Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile fabrics, and particularly relates to a taxus chinensis tencel double-sided functional fabric and a preparation method thereof. The double-sided functional fabric of the taxus chinensis tencel is formed by blending taxus chinensis fibers, tencel and cotton fibers, and comprises, by mass, 10% -15% of taxus chinensis fibers, 10% -35% of tencel and 50% -80% of cotton. According to the taxus chinensis tencel double-sided functional fabric, the antibacterial performance of the fabric is greatly improved by adding the taxus chinensis fiber and performing antibacterial finishing; the comfort, toughness and softness of the fabric are improved by adding tencel; the strength, the rubbing fastness and the hydrophilic performance of the fabric are improved by adding the cotton fibers; by means of organic silicon finishing, the size stability, crease resistance, water resistance, air permeability and friction resistance of the fabric are improved; the water repellency, oil resistance, stain resistance, washing resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the fabric are improved through organic fluorine finishing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile fabrics, and particularly relates to a taxus chinensis tencel double-sided functional fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the demands and requirements of people on textile fabrics are increased and improved. Common all-cotton fabric clothes in life are comfortable to wear, but are easy to wrinkle, deform and mildew, have poor drapability and bring much trouble to daily wearing of people. Along with the rapid development of industry and the improvement of living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to environment and health, antibacterial textiles are more and more pursued and loved by people, but most of antibacterial fabrics are relatively poor in comfort, toughness and softness after being finished by a finishing agent; the strength, the rubbing fastness, the hydrophilic performance and the like of the fabric can not meet the diversified requirements of people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome and supplement the defects in the prior art and provides a double-sided functional fabric made of taxus chinensis and tencel and a preparation method thereof. The taxus chinensis tencel double-sided functional fabric is functionally finished by adopting a method of combining a chemical finishing agent and a physical process, and an additional chemical cross-linking agent is not required to be added, so that the fabric has an antibacterial function, and is excellent in softness, difficult to mildew, difficult to wrinkle and excellent in drapability.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the two-sided functional fabric of yew tencel cotton is woven by blended yarns containing yew fibers, tencel and cotton fibers, and the blended yarns comprise 10% -15% of the yew fibers, 10% -35% of the tencel and 50% -80% of cotton in parts by mass, wherein the yarn fineness of the cotton fibers is 32-40 English counts, and the yarn twist coefficient is 325-330.
The preparation method of the double-sided functional fabric made of the taxus chinensis tencel comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of fabric
a. Preparing raw materials: preparing taxus chinensis fiber, tencel and cotton fiber according to the content ratio of 10-15% of taxus chinensis fiber, 10-35% of tencel and 50-80% of cotton by mass fraction;
b. weaving on a loom: selecting a double-sided knitting weft knitting machine with the cylinder warp of 34-38 inches and the needle number of 24-28 needles/inch to knit the yarns into grey cloth;
c. refining and bleaching: b, adding the grey cloth obtained in the step b into refining liquid for refining, controlling the refining temperature to be 90-100 ℃, and refining for 45-50 min; adding the refined grey cloth into bleaching liquid for bleaching, controlling the bleaching temperature to be 10-45 ℃ and the bleaching time to be 5-15 min;
