the channel establishing unit 32 is configured to establish a message transmission channel between the mobile terminals when the identity authentication of the at least two mobile terminals passes;
the processing unit 33 is configured to, when receiving an incoming call request, perform information processing between the at least two mobile terminals through the message transmission channel according to the incoming call request to answer the incoming call request and perform transaction management.
Optionally, the processing unit is applied to an intelligent dialog system of the first terminal, and is specifically configured to:
when the first terminal receives the incoming call request, referring to a pre-configured question-answer knowledge base, and carrying out intelligent conversation between a processing unit of the first terminal and an incoming call party;
and the processing unit of the first terminal sends intelligent dialogue information to a second terminal, wherein the intelligent dialogue information comprises all dialogue contents between the calling party and the first terminal so that the second terminal can display the intelligent dialogue information.
Optionally, the processing unit is applied to an intelligent dialog system of the second terminal, and is specifically configured to:
the second terminal receives call intervention information and sends the call intervention information to the first terminal, wherein the call intervention information is response information input by a user according to the intelligent dialogue information;
and the processing unit of the first terminal is also used for carrying out intelligent conversation with a calling party according to the call intervention information.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the prompting unit is used for prompting a user whether to start the multi-terminal synchronous processing function.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a detecting unit, configured to detect whether a message transmission channel is successfully established in a request/response manner after the message transmission channel is established between the mobile terminals;
the identity authentication unit 31 is further configured to, when the identity authentication is not successfully established, re-perform identity authentication on the mobile terminal that is not successfully established, and re-establish a message transmission channel after the identity authentication passes.
Optionally, the channel establishing unit 32 is further configured to determine whether to establish a message transmission channel and a message transmission mode according to the working state of the mobile terminal before establishing a message transmission channel between the mobile terminals.
Optionally, the processing unit 33 is specifically configured to perform text transcription on the voice information of the intelligent dialog to obtain a dialog text; extracting information from the dialog text, and determining the transaction information of the incoming call request; and setting a corresponding schedule report and a corresponding reminder according to the transaction information.
Optionally, the processing unit 33 is further configured to synchronize the dialog text between the at least two mobile terminals after obtaining the dialog text.
Optionally, the processing unit 33 is configured to extract information from the dialog text, determine transaction information of the incoming call request, and specifically:
segmenting and labeling the dialog text, and extracting information of the dialog problem after segmentation and labeling by using a preset information extraction model;
analyzing the extracted information through a preset language analysis model to determine one or more transaction information of names, time, places and events;
correspondingly, the processing unit 33 sets a corresponding schedule report and a corresponding reminder according to the transaction information, and is specifically configured to:
generating a schedule report according to one or more transaction information of the name, the time, the place and the event;
determining the event classification corresponding to the schedule report according to a preset event classification standard;
determining an emergency grade corresponding to the schedule report according to the event classification and the corresponding relation between the preset event classification and the emergency grade;
and setting a reminding mode corresponding to the schedule report according to the emergency level.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal transaction management device based on an intelligent call, including: one or more processors; a memory communicatively coupled to the one or more processors; one or more application programs; wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method described above.
In a specific example, the terminal transaction management device based on the intelligent call according to the embodiment of the present application may be specifically configured as shown in fig. 4, where the terminal transaction management device based on the intelligent call at least includes a processor 51, a storage medium 52, and at least one external communication interface 53; the processor 51, the storage medium 52 and the external communication interface 53 are all connected by a bus 54. The processor 51 may be a microprocessor, a central processing unit, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic array, or other electronic components with processing functions. The storage medium has stored therein computer executable code capable of performing the method of any of the above embodiments. In practical applications, the identity authentication unit 31, the channel establishing unit 32, and the processing unit 33 can be implemented by the processor 51.
Here, it should be noted that: the above description of the embodiment of the terminal transaction management device based on the intelligent call is similar to the above description of the method, and has the same beneficial effects as the embodiment of the method, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted. For technical details that are not disclosed in the embodiment of the terminal transaction management device based on intelligent call of the present invention, those skilled in the art should refer to the description of the embodiment of the method of the present invention to understand that, for brevity, detailed description is omitted here.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and when the program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the method described above.
A computer-readable storage medium can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable storage medium may even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
The terminal transaction management method, the device, the equipment and the storage medium based on the intelligent call can be applied to a network environment comprising at least two mobile terminals which are connected, and when a multi-terminal synchronous processing starting instruction input by a user is received, identity authentication is carried out on the at least two mobile terminals; when the identity authentication of the at least two mobile terminals passes, establishing a message transmission channel between the mobile terminals; and when receiving an incoming call request, performing information processing between the at least two mobile terminals through the message transmission channel according to the incoming call request so as to answer the incoming call request and perform transaction management. According to the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of mobile terminals of the user are interconnected, when one mobile terminal receives the incoming call request, the plurality of mobile terminals can cooperatively process the incoming call request, intelligent conversation can be carried out according to the pre-configured question and answer knowledge base, the transaction information can be obtained through the intelligent conversation, and the transaction management can be carried out according to the transaction information, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
It should be understood that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments when the program is executed.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.

Claims (10)

1. A terminal transaction management method based on intelligent call, which is applied to a network environment comprising at least two mobile terminals establishing connection, is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
when receiving a multi-terminal synchronous processing starting instruction input by a user, performing identity authentication on the at least two mobile terminals;
when the identity authentication of the at least two mobile terminals passes, establishing a message transmission channel between the mobile terminals;
when receiving an incoming call request, according to the incoming call request, performing information processing between the at least two mobile terminals through the message transmission channel to answer the incoming call request and perform transaction management;
wherein, when receiving an incoming call request, performing information processing between the at least two mobile terminals through the message transmission channel to answer the incoming call request according to the incoming call request comprises:
when the first terminal receives the incoming call request, referring to a pre-configured question-answer knowledge base, and carrying out intelligent conversation between an intelligent conversation system of the first terminal and an incoming call party;
the first terminal sends intelligent dialogue information to a second terminal, wherein the intelligent dialogue information comprises all dialogue contents between a calling party and an intelligent dialogue system of the first terminal;
the second terminal displays the intelligent dialogue information;
after the second terminal displays the intelligent dialogue information, the method further comprises the following steps:
the second terminal receives call intervention information and sends the call intervention information to the first terminal, wherein the call intervention information is response information input by a user according to the intelligent dialogue information;
and the intelligent dialogue system of the first terminal carries out intelligent dialogue with the calling party according to the call intervention information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the first terminal sends the intelligent dialog message to the second terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring the current working state of the second terminal;
and responding to the condition that the current working state of the second terminal meets the sending condition, and sending the intelligent dialogue information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and prompting a user whether to start the multi-terminal synchronous processing function.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the message transmission channel is established between the mobile terminals, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the message transmission channel is established successfully or not in a request/response mode;
and when the mobile terminal is not successfully established, the identity authentication is carried out again on the mobile terminal which is not successfully established, and the message transmission channel is established again after the identity authentication is passed.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the performing information processing between the at least two mobile terminals for transaction management according to the incoming call request specifically comprises:
performing text transcription on the voice information of the intelligent conversation to obtain a conversation text;
extracting information from the dialog text, and determining the transaction information of the incoming call request;
and setting a corresponding schedule report and a corresponding reminder according to the transaction information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after obtaining the dialog text, the method further comprises:
and synchronizing the dialog text between the at least two mobile terminals.
7. The method according to claim 5, wherein the extracting the dialog text and determining the transaction information of the incoming call request specifically comprises:
segmenting and labeling the dialog text, and extracting information of the dialog problem after segmentation and labeling by using a preset information extraction model;
analyzing the extracted information through a preset language analysis model to determine one or more transaction information of names, time, places and events;
correspondingly, the setting of the corresponding schedule report and the corresponding reminder according to the transaction information specifically includes:
generating a schedule report according to one or more transaction information of the name, the time, the place and the event;
determining the event classification corresponding to the schedule report according to a preset event classification standard;
determining an emergency grade corresponding to the schedule report according to the event classification and the corresponding relation between the preset event classification and the emergency grade;
and setting a reminding mode corresponding to the schedule report according to the emergency level.

A terminal transaction management apparatus based on smart phone, the apparatus being applied to a network environment including at least two mobile terminals establishing a connection, the apparatus comprising: the system comprises an identity authentication unit, a channel establishing unit and a processing unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the processing unit is applied to an intelligent dialog system of a second terminal, and is specifically used for:
the second terminal receives call intervention information and sends the call intervention information to the first terminal, wherein the call intervention information is response information input by a user according to the intelligent dialogue information; and the processing unit of the first terminal is also used for carrying out intelligent conversation with a calling party according to the call intervention information.
9. A terminal transaction management device based on intelligent call is characterized by comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory communicatively coupled to the one or more processors;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
