(4) adding the oil phase and the water phase prepared in the steps (1) and (2) into a magnetic heating stirrer, stirring at the rotating speed of 1000r/min, adding the extract prepared in the step (2) when the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃, and continuously stirring until the mixture is cooled to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
