In the conventional technology, grinding basically depends on manual feeding and pushing, and the grinding is carried out through coarse grinding, fine grinding (the grinding amount of some products is large and needs three times of grinding), end face grinding (height) and chamfering, so that the manual turnover workload is very large, the pushing speed is not uniform due to human factors, the size of the processed products is very easy to deviate, and the proportion of appearance defects such as angle falling, cracking and the like is increased in the turnover process. The invention provides a magnetic ring multi-station grinding and processing integrated production method utilizing the magnetic ring burr polishing device, which is characterized in that the vibration conveying speed of a vibration feeding device is adjusted, the speed of a conveying belt device is adjusted, and smooth conveying of all links is ensured. The product blank is pushed to the first grinding device for coarse grinding, and the machining size of the first grinding device is generally required to be controlled between 0.3 and 0.5 mm. If the excircle grinding machining amount of the blank is larger than 0.5mm, the roughly ground product is sent into a second grinding device through a conveying belt device to be ground accurately to reach the size required by the corresponding drawing; the products after fine grinding are converted into outer circles which are abutted together by abutting end surfaces between the products through a direction converter, and the products are sent into a double-end-surface grinding machine through a conveying belt device to grind the size of two end surfaces (height) of the products, so that the height of the products meets the size of a drawing; then the product is sent into a double-side chamfering machine through a conveying belt device, and two included angles between the outer circle and the end face of the product are chamfered simultaneously; and then the products are conveyed into a rail type ultrasonic cleaning machine through a conveying belt device, the cleaned products are directly conveyed into a hot air dryer, the products are directly conveyed into a finished product turnover box after being dried in the air, and the production is finished by integrating a plurality of processes from blank feeding to direct finished product discharging. The magnetic ring multi-station grinding and processing integrated production method can realize one-time feeding in grinding and processing, reduces the intermediate turnover link, and realizes one step of coarse grinding, fine grinding, end face grinding (height), chamfering and cleaning and drying, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency and effectively reducing process wastes generated in the intermediate turnover link.

3. A magnetic ring burr grinding device as recited in claim 2, wherein the first grinding member and the second grinding member have granular grinding materials uniformly distributed on sides thereof remote from the air bag.

The magnetic ring burr polishing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said turntable is a cylindrical electromagnet, the turntable is connected to an external power source through a wire, a distance between the turntable and the polishing member is smaller than a chamfer height of the magnetic ring, and an installation groove for fixing the rotation shaft is formed at an end of the turntable adjacent to the polishing platform.
5. A magnetic ring burr grinding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a gear train is provided between the shaft and an output shaft of the driving motor, the shaft being offset from the output shaft.
6. A magnetic ring burr grinding device as defined in claim 1, wherein the air bag is made of high elastic rubber.
7. A magnetic ring burr grinding device as defined in claim 1, wherein the first grinding plate and the second grinding plate are equal in height, and the air pockets are smaller in height than the first grinding plate.
8. A magnetic ring burr grinding device as defined in claim 1, wherein the driving motor is a servo motor.

A multi-station grinding and processing integrated production method for a magnetic ring by using the magnetic ring burr grinding device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising a magnetic ring grinding system, wherein the system comprises a vibration feeding device, a conveying belt device, a first grinding device, a first conveying belt device, a second grinding device, a direction converter, a second conveying belt device, a double-end-face grinding machine, a third conveying belt device, a double-side chamfering machine, a fourth conveying belt device, a rail-type ultrasonic cleaning machine, a hot air dryer and a finished product turnover box which are sequentially communicated, and the first grinding device and the second grinding device are both magnetic ring burr grinding devices.
10. A magnetic ring multi-station grinding and processing integrated production method as claimed in claim 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the device configuration: adjusting the vibration conveying speed of the vibration feeding device, and adjusting the speeds of the first conveying belt device, the second conveying belt device, the third conveying belt device and the fourth conveying belt device to be consistent;
(2) polishing: conveying the product blank to a first grinding device for coarse grinding through a conveying belt device, controlling the machining size of the coarse grinding to be 0.3-0.5mm, conveying the product after coarse grinding to the first grinding device for fine grinding through the first conveying belt device, and conveying the product after fine grinding to a double-end-face grinding machine through a direction converter and a second conveying belt device for grinding the end face of a magnetic ring;
(3) and (3) chamfering: conveying the polished magnetic ring to a double-side chamfering machine for chamfering through a third conveying belt device;
(4) and (3) post-treatment: and the chamfered magnetic ring is conveyed by a fourth conveyor belt device to sequentially pass through a rail type ultrasonic cleaning machine, a hot air dryer and a finished product turnover box for post-treatment processing.
