Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to compound agilawood leaf concentrated powder for relaxing bowel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The agilawood is a low-yield traditional Chinese medicine in Lingnan, has the effects of promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, warming middle energizer, stopping vomiting and absorbing qi and relieving asthma as a traditional Chinese medicine in China, and is used for treating chest and abdomen swelling pain, stomach cold, vomiting and hiccup, kidney deficiency and qi regurgitation and asthma. The agilawood leaves are non-medicinal parts of the agilawood, and related researches are relatively few, and experiments show that the agilawood leaf water extract has the functions of relaxing the bowels, expelling toxin, promoting sleep, reducing fat, tonifying qi and the like. However, the single eaglewood leaf water extract has limited effect on intestinal tract regulation and is not easy to store. The concentrated powder prepared from the single aquilaria sinensis leaf water extract has the defects of poor solubility, low mouthfeel, insufficient flavor, obvious astringency, limited gastrointestinal system conditioning function effect and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a compound agilawood leaf concentrated powder for relaxing bowel and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention provides a preparation method of composite agilawood leaf concentrated powder for relaxing bowel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Pretreatment of agilawood leaves: taking fresh agilawood leaves, deactivating enzyme under steam at 100-110 ℃, drying for 15-18 h at 55-65 ℃, crushing at room temperature, and sieving with a 40-60-mesh sieve to obtain agilawood leaf powder;
(2) Pretreatment of Mallotus furetianus tea: taking fresh partridge tea leaves, deactivating enzymes under the steam of 115-120 ℃, and drying for 20-22 h at 60-75 ℃; the dried partridge tea leaves are crushed for 60 to 120 seconds at the temperature of minus 10 to minus 15 ℃, and then are sieved by a 100 to 120 mesh sieve to obtain partridge tea powder;
(3) And (3) independent leaching: taking the agilawood leaf powder, the partridge tea powder and the large-leaf seed tea powder, respectively adding water, heating and soaking at constant temperature to respectively obtain an agilawood leaf leaching liquor, a partridge tea leaching liquor and a large-leaf seed tea leaching liquor;
(4) Primary filtering and mixing: filtering the leaching liquor obtained in the step (3) by a filter membrane with the diameter less than or equal to 50 microns, mixing 50-60 parts of agilawood leaf leaching liquor, 25-30 parts of mallotus oblongifolius linnaeus leaching liquor and 10-25 parts of large-leaf tea leaching liquor according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain a total mixed liquor;
(5) Fine filtering and concentrating: filtering the total mixed solution by a filter membrane with the diameter less than or equal to 3.0 mu m, drying the total mixed solution to 1/12-1/8 of the volume of the original liquid at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ and the pressure of 0.1-0.2 Mpa to obtain concentrated leaching solution;
(6) Spray milling: the concentrated leaching liquor is subjected to spray drying to obtain the composite agilawood leaf concentrated powder, and the obtained composite agilawood leaf concentrated powder product has the characteristics of more convenience in drinking, stable taste and good flavor, and can effectively adjust intestinal flora, improve the integral purification function of a gastrointestinal system, and achieve a milder and more remarkable bowel relaxing effect.
Further, in the step (2), the partridge tea leaves are dried until the moisture content is less than 5%, and then are subjected to superfine grinding for 80 seconds at the temperature of minus 13 ℃. The method has the advantages that the low-temperature super-pulverization is carried out on the partridge tea leaves with low water content, so that the dissolubility of the partridge tea powder in the high-temperature leaching process is improved, the effective components in the partridge tea leaves are fully extracted to obtain partridge tea leaching liquor, and finally, the taste and the flavor of the obtained compound agilawood leaf concentrated powder are obviously improved.
Further, in the step (3), the agilawood powder, the mallotus oblongifolius muell-Arg powder and the large-leaf tea powder are extracted by the method that agilawood leaf powder is taken, water is added into the powder according to the material-liquid ratio of 1 (20-25) g/ml for soaking, the mixed solution is heated to 88-92 ℃, then the water temperature is controlled to be 85-95 ℃, and the constant temperature heating is continuously carried out for 30-40 min, so that the agilawood leaf extract is obtained; soaking partridge tea powder in water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1 (30-35) g/ml, heating the mixed liquid to 108-110 ℃, and continuously heating at 105-115 ℃ for 5-10 min at constant temperature to obtain partridge tea leaching liquor; soaking the large leaf seed tea powder in water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1 (22-28) g/ml, heating the mixed solution to 84-86 ℃, controlling the water temperature to be 80-90 ℃, and continuously heating for 30-50 min at constant temperature to obtain a large leaf seed tea leaching solution.
The processing method comprises the steps of pretreating to obtain the eaglewood leaf powder, the partridge tea powder and the large-leaf tea powder with certain particle sizes, heating and soaking in an independent constant-temperature heating mode to be beneficial to fully dissolving and extracting active ingredients of all components to obtain different leaching solutions, and reasonably allocating the eaglewood leaf leaching solution, the partridge tea leaching solution and the large-leaf tea leaching solution in proportion, so that the taste and flavor of products are obviously improved, the fragrance and the lubrication are realized, the combined action among all the components is effectively promoted, the action unicity of intestinal tracts is avoided, the intestinal immunity is enhanced, the intestinal flora is improved, and the milder intestine moistening and bowel relaxing effects are realized.
Further, in the step (4), in the total mixed solution, the weight parts of each leaching solution are as follows: 55 parts of agilawood leaf leaching liquor, 28 parts of mallotus oblongifolius leaching liquor and 17.5 parts of large-leaf seed tea leaching liquor. The total mixed liquid is prepared by processing and mixing natural herbaceous plants of agilawood leaves, partridge tea leaves and large-leaf-seed tea leaves, and the agilawood leaf leaching liquor, the partridge tea leaching liquor and the large-leaf-seed tea leaching liquor are reasonably matched, so that the constipation relieving effect is enhanced, and the mouth feel and the dissolution stability of the product are effectively improved.
