of pinellia ternate dew film coated tablets comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the following formula: 79.2g of unprocessed pinellia tuber, 79.2g of loquat leaf, 50.7g of polygala root (soaked), 47.4g of common coltsfoot flower, 31.5g of platycodon root, 31.5g of ephedra, 31.5g of liquorice, 47.4g of tangerine peel and 3ml of peppermint oil;
(2) moistening rhizoma Pinelliae, decocting with 6 times of water for 2 hr twice, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to relative density of 1.10, cooling, adding 95% ethanol, precipitating for 24 hr, collecting supernatant, and recovering ethanol to obtain rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine; adding 90% ethanol 5 times the weight of pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, soaking for 24 hr, percolating at 5ml per minute, and recovering ethanol to obtain pericarpium Citri Tangerinae solution; decocting six medicines of folium Eriobotryae, radix Polygalae (soaking), flos Farfarae, radix Platycodi, herba Ephedrae and Glycyrrhrizae radix with 8 times of water for 2 times, each time for 2.5 hr, filtering, standing, and mixing filtrates; mixing the filtrate with the above crude rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae liquid medicine, concentrating at vacuum degree of-0.10 Mpa and temperature of 60 deg.C to relative density of 1.10 to obtain soft extract, and drying with pulse airflow dryer at temperature of 80 deg.C and wind speed of 10m/s to obtain dried powder of rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum;
(3) adding peppermint oil, starch, soybean carbohydrate gum, konjac glucomannan and phlorizin into the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, adding magnesium stearate with the mass of 1.5% of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, and tabletting to obtain pinellia ternate syrup tablets, wherein the mass ratio of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder to the starch to the soybean carbohydrate gum to the konjac gum to the phlorizin is 100:160:50:18: 5;
(4) adding 10 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 13 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.5 parts of beta cyclodextrin, 1.8 parts of plasticizer and 12 parts of titanium dioxide colorant into a high-speed dispersion machine, wherein the plasticizer consists of sucrose glycerin fatty acid ester, lauric acid monoglyceride and rhamnolipid in a mass ratio of 5:4:3, adding 50 ℃ warm water, and stirring at a high speed of 1000r/min for 15min to prepare a coating solution with the mass concentration of 24%;
(5) placing the pinellia ternata essence tablet and the coating solution in a coating machine, wherein the spraying speed of the coating is 100ml/min, taking out the coated tablet, and drying by using a pulse airflow dryer at the temperature of 80 ℃ and the air speed of 15m/s to obtain the pinellia ternata essence film coated tablet.
Example 4
A preparation method of pinellia ternate dew film coated tablets comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the following formula: 79.2g of unprocessed pinellia tuber, 79.2g of loquat leaf, 50.7g of polygala root (soaked), 47.4g of common coltsfoot flower, 31.5g of platycodon root, 31.5g of ephedra, 31.5g of liquorice, 47.4g of tangerine peel and 3ml of peppermint oil;
(2) moistening rhizoma Pinelliae, decocting with 7 times of water for two times (each for 2 hr), filtering, concentrating the filtrate to relative density of 1.10, cooling, adding 95% ethanol, precipitating for 24 hr, collecting supernatant, and recovering ethanol to obtain rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine; adding 90% ethanol 4 times the weight of pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, soaking for 24 hr, percolating at a speed of 3ml per minute, and recovering ethanol to obtain pericarpium Citri Tangerinae solution; decocting six medicines of folium Eriobotryae, radix Polygalae (soaking), flos Farfarae, radix Platycodi, herba Ephedrae and Glycyrrhrizae radix with 6 times of water for 3 times, each time for 2 hr, filtering, standing, and mixing filtrates; mixing the filtrate with the above crude rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae liquid medicine, concentrating at 65 deg.C under-0.07 Mpa to relative density of 1.05 to obtain soft extract, and drying with pulsed airflow dryer at 70 deg.C and wind speed of 15m/s to obtain dried powder of rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum;
(3) adding peppermint oil, starch, soybean carbohydrate gum, konjac glucomannan and phlorizin into the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, adding magnesium stearate with the mass of 1.5% of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, and tabletting to obtain pinellia ternate syrup tablets, wherein the mass ratio of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder to the starch to the soybean carbohydrate gum to the konjac gum to the phlorizin is 100:175:42:15: 3.5;
(4) adding 6 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 10 parts of polyethylene glycol, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.0 part of beta cyclodextrin, 2.4 parts of plasticizer and 10 parts of titanium dioxide colorant into a high-speed dispersion machine, wherein the plasticizer consists of sucrose glycerin fatty acid ester, lauric acid monoglyceride and rhamnolipid in a mass ratio of 3:4:1, adding 60 ℃ warm water, and stirring at a high speed of 500r/min for 30min to prepare a coating solution with a mass concentration of 22%;
(5) placing the pinellia ternata essence tablet and the coating solution in a coating machine, wherein the spraying speed of the coating is 100ml/min, taking out the coated tablet, and drying by using a pulse airflow dryer at the temperature of 70 ℃ and the air speed of 15m/s to obtain the pinellia ternata essence film coated tablet.
The appearances of the coated tablets of pinellia ternate dew film and the tablets of pinellia ternate dew element prepared in the examples 1 to 4 were observed, and the coated tablets and the tablets were placed in an environment of 50 ℃ and RH75% to count the water absorption, the mildew rate and the breakage rate for 1 month and 3 months, respectively, and the statistical results are shown in Table 1.

From the test results, the pinellia ternate dew film coated tablets prepared by the method have the advantages of obviously reduced water absorption, obviously improved mildew rate and breakage rate and excellent storage performance compared with the tablets without coating treatment.

Claims (9)
1. A preparation method of pinellia ternate dew film coated tablets is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the following formula: 79.2g of unprocessed pinellia tuber, 79.2g of loquat leaf, 50.7g of polygala root (soaked), 47.4g of common coltsfoot flower, 31.5g of platycodon root, 31.5g of ephedra, 31.5g of liquorice, 47.4g of tangerine peel and 3ml of peppermint oil;
(2) moistening rhizoma Pinelliae, decocting with 5-7 times of water for 2 hr twice, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to relative density of 1.05-1.10, cooling, adding 95% ethanol, precipitating for 24 hr, collecting supernatant, and recovering ethanol to obtain rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine; adding 90% ethanol 3-5 times the weight of pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, soaking for 24 hr, percolating at a speed of 3-5 ml/min, and recovering ethanol to obtain pericarpium Citri Tangerinae solution; decocting folium Eriobotryae, radix Polygalae (soaking), flos Farfarae, radix Platycodi, herba Ephedrae and Glycyrrhrizae radix with water, filtering, standing, and mixing filtrates; mixing the filtrate with the above crude rhizoma Pinelliae liquid medicine and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae liquid medicine, concentrating to obtain soft extract, and drying to obtain dried powder of rhizoma Pinelliae syrup;
(3) adding peppermint oil, starch, soybean carbohydrate gum, konjac glucomannan and phlorizin into the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, wherein the mass ratio of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder to the starch to the soybean carbohydrate gum to the konjac gum to the phlorizin is 100: 150: 200:30-50:10-20:3-5, adding magnesium stearate accounting for 1-3% of the mass of the pinellia ternate syrup dry extract powder, uniformly mixing, and tabletting to obtain pinellia ternate syrup tablets;
(4) adding 5-10 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 10-15 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of beta-cyclodextrin, 1-3 parts of plasticizer and 10-15 parts of colorant into a high-speed dispersion machine, adding warm water, and stirring at high speed to prepare a coating solution with the mass concentration of 20-25%;
(5) putting the pinellia ternata essence tablets and the coating solution into a coating machine, wherein the spraying speed of the coating is 100-.
2. The preparation method of the pinellia ternate dew film-coated tablet according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the water decoction in the step (2) is to add 6-8 times of water for 2-3 times, and each time for 2-3 hours.

The method for preparing pinellia ternate dew film-coated tablets according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the concentration in the step (2) is concentrated to thick paste with the relative density of 1.10-1.15 under the pressure of-0.05 to-0.10 Mpa and the temperature of 60 to 80 ℃.

5. The method for preparing pinellia ternate dew film-coated tablets according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the mass ratio of the sucrose glycerin fatty acid ester, the lauric acid monoglyceride and the rhamnolipid in the plasticization is 3-5:3-5: 1-3.
6. The method for preparing pinellia ternate dew film-coated tablets according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the colorant is one or a combination of titanium dioxide, talcum powder and lake.
7. The method for preparing pinellia ternate dew film-coated tablets according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the high-speed stirring in the step (4) is performed for 10-30min at the rotating speed of 500-1000 r/min.
8. The method for preparing pinellia ternate dew film-coated tablets according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (5) drying in the step (2) and the step (5) by adopting a pulse airflow dryer.
9. The method for preparing pinellia ternate dew film-coated tablets according to claim 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (3) drying by the pulse airflow in the steps (2) and (5) at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ and the wind speed of 10-15 m/s.
