Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for generating a conference record according to an embodiment of the present invention. For clearly describing a method for generating a conference record provided in an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1.
The method for generating the conference record provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s101, acquiring first voice data of a first user, recognizing the first voice data to generate first text data, and correspondingly storing the first text data and the identity of the first user to generate first text information.
S102, second voice data of a second user are obtained, the second voice data are identified to generate second text data, and the second text data and the identity of the second user are correspondingly stored to generate second text information.
In an embodiment, the identity may comprise at least one of a facial feature, a user identification. Such as faces, pupils, etc., among others. Wherein the user identification is, for example, the user's title, account information, etc.
In one embodiment, the identity may be obtained by voice print recognition of voice data. Specifically, the correspondence between the voiceprint information and the identity is stored in advance.
In one embodiment, the step of acquiring the first voice data of the first user may include: and receiving first voice data sent by a first voice terminal. And the step of acquiring the second voice data of the second user may include: and receiving second voice data sent by the second voice terminal.
In other embodiments, the identification may be obtained via facial feature image information. For example: the voice terminal is further configured to, when receiving the voice data, acquire facial feature image information of the user, and acquire facial features (such as a human face, a pupil, and the like) of the user according to the facial feature image information, so that the step of acquiring the voice data of the user may further include: receiving voice data and face characteristics sent by a voice terminal; further, after the voice data is converted into text data, the text data and the facial features may be stored in association with each other to generate text information (in a form of text information such as an avatar of a WeChat chat interface plus characters). In addition, after receiving the voice data and the facial feature information sent by the voice terminal, a user identifier (such as the title of the user, account information, and the like) matching with the facial feature may be obtained, so that after the voice data is converted into text data, the text data and the user identifier are correspondingly stored to generate text information (such as the form of the title of the short message plus the information content).
In addition, in other embodiments, the identity may also be obtained through login information of the user (including the user identity). For example, before receiving the voice data, the voice terminal performs a corresponding operation of setting or logging in an account, so that the step of acquiring the voice data of the user may further include: receiving voice data and user identification (such as user's title, account information, etc.) sent by a voice terminal; and then after the voice data is converted into text data, the text data and the user identification are correspondingly stored to generate text information.
And S103, sequencing the first text information and the second text information according to the time sequence to generate a meeting record.
In one embodiment, before sorting the first text information and the second text information in chronological order to generate the meeting record in step S103, the method may include: the first speech data is associated with the first text data. And detecting the first text data, marking the position of the error text data in the first text data when the error text data is detected, and displaying the error text data. And after receiving the updating instruction, acquiring a first voice segment corresponding to the error text data, performing secondary recognition conversion on the first voice segment associated with the error text data, and marking the updated text data subjected to the secondary recognition conversion at the position of the error text data. Specifically, a confirmation update instruction of the user may be accepted so that the update text data replaces the error text data. The voice segment may be a voice sentence, and the division of the voice segment may be divided according to a pause of voice in the voice data. Therefore, the method for generating the conference record provided by the embodiment can improve the accuracy of the content in the conference record.
The detection standard of the error text data can be default or user-defined. For example, the text data which is not smooth in the first text data is error text data; for another example, if there is a certain portion of text data in the first text data that is not associated with the context, the text data is erroneous text data.
In one embodiment, the recognition of the first speech data to generate the first text data in step S101 is performed by a first speech recognition system. The second recognition conversion of the first speech segment associated with the erroneous text data is performed by the second speech recognition system. In other embodiments, after detecting the erroneous text data, the user may perform an artificial recognition update based on the first speech segment associated with the erroneous text data.
Specifically, for the detection of the erroneous text data in the second text data and other related steps, reference may be made to related processing steps for the first text data, which will not be described herein again.
In one embodiment, after the step S103 of sorting the first text information and the second text information in a time sequence to generate the meeting record, the method may include: and correcting the conference record according to the context information of the conference record. Specifically, due to the language used by the first user to speak with the second user, or the accent, when the voices of the first user and the second user are actually describing the same things or things, there may be a certain conversion error in converting the voices into texts, so after the conference record is generated, the conference record can be corrected according to the context information of the conference record to obtain a more accurate conference record.
In one embodiment, after the step S103 of sorting the first text information and the second text information in a time sequence to generate the meeting record, the method may include: repeated vocabularies and/or repeated sentences in the conference records are detected, and when the repeated vocabularies and/or repeated sentences reach the preset repeated times, the repeated vocabularies and/or repeated sentences are marked as high-frequency vocabularies and/or high-frequency sentences, so that a user can quickly arrange conference contents (such as important contents) in subsequent processing.
In one embodiment, after the step S103 of sorting the first text information and the second text information in a time sequence to generate the meeting record, the method may include: and generating a two-dimensional code according to the conference record, and sending the two-dimensional code to the first semantic terminal and the second voice terminal so that the two-dimensional code can be displayed by the first voice terminal and the second voice terminal, so that a user using the first voice terminal, a user using the second voice terminal and/or other users can scan the two-dimensional code on the first voice terminal or the second voice terminal through the reading terminal to obtain the conference record.
Specifically, when a reading request including the two-dimensional code sent by the reading terminal is received, the conference record is sent to the reading terminal, so that the reading terminal displays the conference record.
In other embodiments, the first voice terminal and the second voice terminal may both be reading terminals.
In addition, in other embodiments, after sorting the first text information and the second text information in chronological order to generate the meeting record in step S103, the method may include: and receiving a login request sent by the reading terminal, and judging whether the time for receiving the login request is within a preset time period. And if the time of the login request is within a preset time period, sending the conference record to the reading terminal. And if the time of the login request is not within the preset time period, sending corresponding overtime reminding information to the reading terminal. Specifically, the preset time period may be a default time period that is also a custom time period. Therefore, the method for generating a conference record according to this embodiment can limit the time for which the conference record can be acquired after the conference record is generated, and when the method is applied to a private conference (for example, a company conference, an internal conference, or the like), the occurrence of exposure of confidential information due to the fact that the conference record is in a state of being able to be acquired at any time for a long time can be reduced, and furthermore, the conference record can be time-efficient according to the needs of a user.
In one embodiment, after the step S103 of sorting the first text information and the second text information in a time sequence to generate the meeting record, the method may include: receiving an extraction instruction for content in the conference recording, wherein the extraction instruction comprises a keyword, and the keyword comprises a text or a voice segment. And searching text sentences matched with the keywords in the conference records according to the keywords, and displaying all the searched text sentences matched with the keywords in a list form. Therefore, the method for generating a conference record according to this embodiment can quickly find the content of the conference record corresponding to the text or the voice segment that the user wants to view according to the text or the voice segment input by the user after the conference record is generated.
In an embodiment, the method for generating a conference record provided in this embodiment may be applied to, but is not limited to, a server or a recording terminal. Although the embodiment only describes that the conference record is generated by performing corresponding operations on the voice data of two users, the method for generating the conference record provided by the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a case of two-user conversation, and may be a case of a plurality of users having a conversation.
