本发明是一种盒形件RTM模具,包括上模、下模、芯块和脱模块,上模与下模形成有封闭型腔室,芯块和脱模块设于所述腔室内,上模和下模分别设有注胶口,脱模块分别嵌入下模盒形件四个边角处,且盒形制件在铺贴时,其高度铺至脱模块顶出面,以便脱模时顶出制件,脱模块上设有螺纹通孔,脱模时,螺栓旋入此螺纹孔,直至螺栓底面与下模接触,继续旋入螺栓,脱模块相对于螺栓向上运动从而顶出制件。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种盒形件RTM模具。
背景技术
RTM又称树脂传递模塑或树脂压铸成型,是指由低粘度树脂在闭合模具中流动浸润增强材料并固化成型的一种工艺技术,属于复合材料成型技术中的液体成型工艺;RTM工艺具有成型性好,增强材料和基体树脂的复合自由度宽,并能改善操作环境等特点,并且没有有机溶剂和纤维的挥散问题;RTM的闭模树脂注入方法可极大地减少树脂的有害成分对人体和环境的毒害,因此,RTM技术广泛应用于复合材料的成型工艺。
在RTM模具中,经常用来成型盒形封闭结构的制件,此类制件固化后常会紧紧的包裹在型芯上,没有相应的着力点,很难从型芯上脱下来,并且常常由于此暴力脱模,毁坏制件或者划伤制件表面,造成废品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种盒形件RTM模具,解决现有盒形件脱模时困难的问题,采用此预设脱模块脱模,可以轻易将脱模块从模具中旋出,从而顶出制品。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种盒形件RTM模具,包括上模和下模,上模和下模分别设有注胶口,上模、下模形成封闭型腔室,在腔室内设置芯块和脱模块,脱模块嵌入盒形件下模的四个边角处,且盒形制件在铺贴时,其高度铺至脱模块顶出面,芯块的数量为四个且围在盒形件的周围,并且芯块具有10°斜度,在脱模块上设有螺纹通孔,脱模时,螺栓旋入螺纹通孔,直至螺栓底面与下模接触,继续旋入螺栓,脱模块相对于螺栓向上运动从而顶出制件。
本发明的RTM模具的使用步骤包括:在下模的型芯上铺制盒形件预制体,高度铺至脱模块的顶出面,然后将四个芯块向内压紧,利用导柱和精定位器合上上模,在模具四周相应合理位置用螺栓将上模和下模锁紧,将模具移至烘箱,利用烘箱的加热装置将模具加热后,通过注胶口往腔室内注入树脂;待树脂固化完成后,进行产品脱模,将上模脱开,芯块向四周拆开,螺栓旋入脱模块的螺纹孔,直至螺栓底面与下模接触,继续旋入螺栓,脱模块相对于螺栓向上运动从而顶出制件。
本发明的有益效果是:该种盒形件RTM模具,在盒形件的四个角分别设置一个脱模块,并使制件铺贴至脱模块的顶出面,可大大降低脱模时的难度,且操作方便,省时省力,脱模时,利用脱模螺栓可以轻而易举的拧出脱模块,从而将制件从型芯上脱下来,简单易操作。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1~4所示,本发明是一种盒形件RTM模具,包括上模1和下模4,所述上模1和下模4分别设有注胶口,所述上模1、下模4形成封闭型腔室,在所述腔室内设置芯块2和脱模块3,脱模块3嵌入盒形件下模4的四个边角处,且盒形制件在铺贴时,其高度铺至脱模块3顶出面,以便脱模时顶出制件,也就是说在盒形件的四个角分别布置四个脱模块,脱模时,四个角分别作用向上的顶出力,从而使制件从下模的型芯上脱下来,所述芯块2的数量为四个且围在盒形件的周围,并且芯块2具有10°斜度,在所述脱模块3上设有螺纹通孔,脱模时,螺栓旋入螺纹通孔,直至螺栓底面与下模4接触,继续旋入螺栓,脱模块3相对于螺栓向上运动从而顶出制件。
下模4中间设有凸起型芯结构,在四个角开设相应的脱模块3安放位置,且从下模4底面掏空其内部,可减轻模具重量,且便于加热,使其受热均匀,上模1采用与下模4相同的形状,在上模1预留相应的芯块安放处,合模时,利用芯块2的斜度将制件向四周压紧,脱模块3上开设螺纹通孔,将脱模螺栓拧进去,从而顶出脱模块3,脱出制件。
RTM模具的使用步骤包括:在下模4的型芯上铺制盒形件预制体,高度铺至脱模块3的顶出面,然后将四个芯块2向内压紧,利用导柱和精定位器合上上模1,在模具四周相应合理位置用螺栓将上模1和下模4锁紧,将模具移至烘箱,利用烘箱的加热装置将模具加热后,通过注胶口往腔室内注入树脂;待树脂固化完成后,进行产品脱模,将上模1脱开,芯块2向四周拆开,螺栓旋入脱模块3的螺纹孔,直至螺栓底面与下模4接触,继续旋入螺栓,脱模块3相对于螺栓向上运动从而顶出制件。

Claims (2)

1.一种盒形件RTM模具,包括上模(1)和下模(4),所述上模(1)和下模(4)分别设有注胶口,其特征在于:所述上模(1)、下模(4)形成封闭型腔室,在所述腔室内设置芯块(2)和脱模块(3),脱模块(3)嵌入盒形件下模(4)的四个边角处,且盒形制件在铺贴时,其高度铺至脱模块(3)顶出面,所述芯块(2)的数量为四个且围在盒形件的周围,并且芯块(2)具有10°的斜度,在所述脱模块(3)上设有螺纹通孔,脱模时,螺栓旋入螺纹通孔,直至螺栓底面与下模(4)接触,继续旋入螺栓,脱模块(3)相对于螺栓向上运动从而顶出制件。
