Abstract
本发明公布了一种注塑托盘边角的配方和生产工艺,包括填充、保压、冷却和脱模,所述生产时通过将pp料、注塑原料和颜色按比例进行混合,根据颜色要求在原料内添加相应的着色剂与原料进行混合,填充时间从模具闭合开始注塑起,到模具型腔填充到大约95%为止,且填充完成后。将pp材料、HDPE料和POE料进行压合,从而使原材料压合成托盘的边角,注塑托盘边角相对于木材质托盘,在使用时不易损坏,同时可以有效的防止蛀虫以及清理,当注塑托盘边角在使用中发生损坏时,可以将托板边角进行回收利用,有效的解决了损坏后回收处理不方便,回收利用率较差,通过注塑托盘边角代替传统木质托盘边角,可以减少木材的利用,有益于环境的环保。

技术领域:
本发明涉及托盘边角生产技术领域,特别涉及一种注塑托盘边角的配方和生产工艺。
背景技术:
托盘是用于集装、堆放、搬运和运输的放置作为单元负荷的货物和制品的水平平台装置,一种载货平台,而且是活动的平台,或者说是可移动的地面,在企业的仓库中,常常需要进入大量的货物,人们需要通过叉车来将这些货物进行分类和码放,在码放的过程中,需要对叉车的底板放上一层托盘的底板,用来在增加货物的置放面积,即使放在地面上失去灵活性的货物,一经装上托盘便立即获得了活动性,成为灵活的流动货物,因为装在托盘上的货物,在任何时候都处于可以转入运动的准备状态中,这种以托盘为基本工具组成的动态装卸方法,就叫做托盘作业,使用较为方便,托盘边角是托盘四周的拐角支撑角,但是现有的托盘边角通常的材料为木材质,木材质的托盘在长时间使用时,木材质边角容易发生损坏,当发生损坏后回收处理不方便,回收利用率较差,因此亟需一种注塑托盘边角的配方和生产工艺来解决上述问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的损坏后回收处理不方便,回收利用率较差缺陷,提供一种注塑托盘边角的配方和生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种注塑托盘边角的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括填充、保压、冷却和脱模,所述生产时通过将pp料、注塑原料和颜色按比例进行混合,根据颜色要求在原料内添加相应的着色剂与原料进行混合,填充时间从模具闭合开始注塑起,到模具型腔填充到大约95%为止,且填充完成后,模板快速接近定模板,且确认无异物存在下,系统转为高压,将模板锁合,并且将射台前进到指定位置后,可设定螺杆多段速度、压力和行程,将料筒前端的熔料注入模腔,所述保压是持续施加压力,压实溶体,可以增加塑料密度,以补偿塑料的收缩行为,且保压阶段决定多种压力的时间段,保持料筒的压力,所述冷却是将成型塑料制品固化到一定刚性,避免脱模后塑料制品受到外力产生变形,且在冷却过程中射台后退到指定位置,所述脱模是制品冷固成型后,将模板后退到原位,并通过顶针将成型塑料制品顶出。
优选的,所述计算塑件的体积或质量,通过三维造型可获得矩形上壳罩的体积V=201mm,PP的密度为P=0.902/cm3,所述塑件的质量0=ρV =1.8098。
优选的,所述塑件本身的几何形状及生产批量确定型腔数目,由于塑件尺寸有一般精度要求,外表面和内表面有高光洁要求,不易采用太多型腔数目,所以考虑采用一模两腔,型腔平衡分布在型腔板两侧,以方便浇口排列和模具平衡。
优选的,所述确定注射成型的工艺参数,根据该塑件的结构特点和PP 的成型性能,查有关资料初步确定塑件的注射成型,其中工艺参数密度为 0.9~0.91、预热温度为80~100、时间为1~2小时以及模具温度为40~80摄氏度。
优选的,所述确定模具温度及冷却方式,PP为结晶性塑料,吸温性小,可能发生熔融破裂,长期与热金属接触易发生分解,流动性极好,溢边值为0.03mm左右,因此,冷却速度快,浇注系统及冷却系统应散热缓慢,因此,在保证顺利脱模的前提下,提高冷却时间,从而提高生产率,所以,模具温度控制在40~80摄氏度。
优选的,由于塑件来采用注射成型加工,使用模两腔分布,因此可计算出一次注射成型过程中所用塑料量为ω=2ω+ω废料=2ω+ω x20%=3.9798g。
优选的,所述PP料外观似聚乙烯,密度仅为0.90~0.91/cm3,它光泽好,易着色,PP的屈服强度,抗压强度及弹性较好,PP的熔点为164~170℃,其耐热性好,能在100C以上的温度下进行消毒灭菌,PP耐低温的使用温度可达-15C,PP的高频绝缘性能好,而且由于其不吸水绝缘性能不受温度的影响,PP在氧、热、光的作用下极易解聚和老化,所以在使用中须加入防老化剂。

优选的,所述注塑托盘配方为:PP料88.2%,HDPE料5%,POE料5%,色母1.8%
本发明的注塑托盘边角的配方和生产工艺的有益效果是:将pp材料、 HDPE料和POE料进行压合,从而使原材料压合成托盘的边角,注塑托盘边角相对于木材质托盘,在使用时不易损坏,同时可以有效的防止蛀虫以及清理,当注塑托盘边角在使用中发生损坏时,可以将托板边角进行回收利用,有效的解决了损坏后回收处理不方便,回收利用率较差,通过注塑托盘边角代替传统木质托盘边角,可以减少木材的利用,有益于环境的环保。

1.一种注塑托盘边角的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括填充、保压、冷却和脱模,所述生产时通过将pp料、注塑原料和颜色按比例进行混合,根据颜色要求在原料内添加相应的着色剂与原料进行混合,填充时间从模具闭合开始注塑起,到模具型腔填充到大约95%为止,且填充完成后,模板快速接近定模板,且确认无异物存在下,系统转为高压,将模板锁合,并且将射台前进到指定位置后,可设定螺杆多段速度、压力和行程,将料筒前端的熔料注入模腔,所述保压是持续施加压力,压实溶体,可以增加塑料密度,以补偿塑料的收缩行为,且保压阶段决定多种压力的时间段,保持料筒的压力,所述冷却是将成型塑料制品固化到一定刚性,避免脱模后塑料制品受到外力产生变形,且在冷却过程中射台后退到指定位置,所述脱模是制品冷固成型后,将模板后退到原位,并通过顶针将成型塑料制品顶出。
