The external oil for treating burns and scalds according to claim 4, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20g of rhubarb, 20g of coptis root, 20g of phellodendron, 3g of carbonized human hair, 15g of angelica dahurica, 20g of astragalus root and 500g of sesame oil.

A method for preparing an external oil agent for treating burns and scalds as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of: adding sesame oil into a pot, boiling the sesame oil in the pot with strong fire, adding rhubarb, coptis root, phellodendron bark, angelica dahurica, astragalus and crinis carbonisatus, opening the cover with slow fire, decocting for 25-35min, cooling and filtering to obtain the external oil for treating burns and scalds.
7. The preparation method of the external oil for treating burns and scalds according to claim 6, wherein the cover is opened by slow fire for decocting for 30 min.
