An anti-aging composition, which is characterized by comprising main effective components and a synergist; the main effective components comprise beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide, rhodiola rosea and kudzu-vine root; the synergist is at least one of Abelmoschus manihot extract, apple pectin, lecithin and basil extract.
2. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the main effective ingredient to the synergist is 8.5-21: 1.74-2.76.
3. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, wherein the main effective ingredients comprise 7 to 15 parts by weight of beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of rhodiola rosea and 1 to 4 parts by weight of kudzu root.
4. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, wherein the synergist comprises, by weight, 0.1 to 0.2 parts of abelmoschus manihot extract, 0.1 to 0.2 parts of apple pectin, 0.2 to 0.5 parts of lecithin, and 1 to 3 parts of basil extract.
5. The anti-aging composition according to claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the abelmoschus manihot extract, the apple pectin, the lecithin and the basil extract is 3:3:4: 30.
6. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the main active ingredient further comprises niacinamide.
7. The anti-aging composition according to claim 6, wherein the nicotinamide is present in an amount of 1-3 parts by weight.
8. The anti-aging composition of any one of claims 1 to 7, in the form of a dosage form comprising powders, capsules, tablets, granules and pills.
9. The method for preparing the antiaging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) cleaning the rhodiola rosea and the kudzuvine root according to the formula dosage, soaking in water, centrifuging and quickly freezing;
(2) micronizing frozen radix Rhodiolae and radix Puerariae, oven drying, and sieving to obtain mixture 1;
(3) adding beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide, nicotinamide and a synergist with formula dosage into the mixture 1 obtained in the step (2), and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-aging composition.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the micronization time in the step (2) is 20-30 min.
