Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a method for preparing a skin specimen for marine mammals, comprising;
s01: the skin of a marine mammal is divided into at least two skin sub-blocks and connecting fasteners for the skin sub-blocks are provided. It should be noted that, the skin sub-blocks need to be dissected before being segmented, so as to obtain characteristic parameters of the marine mammal, such as volume, surface area, etc.; then the segmentation size of the skin sub-blocks is preset. The above-mentioned division size depends on the above-mentioned characteristic parameters.
Specifically, the process of segmenting the skin of the marine mammal specifically comprises the following steps:
s011: the skin of the marine mammal is segmented into at least two sub-blocks of skin according to the segmentation size. Preferably, the skin is divided into a plurality of skin sub-blocks according to the division size in a specific division process.
S012: holes are punched in the sides of at least two sub-blocks of skin. In the process of providing the connection fastener for the skin sub-blocks, it is preferable to form holes in the side portions of the skin sub-blocks and to insert reinforcing bars therethrough. In particular, the perforation of the connective tissue layer of the skin sub-mass is performed by the fact that said connective tissue comprises a large quantity of liquid matrix and interstitial fluid, which are to be dehydrated during the subsequent plasticizing operation, which layer is selected to be perforated without affecting the skin specimen, and which is also easy to perforate.
S02: the skin sub-pieces are plasticized. It should be noted here that the plasticizing process includes the following steps:
s021: fixing the skin sub-blocks. The fixing process usually uses formalin with 20% concentration to perfuse the skin sub-blocks and soak them for a period of time (at least 4 months) before fixing the skin sub-blocks.
S022: dehydrated and defatted skin sub-pieces. The dehydration and degreasing are preferably performed at room temperature, and acetone is used as a dehydrating agent, a degreasing agent and a medium solvent to gradually replace water and fat in a shallow structure.
S023: soaking dehydrated and defatted skin sub-block. The impregnation process preferably adopts vacuum condition to replace acetone in the tissue with liquid polymer such as silica gel, epoxy resin, etc.
S03: and fixing the plasticized skin sub-blocks to the specimen body by using the connecting firmware. The fixing process specifically includes:
s031: and welding the reinforcing steel bars of the skin sub-blocks to the specimen body. The connecting fastener is preferably a steel bar penetrating through the skin sub-block. Meanwhile, the specimen body comprises a reinforcing mesh. And welding the reinforcing steel bars of the skin sub-blocks to the reinforcing steel bar grids in a specific operation process.
S032: and welding the reinforcing steel bars of the skin sub-blocks to the adjacent skin sub-blocks. Meanwhile, the reinforcing steel bars between the adjacent sub-blocks are connected together by welding, so that the skin sub-blocks are restored to the shape before the skin is not divided.
S04 repairing the gaps between the skin sub-pieces. It should be noted that there is a gap between adjacent skin sub-blocks after welding, and a plasticized filling material needs to be filled in the gap, and then the filling material needs to be polished to keep the filling material flat with the skin sub-blocks, and the gap is polished and colored to make the color of the filling material consistent with that of the skin sub-blocks.
The skin sub-blocks are plasticized after the skin of the marine mammal is divided into the plurality of skin sub-blocks, then the plasticized skin sub-blocks are fixed on the body of the sample by the connecting fasteners, the skin sub-blocks are fixed by the connecting fasteners, and gaps among the skins are repaired, so that the defect that the existing skin sample manufacturing method is applied to the marine mammal is overcome, and the skin sample of the marine mammal is manufactured.
In addition, the invention also provides a skin specimen preparation device applied to marine mammals, as shown in fig. 5. The skin preparation device is applied to the preparation method of the skin specimen of the marine mammal related to the scheme, and comprises the following steps:
the skin sub-block setting module 01 is used for dividing the skin of the marine mammal into at least two skin sub-blocks and setting connecting firmware of the skin sub-blocks;
a plasticizing module 02 for plasticizing the skin sub-blocks;
the skin sub-block fixing module 03 is used for fixing the plasticized skin sub-blocks to the specimen body by using the connecting firmware;
and the skin sub-block gap repairing module 04 is used for repairing gaps among the skin sub-blocks.
In need of supplementation, the skin specimen preparation device further comprises an anatomy module and a preset module; wherein the dissection module is used for dissecting the marine mammal;
the presetting module is configured for presetting a segmentation size of the skin sub-block.
In addition, the skin sub-block setting module is configured to perform the following steps:
segmenting the skin of the marine mammal into at least two sub-blocks of skin according to the segmentation size;
holes are punched in the sides of at least two sub-blocks of skin.
The plasticizing module is configured to perform the steps of:
fixing the skin sub-blocks;
dehydrated and defatted skin sub-pieces;
soaking dehydrated and defatted skin sub-block.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the skin specimen preparation device applied to the marine mammals, which is provided by the application, adopts the same technical concept as the skin specimen preparation method of the marine mammals, and achieves the same technical effect.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and improvements should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
