Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层铝木复合结构板,包括基层,基层的上表面上设置有第二粘结层,第二粘结层的上表面上粘结有第一金属板,第一金属板的上表面上粘结有第一粘结层,第一粘结层的上表面上粘结有第一实木层;所属基层的下表面上设置有第三粘结层,第三粘结层的下表面上粘结有第二金属板,第二金属板的下表面上粘结有第四粘结层,第四粘结层的下表面上粘结有第二实木层。本发明的上下表面为实木,具有天然实木的装饰效果,也保留了天然实木的质感。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合板材领域,具体而言,涉及一种多层铝木复合结构板。
背景技术
实木地板,又叫原木地板,因具有无污染、花纹自然、典雅应重、富质感性、弹性真实等优点,故经常作为家庭装潢中地板铺设的首选材料。但是同时它还存在易受潮变形、不耐磨、易燃、易失光泽等缺点。
由此可见,现有技术的复合结构板需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的缺点,提供了一种多层铝木复合结构板,解决了上述技术的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种多层铝木复合结构板,其特征在于:包括基层,基层的上表面上设置有第二粘结层,第二粘结层的上表面上粘结有第一金属板,第一金属板的上表面上粘结有第一粘结层,第一粘结层的上表面上粘结有第一实木层;所属基层的下表面上设置有第三粘结层,第三粘结层的下表面上粘结有第二金属板,第二金属板的下表面上粘结有第四粘结层,第四粘结层的下表面上粘结有第二实木层。
优化的方案,所述基层是有实木板制成的基层。
优化的方案,所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层、第三粘结层和第四粘结层均是由环氧树脂胶制成的粘结层。
优化的方案,所述第一金属板和第二金属板均是由铝合金板制成的;所述第一金属板和第二金属板的厚度是相同的。
优化的方案,所述第一实木层和第二实木板的厚度是相同的;所述第一实木层的厚度与基层的厚度是相同的。
由于采用了上述技术,与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的上下表面为实木,具有天然实木的装饰效果,也保留了天然实木的质感。
2、本发明的内部有铝合金板,铝合金板赋予了复合结构板的高强度、隔音、隔热、节能、环保的特点,并且整体易加工、安装快捷方便、经久耐用、不起鼓不开裂、质量稳定的特点,用途广泛,可以用作桌面板、护墙板、高档家具板的材料。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1所示,一种多层铝木复合结构板,包括基层5,基层5的上表面上设置有第二粘结层4,第二粘结层4的上表面上粘结有第一金属板3,第一金属板3的上表面上粘结有第一粘结层2,第一粘结层2的上表面上粘结有第一实木层1。所属基层5的下表面上设置有第三粘结层6,第三粘结层6的下表面上粘结有第二金属板7,第二金属板7的下表面上粘结有第四粘结层8,第四粘结层8的下表面上粘结有第二实木层9。
具体的设计中:所述基层5是有实木板制成的基层。所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层、第三粘结层和第四粘结层均是由白乳胶制成的粘结层。所述第一金属板和第二金属板均是由铝合金板制成的;所述第一金属板和第二金属板的厚度是相同的。所述第一实木层和第二实木板的厚度是相同的。所述第一实木层的厚度与基层的厚度是相同的。
本发明还提供了一种多层铝木复合结构板的制作方法,步骤如下:
1)、实木加工:选择合适的木材,一般采用的是枫木和橡木。经锯切成规格板材,再经过刨切、旋切后,制成符合要求的实木板材。
2)、铝合金板涂胶:采用涂胶机将环氧树脂胶涂刷在铝合金板的正反两面。
3)、热压压合:依次将实木板材、两面涂胶的铝合金板、实木板材、两面涂胶的铝合金板和实木板材输送到热压机中压合,制成复合结构板半成品。
4)、复合板打磨抛光:利用砂光机对复合结构板半成品进行打磨并抛光,制成符合要求的多层铝木复合结构板。
本发明的上下表面为实木,具有天然实木的装饰效果,也保留了天然实木的质感。
本发明的内部有铝合金板,铝合金板赋予了复合结构板的高强度、隔音、隔热、节能、环保的特点,并且整体易加工、安装快捷方便、经久耐用、不起鼓不开裂、质量稳定的特点,用途广泛,可以用作桌面板、护墙板、高档家具板的材料。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的设备或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

1.一种多层铝木复合结构板,其特征在于:包括基层,基层的上表面上设置有第二粘结层,第二粘结层的上表面上粘结有第一金属板,第一金属板的上表面上粘结有第一粘结层,第一粘结层的上表面上粘结有第一实木层;
所属基层的下表面上设置有第三粘结层,第三粘结层的下表面上粘结有第二金属板,第二金属板的下表面上粘结有第四粘结层,第四粘结层的下表面上粘结有第二实木层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层铝木复合结构板,其特征在于:所述基层是有实木板制成的基层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多层铝木复合结构板,其特征在于:所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层、第三粘结层和第四粘结层均是由环氧树脂胶制成的粘结层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层铝木复合结构板,其特征在于:所述第一金属板和第二金属板均是由铝合金板制成的;所述第一金属板和第二金属板的厚度是相同的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多层铝木复合结构板,其特征在于:所述第一实木层和第二实木板的厚度是相同的;所述第一实木层的厚度与基层的厚度是相同的。
