Abstract
本发明提供一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,按重量份数计,包括1份~10份的聚乙烯醇、4份~15份的乳化剂、1份~8份的过硫酸铵、5份~28份的软单体、4~25份的硬单体、1~10份的二烯丙基胺、40~70份的水。本申请的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂中,聚乙烯醇能够保护乳化剂不凝聚,过硫酸铵作为引发剂,软单体的引入能够赋予棉纤维制品柔软、丰满、富有弹性,硬单体的引入赋予棉纤维制品的硬挺度且不降低弹性,二烯丙基胺促进各组分与棉纤维反应并形成网状铰链结构,提高该弹性整理剂与棉纤维的牢固度,使得结合非常牢固,提高耐水洗性能。本发明还提供一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及棉纤维制品后整理技术领域,更具体的涉及一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展及人们生活水平的提高,对纺织品的要求越来越高,通过后整理工艺,能够赋予面料以色彩效果、形态效果(光洁、绒面、回弹性、硬挺度等)和实有效果(不透水、不毡缩、免烫、不蛀、耐燃等)的技术处理方式,面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。
服装面料主要分为棉布、麻布、丝绸、呢绒、皮革、化纤、混纺、色织布等。由于服装面料的多元化发展,使得不同场合、不同行业的人有不同的选择。棉纤维是纺织工业的重要原料,棉纤维制品吸湿和透气性好,柔软而保暖。目前,一般采用含有机硅类整理剂对棉纤维制品进行后整理,使得棉纤维制品具有很好的蓬松度、柔软度,但挺括性比较差,特别是容易起皱,且不耐水洗。
因此,有必要提供一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂来解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,采用该棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂处理后的产品,使得棉纤维制品具有优良的硬挺度和蓬松度、柔软度及回弹性,尤其是耐水洗效果好。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,按重量份数计,包括:1份~10份的聚乙烯醇、4份~15份的乳化剂、1份~8份的过硫酸铵、5份~28份的软单体、4~25份的硬单体、1~10份的二烯丙基胺、40~70份的水。
具体地,聚乙烯醇可以选为但不限于1份、3份、6份、8份、10份;乳化剂可以选为但不限于4份、7份、11份、13份、15份;过硫酸铵可以选为但不限于1份、3份、6份、8份;软单体可以选为但不限于5份、10份、15份、20份、28份;硬单体可以选为但不限于4份、8份、12份、16份、20份、25份;二烯丙基胺可以选为但不限于1份、3份、6份、8份、10份;水可以选为但不限于40份、50份、60份、70份。
较佳地,按重量份数计,包括:3份~8份的聚乙烯醇、6份~10份的乳化剂、1份~6份的过硫酸铵、9份~22份的软单体、6~18份的硬单体、4~8份的二烯丙基胺、45~65份的水。
较佳地,所述软单体选自2份~12份的醋酸乙烯酯、2份~10份的丙烯酸酯和1份~6份的丙烯酰胺的混合物。具体地,醋酸乙烯酯可以选为但不限于2份、6份、10份、12份;丙烯酸酯可以选为但不限于2份、4份、6份、8份、10份;丙烯酰胺可以选为但不限于1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、6份。
较佳地,所述硬单体选自2~15份的苯乙烯和2~10份的丙烯腈的混合物。具体地,苯乙烯可以选为但不限于2份、6份、10份、12份、14份、15份;丙烯腈可以选为但不限于2份、4份、6份、8份、10份。同时,丙烯腈的引入有助于使用该弹性整理剂的产品提高抗潮湿性能。
较佳地,所述乳化剂采用聚氧乙烯醚类非离子型乳化剂。
较佳地,所述聚氧乙烯醚类非离子型乳化剂选自异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十二醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚中的至少一种。实验中发现,聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚较异构醇聚氧乙烯醚类乳化效果好,且聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚可将软单体和硬单体均匀排列在棉纤维表面及各纤维之间,有效提高耐水洗性能。
较佳地,所述丙烯酸酯选自丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、乙基丙烯酸酯、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯和2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯中的至少一种。丙烯酸甲酯可选用但不限于甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
较佳地,所述乙基丙烯酸酯选自2-(全氟丁基)乙基丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯。其中,2-(全氟丁基)乙基丙烯酸酯的使用可有效提高耐水洗性能,可能是由于引入氟基的缘故。
较佳地,所述丙烯酰胺选自甲基丙烯酰胺或乙基丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
相应地,本发明还提供一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将聚乙烯醇、乳化剂、软单体、硬单体、二烯丙基胺、部分水混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)将过硫酸铵与余下的水混合,制得混合料B;
(3)将所述混合料A的20%投入釜中,升温至70℃,然后滴加B料,30分钟后,同时滴加所述混合料A料和所述混合料B,4小时滴完,制得棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂。
与现有技术相比,本申请的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂中,聚乙烯醇能够保护单体不凝聚,过硫酸铵作为引发剂,软单体的引入能够赋予棉纤维制品柔软、丰满、富有弹性,特殊硬单体的引入赋予棉纤维制品的硬挺度且不降低产品的蓬松度、柔软度及回弹性,二烯丙基胺促进各组分与棉纤维反应并形成网状铰链结构,提高该弹性整理剂与棉纤维的牢固度,使得结合非常牢固,提高耐水洗性能。
因此,本申请的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,适用于棉纤维制品的后整理,当用于棉纤维制品后整理工艺时,将待处理的棉纤维制品浸轧于上述弹性整理剂后,通过高温130-180℃定型,制得棉纤维制品成本,其具有优良的蓬松度、柔软度、硬挺度、回弹性和耐水洗性能,且组分简单、成本较低。

实施例1
一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,按重量份数计,包括:5份的聚乙烯醇、8份的异构十二醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份的过硫酸铵、4份的醋酸乙烯酯、6份的2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2份的乙基丙烯酰胺、5份的苯乙烯、4份的丙烯腈、5份的二烯丙基胺、58份的水。
该实施例的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将5份的聚乙烯醇、8份的异构十二醇聚氧乙烯醚、4份的醋酸乙烯酯、6份的2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2份的乙基丙烯酰胺、5份的苯乙烯、4份的丙烯腈、5份的二烯丙基胺、30份的水混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)将3份的过硫酸铵与余下的水混合,制得混合料B;
(3)将混合料A的20%投入釜中,升温至70℃,然后滴加B料,30分钟后,同时滴加混合料A(即剩余的80%的混合料A)和混合料B,4小时滴完,制得棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂。
实施例2
一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,按重量份数计,包括:8份的聚乙烯醇、12份的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、5份的过硫酸铵、8份的醋酸乙烯酯、4份的乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、4份的甲基丙烯酰胺、8份的苯乙烯、6份的丙烯腈、6份的二烯丙基胺、45份的水。
本实施例的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不详细阐述。

该对比例与实施例1基本相同,不同点在于:对比例4中不含醋酸乙烯酯,而实施例1中含醋酸乙烯酯,其余与实施例1均相同,在此不详细阐述。
对比例5
该对比例与实施例1基本相同,不同点在于:对比例5中不含苯乙烯,而实施例1中含苯乙烯,其余与实施例1均相同,在此不详细阐述。
对比例6
该对比例与实施例1基本相同,不同点在于:对比例6中不含丙烯腈,而实施例1中含丙烯腈,其余与实施例1均相同,在此不详细阐述。
对上述实施例1~5和对比例1-6获得的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂在棉纤维布进行应用性能测试。
将待处理的棉纤维布(棉纤维布的规格10cm×20cm)分别浸轧于上述弹性整理剂后,通过高温130℃定型,制得棉纤维制品,进行测试,测试结果见表1,其中,每组实施例中采用10块棉纤维布样品进行,对结果取平均值。
同时,添加对比例7,对比例7中的样品采用化纤面料的布样,将对比例7的化纤面料的布样浸轧于实施例1的弹性整理剂中进行后整理,其余步骤与上述相同,在此不详细阐述。
测试项目和条件如下:
柔软度和回弹性:通过手感测试,具体由10位专业人士分组触摸评分,给出平均分,采用100分制,分数越高,柔软性越好及富有弹性;
耐水洗性能:参照GB/T3921-2008标准;
挺度:采用直角测试方法,沿测试台的上直角边将样品移动至悬臂状态且悬空长度为10cm,测试悬空段样品与竖直方向(即与测试台的上直角边垂直的下直角边)所成的角度,角度越大,说明挺度好。

从实施例1~5和对比例1~7的测试结果可知,本申请的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂处理的棉纤维制品在挺度、回弹性、柔软度和耐水洗性能方面均得到了很好的提高。对比例1缺乏二烯丙基胺,无法与棉纤维形成网状铰链结构,因此该弹性整理剂与棉纤维的牢固度不强,不耐水洗。对比例7虽然采用相同的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂处理,但是其样品材质为化纤面料,与本体系结合性较弱,因此,耐水洗性能较差。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:1份~10份的聚乙烯醇、4份~15份的乳化剂、1份~8份的过硫酸铵、5份~28份的软单体、4~25份的硬单体、1~10份的二烯丙基胺、40~70份的水,
所述软单体为2份~12份的醋酸乙烯酯、2份~10份的丙烯酸酯和1份~6份的丙烯酰胺的混合物;
所述硬单体为2~15份的苯乙烯和2~10份的丙烯腈的混合物;
所述乳化剂采用聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:3份~8份的聚乙烯醇、6份~10份的乳化剂、1份~6份的过硫酸铵、9份~22份的软单体、6~18份的硬单体、4~8份的二烯丙基胺、45~65份的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,所述丙烯酸酯选自丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、乙基丙烯酸酯、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯和2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,所述乙基丙烯酸酯选自2-(全氟丁基)乙基丙烯酸酯、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂,所述丙烯酰胺选自甲基丙烯酰胺或乙基丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)将聚乙烯醇、乳化剂、软单体、硬单体、二烯丙基胺、部分水混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)将过硫酸铵与余下的水混合,制得混合料B;
(3)将所述混合料A的20%投入釜中,升温至70℃,然后滴加部分所述混合料B,30分钟后,同时滴加剩余的所述混合料A和剩余的所述混合料B,4小时滴完,制得棉纤维制品后整理用弹性整理剂。
