Abstract

Description
本发明涉及流体流量控制阀,特别是涉及尤其在压缩空气装置中使用的但不仅是用于其装置的所谓“滑阀”。
在压缩空气装置中,包括一个或更多个独立的截止阀是普通的作法,通常,即当该装置在工作时,这些阀处于“开启”状态,但是必需时,可以用手把阀关闭,以便把装置的一个或更多个部分隔开,以便维修。显然,需要维修的那部分或每个部分必须减压,由于这个原因,当截止阀处于“关闭”状态时,不仅可以中断压缩空气供应,而且把相关部分的空气排入大气中。至今,为这个目的使用球已是常见的。然而,对于生产,这样的阀是比较贵的,这是由于球关闭件和与之相配的部分球面形座在机械加工/模压中要求紧公差。因此,滑阀已被用作可供选择装置,但是,已知的结构有不能适合排出消音器或用管子把排出空气输送到远距离地点的缺点。提供一种克服这个缺点的一种滑阀是本发明的一个目的。
根据本发明,适合在截止阀在它的“关阀”状态,为把阀的上游边或下游边的气排到大气,是滑阀,特别是包括一确定一进口、一出口和一在它们之间延伸的通道的阀体以及一个阀瓣,该阀瓣有一经过那里并且在阀打开状态和关闭状态之间跨接该通道的可横向移动的小孔,在阀打开状态,该小孔对准通道,因此允许流体从进口流到出口,在阀关闭状态,该小孔完全不对准进口和出口,因此把进口与出口隔开,该阀瓣至少部分地确定一排出通道,在阀关闭状态,该排出通道把所说的进口或所说的出口与大气相通,其特征在于,在阀关闭状态,所说的排出通道与在阀体上形成的另一排出通道连通并且通到大气。
阀瓣可以以直线方式横向移动跨接该通道,但是,在一个优选用实施例中,它用枢轴安装在阀体中,于是它以弧线路线移动。
最好是,在阀体上形成的另一排出通道以螺纹口结束,一般的消音器或管连接器可以用螺纹固定在该螺纹口上。
在一个优选实施例中,排出通道部分地由在阀瓣表面上形成的槽确定,该槽同面对的阀体表面一起确定一封闭的排出通道,在阀处于关闭状态时,该排出通道,经过阀体上形成的另一排气通道,通常把阀的进口或出口连到大气。
一般地,根据该发明所构成的阀可以是无密封垫的,但是所要求的紧公差会影响上面公知球形阀结构的成本。因此,例如为了达到必需的流体密封度,更喜欢使用弹性体的密封件。
现在将仅通过实施例,根据附图,详细地叙述该发明的一个实施例。附图中:
图1是阀在它的关闭状态的等角视图;
图2是图1所示阀的部分截面平视图,也表示阀处于关闭状态;
图3是图2在III-III线上的视图,而且阀处于关闭状态;
图4是类似图3的视图,但是表示阀处于打开状态。
参照附图,该阀包括一阀体1,它是由两个半阀体1a和1b结合构成的,这两个半阀体例如用螺栓(未表示)连接在一起。在两个半阀体1a和1b之间中心确定一个一般矩形空腔2。从空腔2,圆筒形进口通道3在零件1a中延伸,圆筒形进口通道4在零件1b中延伸。进口和出口通道3,4的外端分别在装有排气口的凸缘5和6上结束,因此,阀可以在下游用适合的夹紧装置装有例如过滤器、润滑器、压缩空气装置的调节器组件,(未表示)。阀体零件1a和1b两个相对面有在它们限定通道3和4上形成的各自的环形凹槽,橡胶密封件7和8分别地设置在该环形凹槽中。
空腔2在其内有一个以件10枢轴安装的阀瓣9,为了使阀手动容易,因此末端11,12被扩大。阀瓣9有一穿过它形成的孔13,它的全部直径相当于通道3和4的直径,它由元件14分成两个基本上半圆形的部分。而且,面对阀体零件1b的阀瓣9的表面由一V形排出槽15组成,当阀处于关闭状态时(如下面更详细叙述的),排出槽15把出口通道4同在阀体零件1b上形成的通道16连接起来,通道16结束在螺纹排出口17上,消音器或排出管道连接器(未表示)可以用螺纹排气口17连接。排出通道1b的入口被一密封8′环绕,实际上,密封件8′和密封件8整体地构成,而且密封件8′安置于在阀体零件1b上形成的环形凹槽中。图3和4以截面表示密封件8和8′。如可见到的那样,密封件8和8′呈8字图形,为了稳定,密封件8和8′可以包括一个同钢插入物结合的弹性体,例如腈橡胶件。
阀工作如下,特别参照图4,这表示阀在打开状态,孔13完全对准通道3和4。密封件7和8被阀瓣9稍微压缩,确保通道3和4之间的通路是不漏流体的。阀可以通过压下扩大端12来关闭,如图4中箭头A所示,于是阀瓣9朝向下的方向以支承件10为轴旋转。在关阀状态,V形槽15把出口通道4同在阀体零件1b上形成的排气通道16相互连接,因此通大气,而进口通道3由阀瓣9关掉,见图2和3。因此,该装置出口边(下游边)的压缩空气会排到大气中。
而原则上排出槽15可以是直的,我们发现最好使它成为V形的,以便在阀瓣9运动时密封件8′始终充分地被支持住,并且不会被其两边有的空气压力差来移动,否则它会妨碍阀瓣9的平滑运动。从孔13径向延伸的元件14适用于类似的目的。此外,V形槽15这样相对于孔13配置在阀瓣9的表面上,以致于在槽15把出口通道4与排出通道16互相连接之前,进口通道3会基本上完全被关掉。
如将被了解的那样,如果需要,可以配置上面具体叙述的阀来排出入口(上游)侧的压缩空气或其它的流体供给装置入口(上游)边的流体。此外,在一替换结构(未表示)中V形槽15可与在阀瓣9上形成的一个小通孔连通,通过该孔,经由在阀体上形成的其它排气通道,排出空气流到大气中。
最后,如常规,该阀瓣9带有一对外表面开口(未表示),视情况,用挂锁或其它的锁定装置,使阀能锁定在打开或关闭状态。
Claims (6)
1.一种流体控制阀,它包括一确定一进口、一出口和在其之间延伸的一通道的阀体和一阀瓣,该阀瓣有一经过那里并且在阀打开状态和关阀状态之间跨接该通道的可横向移动的小孔,在阀打开状态,该小孔对准该通道,因此允许流体从该进口流到该出口,在阀关闭状态,该小孔完全不对准该进口和该出口,因此把进口与该出口隔开,该阀瓣至少部分地确定一排出通道,在阀关并状态,该排出通道把所说的进口或所说的出口连到大气,其特征在于,在阀关闭状态,所说的排出通道与在该阀体上形成的另一排出通道连通并且通到大气。
2.根据权利要求1的阀,其特征在于,阀瓣用枢轴安装在阀体上并且是以弧形路线可横向移动跨接如上所述的通道。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2的阀,其特征在于,所说的排出通道是由一在阀瓣一表面上形成的槽和面对的阀体表面确定的,所说的面对的表面确定一与在阀体上形成的另一通道相连的口。
4.根据权利要求3的阀,其特征在于所说的槽基本上是V形的。
5.根据权利要求1到4的任一阀,其特征在于所说的在阀体上形成的另一排气通道以螺纹口结束,因此消音器或管连接器可以用螺纹在那里连接。
6.一种基本上如上文根据附图1到4所叙述的和在附图1到4中举例的流体控制阀。
