背景技术

发明内容

当检测到温度处于或超过温度阈值时,系统能够实施用于防止和/或降低高温的多个程序中的一个或多个。可以有单个温度传感器测量泵中一个位置处的温度,或者可以有多个温度传感器测量多个位置处的温度。当采用多个温度传感器时,当温度测量的平均值超过阈值时或者当单个温度测量超过阈值时,可以触发警报。温度可以由一个或多个温度传感器获得和/或由处理器在连续的基础上或在周期性的基础上发送,例如,每秒一次、每分钟一次或两次等。尽管主要针对超过设定阈值的测量的温度值进行描述,但是在一些实施例中,能够关于温度的阈值变化率以类似的方式替代地或另外地采用一个或多个测量的温度值的变化率。
在一个实施例中,当测量的温度达到或超过预设温度阈值(或温度阈值的变化率)时,禁止感应充电。这能够通过泵向感应充电器发送信号以通过禁止从充电板传输电磁功率到泵从而暂停充电来完成。如果泵仍然连接到用户并且输送药物,则也能够暂停药物输送。当温度已经下降到可接受的充电水平时,感应充电能够被重新激活。在一些实施例中,能够以自动闭环方式来提供感应充电和药物输送的暂停和感应充电的重新激活。这种闭环系统还可以在泵和/或远程控制设备的用户界面上通知用户系统采取的动作中的一个或多个。例如,可以在用户界面上呈现警报,以通知用户感应充电和/或胰岛素输送已经被暂停,并且当感应充电和/或胰岛素输送已经被重新建立时,具有后续警报。这种警报还可以包括听觉和/或振动通知。在其他实施例中,系统可以响应于采取动作(例如恢复感应充电和/或药物输送)之前的一个或多个警报来要求用户确认。
在另一实施例中,当系统处于或高于阈值温度(或温度的变化率)时,系统能够替代地降低由充电板传输的电磁功率的量(即,充电速率),而不是完全禁止感应充电。这能够通过将泵中的充电速率降低预定量来实现。一旦温度已经降低了期望的量,则能够增加充电速率。如果泵当前正在输送药物,则在一些实施例中,系统能够在充电速率降低时禁止药物输送,并且在恢复增加的充电时恢复输送。还可以进一步提供与系统采取的动作相关的一个或多个警报。在各种实施例中,系统能够自动地从事一个或多个动作,或者可以在从事一个或多个动作之前要求用户确认。在一些实施例中,如果温度继续升高或没有以期望的速率和/或量降低,则能够进一步降低或完全禁止充电速率。
尽管在降低充电的情况下温度将不会像完全禁止充电时那样快速降低,但是降低充电提供了优于暂停充电的优点,即设备仍将被连续充电。尽管降低充电速率已经被描述为完全暂停充电的替代方案,但是应当理解,这两种方法可以在单个充电过程中以交替或以其他周期性循环的方式一起采用。例如,在一个实施例中,如果温度超过第一阈值温度,则能够降低充电,并且如果温度超过第二、更高的阈值温度,则能够暂停充电。在其他实施例中,暂停充电和降低充电可以交替或周期性地循环,因为在一些情况下,连续降低充电可以更快地对电池充电,且在其他情况下,对于暂停充电期间,利用全功率充电可以更快地对电池充电。
通过使系统与本文描述的暂停或降低充电的通知和/或其他通知同时或独立,可以向用户提供一个或多个另外的通知。例如,无论是间歇地禁止充电还是降低充电速率,泵将花费比通常更长的时间来充电。因此,可以另外地通知用户电池可能花费比预期更长的时间来充电。此外,高温度和/或高温度变化率可能指示充电板中的传输线圈和泵中的接收线圈未恰当对准。因此,可以可替代地或另外地通知用户可能存在未恰当的对准和检查该对准。重复的温度警告可能指示充电板的问题,且因此在阈值数量的警告之后,能够通知用户充电板可能被损坏并更换充电板。另外,当温度已经超过阈值温度和/或达到甚至更高的阈值(例如,对于胰岛素为37摄氏度)时,能够通知用户胰岛素或其他药物可能已经降解和/或变质。本文描述的任何警告和警报能够进一步包括指示用户采取关于通知的动作。例如,在各种实施例中,能够结合对应的通知指示用户检查泵相对于充电板的对准,使用不同的充电板等。
详细通知(诸如以上描述的那些)能够在设备的用户接口上提供给用户,例如泵、专用远程控制器和/或具有用于控制泵的软件应用的远程消费电子设备,诸如智能电话。另外,泵或充电板中的一个或多个在其上能够包括指示灯。感应充电的问题能够可替代地或另外地由这样的指示灯、通过例如灯从关闭到打开、灯闪烁、灯以不同速率闪烁、灯改变颜色、灯亮度改变等来指示。在一些实施例中,不同的指示灯动作(例如,不同的闪烁速率)能够指示不同的充电问题或动作(例如,充电暂停或充电功率降低)。
尽管系统在本文中主要描述为基于温度测量来暂停和/或修改正在进行的感应充电,但是也可能存在泵开始时在已经升高的温度下放置在充电器上的情况。在这样的情况下,初始充电能够被降低、不被启动等,并且提供如本文所描述的关于暂停或修改正在进行的充电的警报。
现在参考图3,描绘了对诸如包含温度监测的非固定输注泵的医疗设备进行感应充电的方法200的流程图。在步骤202,将设备放置在充电器上,且在步骤203,充电板检测设备。在一些实施例中,如本文所述确定设备的温度,并在步骤204,在启动充电之前将该温度与一个或多个阈值温度进行比较。如果温度高于预定阈值,则在步骤206能够可替代地不启动充电或者在步骤208以降低的功率启动充电。在任一方法的情况下,在一些实施例中,能够在步骤210或步骤212通知用户采取的动作。可替代地,能够在没有用户通知的情况下采取相应的动作(如虚线箭头指示)。在各种实施例中,系统能够返回到步骤204并且继续连续地或周期性地监测温度。如果降低充电,在温度进一步升高时,或者如果温度没有以期望的速率和/或量降低,则可以进一步降低或禁止充电。这可以自动完成,或者,例如,可以在用户确认该警报之后完成。
如果确定温度低于预定阈值,则或者在开始时或者在清除警报之后,在步骤214,启动全功率充电以对设备充电。在一些实施例中,能够通知用户已经启动充电。在充电期间,在步骤216,能够在周期性地或连续地基础上监测温度并将该温度与预定阈值进行比较,该预定阈值可以与步骤204中的阈值相同或不同。如果温度低于预定阈值,则全功率充电继续,并且系统继续监测温度。如果温度高于预定阈值,则能够在步骤218可替代地暂停充电或在步骤220以降低的功率继续充电。能够分别在步骤222通知用户已经暂停充电或在步骤224通知用户已经降低充电,并且在一些实施例中,还能够在步骤224通知用户已经启动充电(以降低的功率)。可替代地,能够在没有用户通知的情况下采取相应的动作(如虚线箭头指示)。系统能够在步骤216自动地或响应于用户确认继续监测温度,并且当温度响应于暂停的或降低的功率充电而下降到预定温度以下时,重新启动全功率充电。如果开始时降低充电,并且温度继续增加或者没有以期望的速率和/或量降低,则可以进一步降低或禁止充电。上述步骤能够继续,直到设备电池被充满电或者直到设备以其他方式从充电器上移除。
在实施例中,上述的系统确定能够全部通过输注泵的处理器进行。例如,输注泵能够测量温度、比较温度,并且通过向板发送控制信号来使感应充电器禁止和/或调制所传输的功率,该控制信号使板的处理器根据控制信号来调整功率。在其他实施例中,这些确定中的一个或多个能够通过感应充电板的处理器或与泵通信的单独设备来进行,例如远程控制设备。

Claims (20)

1.一种方法,包括:
检测被配置为包含药物并具有可再充电电池的非固定输注泵已被放置在感应充电设备上;
利用所述感应充电设备、通过以第一充电速率对所述非固定输注泵传输电力来启动对所述非固定输注泵的所述可再充电电池的充电;
以所述第一充电速率对所述非固定输注泵传输电力时,检测所述非固定输注泵内的多个温度值;
将所述非固定输注泵内的所述多个温度值与药物敏感阈值温度进行比较,所述药物敏感阈值温度为一温度,在所述温度下,被配置为包含在所述非固定输注泵内的所述药物能够变得受所述温度负面影响;和
如果所述非固定输注泵内的所述多个温度值中的温度值低于所述药物敏感阈值温度,使所述感应充电设备继续以所述第一充电速率对所述非固定输注泵传输电力,或
如果所述非固定输注泵内的所述多个温度值中的温度值高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,使所述感应充电设备将所述第一充电速率降低到低于所述第一充电速率的第二充电速率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第二充电速率是将零功率传输到所述非固定输注泵以对所述非固定输注泵的所述电池充电的零功率充电速率。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第二充电速率是小于所述第一充电速率的降低的非零充电速率。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第一充电速率是所述感应充电设备能提供的最大充电速率。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:在启动对所述可再充电电池的充电前,确定所述非固定输注泵内的温度值,并且仅在所述温度值低于所述药物敏感阈值温度时启动充电。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,还包括:如果所述非固定输注泵内的温度高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,对用户提供尚未启动充电的通知。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:在启动对所述可再充电电池的充电前,确定所述非固定输注泵内的温度值,并且如果所述温度值高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,以所述第二充电速率而非所述第一充电速率启动充电。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:对用户提供充电速率已经降低到所述第二充电速率的通知。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:当所述感应充电设备以所述第二充电速率传输电力时,如果所述多个温度中的一个低于所述药物敏感阈值温度,将充电速率提高到所述第一充电速率。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:如果所述非固定输注泵内的温度高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,暂停利用所述非固定输注泵输送所述药物。
11.一种非固定输注泵系统,包括:
非固定输注泵,其包括可再充电电池并被配置为包含药物;
感应充电设备,其被配置为对所述非固定输注泵传输电力以对所述非固定输注泵的所述可再充电电池充电;和
处理器,其被配置为:
检测所述非固定输注泵已被放置在所述感应充电设备上;
使得利用所述感应充电设备、通过以第一充电速率对所述非固定输注泵传输电力来启动对所述非固定输注泵的所述可再充电电池的充电;
以所述第一充电速率对所述非固定输注泵传输电力时,检测所述非固定输注泵内的多个温度值;
将所述非固定输注泵内的所述多个温度值与药物敏感阈值温度进行比较,所述药物敏感阈值温度为一温度,在所述温度下,被配置为包含在所述非固定输注泵内的所述药物能够变得受所述温度负面影响;和
如果所述非固定输注泵内的所述多个温度值中的温度值低于所述药物敏感阈值温度,使所述感应充电设备继续以所述第一充电速率对所述非固定输注泵传输电力,或
如果所述非固定输注泵内的所述多个温度值中的温度值高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,使所述感应充电设备将所述第一充电速率降低到低于所述第一充电速率的第二充电速率。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述第二充电速率是将零功率传输到所述非固定输注泵以对所述非固定输注泵的所述电池充电的零功率充电速率。
13.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述第二充电速率是小于所述第一充电速率的降低的非零充电速率。
14.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述第一充电速率是所述感应充电设备能提供的最大充电速率。
15.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述处理器还被配置为:在启动对所述可再充电电池的充电前,确定所述非固定输注泵内的温度值,并且仅在所述温度值低于所述药物敏感阈值温度时使得启动充电。
16.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中所述处理器还被配置为:如果所述非固定输注泵内的温度高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,对用户提供尚未启动充电的通知。
17.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述处理器还被配置为:在使得启动对所述可再充电电池的充电前,确定所述非固定输注泵内的温度值,并且如果所述温度值高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,以所述第二充电速率而非所述第一充电速率启动充电。
18.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述处理器还被配置为:对用户提供充电速率已经降低到所述第二充电速率的通知。
19.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述处理器还被配置为:当所述感应充电设备以所述第二充电速率传输电力时,如果所述多个温度中的一个低于所述药物敏感阈值温度,使得将充电速率提高到所述第一充电速率。
20.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述处理器还被配置为:如果所述非固定输注泵内的温度高于所述药物敏感阈值温度,暂停利用所述非固定输注泵输送所述药物。
