Description

Laundry care appliance with control device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a laundry care appliance with a control device.
Background
In conventional laundry care appliances, the water absorption capacity of the laundry loaded into the laundry drum is generally not known for the control device of the laundry care appliance. In order to ensure effective laundry care of the laundry to be treated in this case, the laundry is usually washed oversaturated, so that the laundry is supplied with a greater quantity of washing liquid than would be necessary for effective laundry care. The consumption of laundry care substances is therefore increased by the laundry having an oversaturation of the washing liquor, and increased thermal energy must also be expended to heat a larger quantity of washing liquor.
A laundry care appliance with a control device is known from DE 102016212490 a 1.
EP 2348151 a1 discloses a use of laundry in a program-controlled washing machine.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a laundry care appliance in which a favorable saturation of the washing liquor during the laundry care process is ensured.
This object is achieved by the subject matter having the features according to the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims, the description and the figures.
According to a first aspect, the object is achieved according to the invention by a laundry care appliance having: a lye container for receiving washing liquid, wherein the lye container has a discharge opening and an inlet opening, which are fluidically connected by a liquid line; a laundry drum for receiving laundry; a washing liquid supply means for supplying washing liquid to the alkali liquid container; a pump configured to: pumping washing liquid into the liquid line via the drain opening and re-feeding the pumped washing liquid to the lye container via the inlet opening in order to moisten the laundry in the laundry drum; volume detection means for detecting the volume of the washing liquid not bound to the laundry; and a control device for controlling the pump and the washing liquid supply device, wherein the laundry care appliance has a textile detection device for detecting the textile type/fabric type (Textiltyp) of the laundry received in the laundry drum and/or a weight detection device for detecting the weight of the laundry received in the laundry drum, wherein the control device is configured for: determining the amount of washing liquid to be supplied by the laundry feeding device to the lye container based on the detected type of textiles of the laundry and/or based on the detected weight of the laundry, wherein the control device is configured to: activating the washing liquid supply device during a time period and supplying the determined amount of washing liquid to the lye container, wherein the control device is configured for: activating a pump during the period of time in order to cyclically pump the supplied washing liquid via the liquid line, wherein the volume detection device is configured for: detecting a volume of washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry, and wherein the control device is configured to: deactivating the washing liquid supply device when the detected volume exceeds a volume reference value, wherein the volume reference value is determined as a function of the detected type of textiles and/or the detected weight of the laundry.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by comparing the detected volume with a volume reference value, a desired optimum saturation value of the laundry can be reached. Therefore, the laundry is prevented from having supersaturation of the washing liquid, and the detergent consumption and the heat energy consumption can be restricted.
In order to particularly advantageously identify the amount of washing liquid supplied to the lye container, the amount of washing liquid to be supplied is determined by the control device on the basis of the detected type of textiles of the laundry and/or on the basis of the detected weight of the laundry.
In particular, the amount of washing liquid to be fed is determined on the basis of the type of textiles of the laundry detected by the textile detection device. In particular, the amount of washing liquid to be fed is determined based on the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detecting means. In particular, the amount of washing liquid to be fed is determined on the basis of the type of textiles of the laundry detected by the textile detection device and on the basis of the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection device.
Depending on the required accuracy of the manner of determination of the quantity of washing liquor to be supplied, the laundry care appliance can here have only one textile detection device, only one weight detection device, or one textile detection device and one weight detection device in order to carry out the respective determination step.
Deactivating (deactivating) the washing liquid supply means in connection with the end of the washing liquid supply is determined by the conditions: the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry exceeds a volume reference value. Here, the volume reference value is determined from the type of textiles of the laundry detected by the textile detection device and/or from the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection device.
In particular, the volume reference value can be determined here as a function of the type of textiles of the laundry detected by the textile detection device. In particular, the volume reference value can be determined, in particular, from the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection device. In particular, the volume reference value can be determined as a function of the type of textile of the laundry detected by the textile detection device and as a function of the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection device.
By supplying the determined amount of washing liquid to the laundry, the laundry is advantageously saturated/saturated with the washing liquid
Figure BDA0002493487250000031
A part of the supplied washing liquid quantity is not bound by the laundry and flows out into the lye container and can be detected by the volume detection means.
Thus, a correlation (korrilation) between the degree of saturation of the laundry and the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry can be obtained. When the detected volume exceeds the volume reference value, the desired saturation of the laundry is reached and the washing liquid supply is deactivated.
The volume reference value is determined in particular as a function of the desired saturation of the laundry (in particular 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% saturation). The volume reference value can be halved, for example, if, for example, only 50% saturation of the laundry is desired.
By the targeted setting of the laundry to be treated with a saturation of the washing liquor, a washing process which is resource-efficient and energy-saving can be ensured, and furthermore an optimal washing action is achieved on the basis of an optimal wetting of the laundry.
By laundry care appliance is understood an appliance used for laundry care, such as a washing machine or a laundry dryer. In particular, such a laundry care appliance is understood to be a domestic laundry care appliance. Namely, such a laundry care appliance: the laundry care appliance is used in the household sector and treats household-used amounts of laundry with the aid of the laundry care appliance.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured to: when the detected volume is below a (undetermined) volume reference value, the time period is repeated in order to re-determine the amount of washing liquid, re-supply the determined amount of washing liquid to the lye container, re-detect the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry, and, when the sum of the volume and the re-detected volume exceeds the volume reference value, the washing liquid supply means is deactivated.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the control device can incrementally control the supply of washing liquid to the lye container for such a long time that the sum of the volumes of washing liquid not bound to the laundry exceeds the volume reference value, which leads to the deactivation of the washing liquid supply device.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured to: determining the newly determined amount of washing liquid from the difference between the volume reference value and the volume detected during said period of time, and/or the control device being configured to: the re-determined amount of washing liquid is determined based on the detected type of textiles of the laundry and/or based on the detected weight of the laundry.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the newly determined amount of washing liquid may be smaller than the amount of washing liquid determined during the period of time, so that it can be avoided that the washing has an oversaturation of the washing liquid. This is achieved by: in determining the newly determined amount of washing liquid, the difference between the volume of washing liquid already supplied to the laundry during the period of time and the volume reference value is taken into account and/or the type of textiles and/or the weight of the laundry is taken into account.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured to: when the volumetric flow value determined from the detected volume is below the volumetric flow minimum value, the pump is deactivated during said period of time in order to end the circulating pumping of washing liquid through the liquid line.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by falling below the volume flow minimum, the control device can be indicated that the circulation pumping process is finished. The drop in the detected volume flow to the minimum volume flow is indicated to the control device as follows: there is a very small amount of washing liquid available for the circulation pumping and the circulation pumping process can therefore be ended.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a feed sensor (Zuf uhSENSOR) which is designed to: the amount of the washing liquid supplied from the washing liquid supply device is detected.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the control device is informed of the available washing liquid quantity supplied during the respective time period by means of the supply sensor.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the weight detection device comprises: a weighing device for weighing the laundry received in the laundry drum, a device for detecting the sinking (Absenkung) of the vibration system of the laundry drum, and/or a device for detecting a power parameter of the drum drive of the laundry drum.
This achieves the technical advantage that: advantageous weight detection of the laundry is ensured by the weight detection means.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a program selection device for selecting a laundry care program from a plurality of laundry care programs, wherein the textile detection device is designed to: the type of textile of the laundry is detected based on the selected laundry care program.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the textile detection device may perform an efficient detection of the type of textile based on the selected laundry care program.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the textile detection device comprises an optical sensor for detecting a material property of a textile type of the laundry, wherein the textile detection device is designed to: the type of textile of the laundry is detected based on the detected material properties.
This achieves the technical advantage that: an efficient and direct detection of the textile type of the laundry is ensured.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, and the control device is designed to: during the circulating pumping of the washing liquid via the liquid line, the drum drive is activated in order to rotate the laundry drum by one revolution, in particular by an abutment revolution (angelrehzahl), in particular by between 100 and 200 revolutions per minute, in order to abut the laundry against the laundry drum.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by rotating the laundry drum during the circulation pumping process, a particularly effective wetting of the laundry by the washing liquid can be ensured. In particular, the laundry drum can be rotated with an abutment rotational speed, in particular between 100 and 200 revolutions per minute. When the laundry drum is rotated with the contact rotational speed, the laundry is contacted by the laundry drum, so that a particularly advantageous wetting of the laundry with the recirculated washing liquid can be ensured.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the volume detection device is designed to: during said period of time, the volume of washing liquid pumped cyclically by the pump via the liquid line is detected, in order to detect the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the volume detection means can detect the corresponding volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry directly during the circulation pumping process during said period of time. In particular, the volume of washing liquid that is pumped around corresponds to the volume of washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the volume detection device comprises a flow sensor arranged in the liquid line for detecting a volume flow of the washing liquid pumped via the liquid line, and/or the volume detection device comprises a power detection element for detecting an electrical power value of the pump.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by means of said element it is ensured that the volume of washing liquid is effectively detected by the volume detection means. If the volume detection means comprise a flow sensor, the cyclically pumped volume of washing liquid can advantageously be detected from the detected volume flow of washing liquid pumped by the pump through the liquid line, and, consequently, the volume of washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry.
If the volume detection means comprise a power detection element for detecting the value of the electric power of the pump, the value of the power detected by the power detection element can advantageously be correlated with the volumetric flow of washing liquid pumped by the pump through the liquid line in order to perform an advantageous volume detection, whereby the volume pumped by the pump can be obtained as a function of time and thus the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry can be detected.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, and the control device is designed to: activating the drum drive after circulating pumping of the washing liquid via the liquid line in order to subject the washing liquid bound to the laundry to a free centrifugation (freischeludern) in order to obtain a quantity of washing liquid which is centrifuged freely, wherein the volume detection device is configured for: the volume of the washing liquid which is circulated and pumped through the centrifugal separation is detected so as to detect the volume of the washing liquid which is not bonded to the laundry.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by detecting the volume of washing liquid that is centrifuged freely, the volume of washing liquid that is not bound to the items to be washed can be determined particularly advantageously. After the circulating pumping of the washing liquid, the laundry drum is rotated and the washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry is subjected to free centrifugation, which washing liquid is accumulated in the lye container, wherein the corresponding volume of the washing liquid which is free centrifuged can advantageously be detected by a volume detection device (in particular a level sensor). In particular, the volume of washing liquid that is centrifuged freely corresponds to the volume of washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the volume detection device comprises a fill level sensor arranged in the lye container (in particular in a lower region of the lye container facing the discharge opening) for detecting the fill level of the washing liquid located in the lye container.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the volume of the washing liquid (in particular of the washing liquid which is centrifuged freely) can be determined directly in the lye container by means of a liquid level sensor (in particular a pressure sensor) which is arranged in the lye container and is used for detecting the liquid level of the washing liquid located in the lye container.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured to: determining a proportional relationship between the amount of washing liquid fed to the lye container and the volume of washing liquid which is freely centrifuged during said period of time, wherein the textile detection device is configured for: the type of textile of the laundry is detected on the basis of the determined proportionality, and/or wherein a volume reference value is determined from the determined proportionality, from the detected type of textile of the laundry and/or from the detected weight of the laundry.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the corresponding proportional relationship between the amount of washing liquid fed and the volume of washing liquid centrifuged enables a more accurate detection of the textile type (or volume reference value) of the laundry than would be the case if only the volume of washing liquid centrifuged was compared with the volume reference value.
According to a second aspect, the object is achieved according to the invention by a method for treating laundry in a laundry care appliance, wherein the laundry care appliance has a lye container for receiving washing liquor, wherein the lye container has a discharge opening and an inlet opening, which are fluidically connected by a liquid line, wherein the laundry care appliance has: a laundry drum for receiving laundry; a washing liquid supply means for supplying washing liquid to the alkali liquid container; a pump configured to: pumping washing liquid into the liquid line via the drain opening and re-feeding the pumped washing liquid to the lye container via the inlet opening in order to wet the laundry in the laundry drum; a volume detecting means for detecting the volume of the washing solution not bound to the laundry; a textile detection device for detecting the textile type of the laundry received in the laundry drum and/or a weight detection device for detecting the weight of the laundry received in the laundry drum; and control means for controlling the pump and the washing liquid supply means, wherein the method comprises the steps of: determining, by the control device, the amount of washing liquid to be supplied by the laundry feeding device to the lye container based on the detected type of textiles of the laundry and/or based on the detected weight of the laundry; activating, by the control device, the washing liquid supply device during a period of time in order to supply the determined amount of washing liquid to the lye container; activating, by the control device, the pump during said period of time so as to cyclically pump the supplied washing liquid via the liquid line; detecting the volume of the washing liquid not bound to the laundry by the volume detecting means; deactivating the washing liquid supply device after the period of time by the control device when the detected volume exceeds a volume reference value, wherein the volume reference value is determined depending on the detected type of textiles of the laundry and/or the detected weight of the laundry.
This achieves the technical advantage that: it is possible to achieve that the laundry to be treated has a favourable degree of saturation of the washing liquid.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the time period is repeated by the control device when the detected volume is below the volume reference value, in order to re-determine the washing liquid quantity, re-supply the determined washing liquid quantity to the lye container, re-detect the volume of washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry, and, when the sum of the volume and the re-detected volume exceeds the volume reference value, deactivate the washing liquid supply device.
This achieves the technical advantage that: the time period can be repeated by the control device for as long as the sum of the detected volumes exceeds the volume reference value, so that a favorable saturation of the laundry can be approached within the framework of the iterative process.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the detection of the volume of washing liquid which is not bound to the items to be washed comprises: detection by the volume detection means of the volume of washing liquid pumped by the pump through the liquid line circulation.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by detecting the volume of washing liquid pumped in circulation, the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry can be detected particularly advantageously.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the laundry care appliance has a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, and the method comprises the following steps: activating, by the control device, the drum drive during said time period after the circulating pumping of the washing liquid via the liquid line, in order to free-centrifugally separate the washing liquid bound to the laundry and obtain a quantity of washing liquid that is free-centrifugally separated; the volume of the washing liquid that is centrifuged freely is detected by the volume detection means, so that the volume of the washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry is detected.
This achieves the technical advantage that: by detecting the volume of the washing liquid that is separated by centrifugation, the volume of the washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry can be detected particularly advantageously.

Here, the textile detection device 141 can determine the type of the textile, in particular according to the laundry care program selected by the user, or the textile detection device 141 can detect the type of the textile by means of an optical sensor.
Diagrams (b), (c) and (d) of fig. 3 show a diagram of the amount of washing liquid supplied by the washing liquid supply 129 (see diagram b), the number of revolutions of the rotating laundry drum 107 (see diagram c) and the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry (see diagram d) over time, which are all plotted along a respective ordinate axis 145 as a function of time, which is provided along a respective abscissa axis 147.
The fourth curve 155 shown in diagram (b) of fig. 3 shows the time profile of the amount 157 of washing liquid supplied by the washing liquid supply device 129 to the lye container 105 during the time period 159, wherein the amount 157 of washing liquid has been determined by the control device 119 from diagram (a).
A fifth curve 156 shown in diagram (c) of fig. 3 shows the time course of the number of revolutions of the laundry drum 107 driven by the drum drive 123.
A sixth curve 158, which is shown in diagram (d) of fig. 3, shows the time course of the volume of washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry, which is detected by the volume detection device 135 during the time period 159.
During a first time interval 159-1 of the time period 159, washing liquid is supplied to the lye container 105 and the supplied washing liquid is supplied to the laundry by means of the pump 117 by means of a circulating pump in order to wet the laundry by means of the washing liquid.
After the cyclic pumping during the first time interval 159-1, the volume 161-1 of wash liquid not bound to the laundry is detected by the volume detection means 135 during an immediately subsequent second time interval 159-2 of the time period 159.
Here, in particular, the pump 117 can be reactivated in order to assess whether there is any more washing liquid which has not bound to the items of laundry, which can be determined by the volume detection element 135. Here, the control device 119 is designed in particular to: when the detected volume 161-1 is below the volume minimum, the pump 117 is deactivated during the time period 159 to end the circulating pumping of the wash liquid via the liquid line 115.
During an optional third time interval 159-3 of the time period 159, which is immediately following the second time interval 159-2, the number of revolutions of the laundry drum 107 is increased.
During a fourth time interval 159-4 of the period 159, which is immediately followed by the third time interval 159-3, the number of revolutions of the laundry drum 107 is increased in order to free-centrifugally separate the washing liquid bound to the laundry and obtain a free-centrifugally separated amount of washing liquid. The volume detection device 135 is configured to: the volume 161-2 of wash liquid that is centrifuged freely is detected.
During a fifth time interval 159-5 of the time period 159, which is immediately following the fourth time interval 159-3, the pump 117 is reactivated in order to circulate the washing liquid that is centrifuged freely, with the washing liquid that is centrifuged freely advantageously wetting the laundry.
Here, the control means 119 compare the detected volume 161-2 of the free-centrifuged washing liquid with a volume reference value 163, which is not shown in fig. 3, and deactivate the washing liquid supply means 129 when the detected volume 161-2 of the free-centrifuged washing liquid exceeds the volume reference value 163. This ensures that the laundry is advantageously saturated with washing liquid.
Here, the volume reference value 163 is determined depending on the type of textiles of the laundry detected by the textile detection means 141 and/or depending on the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection means 137.
If the detected volume 161-2 is below the volume reference value 163, the control device 119 repeats the time period 159 in order to re-determine the amount of washing liquid 157, re-supply the determined amount of washing liquid 157 to the lye container 105, re-detect the volume 161-2 of washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry, and deactivate the washing liquid supply device 129 when the sum of the volume 161-2 and the re-detected volume 161-2 exceeds the volume reference value 163.
Thus, the washing liquid can be supplied to the laundry stepwise to ensure that the laundry has an effective saturation of the washing liquid.
The volume detection element 135 here comprises, in particular, a level sensor arranged in the lye container 105 (in particular in the lower region of the lye container 105 facing the discharge opening 111) for detecting the level of the washing liquid located in the lye container 105.
Although in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 the volume 161-2 of wash liquid that is free to be centrifuged is detected by the volume detection means 135 as the volume 161-2 of wash liquid that is not bound to the laundry, it is alternatively possible that the volume 161-1 of wash liquid that is pumped cyclically by the pump 117 via the liquid line 115 is detected by the volume detection means 135 as the volume 161-2 of wash liquid that is not bound to the laundry.
In this case, the volume detection means 135 comprise, inter alia, a flow sensor arranged in the liquid line 115 for detecting the volume flow of washing liquid pumped via the liquid line 115, and/or the volume detection means 135 comprise a power detection element for detecting the value of the electric power of the pump 117.
Thus, the accurate saturation of the washing target is adjusted, and the washing can be prevented from being under-saturated or over-saturated with the washing liquid. Only the amount of washing liquid that is precisely required for an advantageous laundry care process is supplied to the laundry. Thus, an optimum washing liquid consumption and energy consumption of the laundry care appliance 100 can be ensured.
In addition, particularly advantageous laundry care results are ensured by optimal saturation of the laundry.
Fig. 4 shows a diagrammatic representation of the detection process of the electrical power value of the pump of the laundry care process.
According to the present disclosure, the volume detection means 135 for detecting the volume 161-1, 161-2 of washing liquid not bound to the laundry may comprise a power detection element for detecting an electrical power value of the pump 117.
Since the pump 117 pumps the washing liquid in a volume flow via the liquid line 115 during the circulating pumping process depending on the value of the electric power of the pump 117, there is a correlation between the value of the electric power of the pump 117 and the volume flow. The volumetric flow can be determined based on the detected electrical power value of the pump 117. With the time known, the determined volume flow can be converted into the volume 161-1 of washing liquid which is pumped by the pump 117 in a circulating manner.
Fig. 4 shows the variation of the electrical power value (in particular the current) of the pump 117 as a function of time along the ordinate axis 145, said time being provided along the abscissa axis 147. As is known from the first and second power curves 165, 167, the electrical power value decreases when no more washing liquid is delivered by the pump 117.
As is known from the first power curve 165, in the case of determining the first integrated value 169 based on the first power curve 165, the power peak occurring after the first drop in the electric power value is no longer taken into account.
As is known from second power curve 167, in the case of a determination of second integrated value 171 based on second power curve 167, additional power peak values occurring after the first drop in electric power value are additionally taken into account, so that second integrated value 171 is higher than first integrated value 169.
Thus, depending on the requirements, the respective volume 161-1, 161-2 of washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry can be detected by the control device 119 by means of the selected first or second integrated value 169, 171.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of a method for treating laundry in a laundry care appliance.

As a fifth method step, the method 200 comprises: a first volume 161-1, 161-2 of washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry is detected 209 by the volume detecting means 135.
As a sixth method step, method 200 comprises: when the detected volume 161-1, 161-2 exceeds the volume reference value 163, the washing liquid supply means 129 is deactivated 211 by the control means 119 after said period 159, wherein the volume reference value 163 is determined depending on the detected type of textiles of the laundry and/or the detected weight of the laundry.
