Description

Washware care implement with control device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a laundry care appliance having a control device.
Background
In conventional laundry care appliances, the water absorption capacity of the laundry loaded into the laundry drum is generally not known for the control device of the laundry care appliance. In order to ensure effective laundry care of the laundry to be treated in this case, the laundry is usually washed supersaturated, so that a greater amount of washing liquid is fed to the laundry than may be necessary for effective laundry care. Accordingly, consumption of the laundry care materials increases due to the laundry having supersaturation of the wash liquid, and increased thermal energy must also be expended to heat a greater amount of the wash liquid.
A laundry care appliance with a control device is disclosed in DE 10 2016 212 490 A1.
A use process for laundry in a program-controlled washing machine is disclosed in EP 2 348 A1.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a laundry care appliance in which an advantageous saturation of the laundry with the washing liquid is ensured during the laundry care process.
According to a first aspect, the object of the invention is achieved by a laundry care appliance having: an lye container for receiving a washing liquid, wherein the lye container has a discharge opening and an input opening, which are fluidically connected by a liquid line; a laundry drum for receiving laundry; a washing liquid supply means for supplying a washing liquid into the lye container; a pump, the pump configured to: pumping washing liquid into the liquid line via the discharge opening and re-feeding the pumped washing liquid to the lye container via the input opening in order to wet the laundry in the laundry drum; volume detection means for detecting the volume of the washing liquid not bound to the laundry; and a control device for controlling the pump and the washing liquid supply device, wherein the washing care appliance has a textile detection device for detecting a textile type/cloth type (textilep) of the washing received in the washing drum and/or a weight detection device for detecting a weight of the washing received in the washing drum, wherein the control device is configured for: determining the amount of washing liquid to be supplied by the washing liquid supply device to the lye container on the basis of the detected textile type of the washing and/or on the basis of the detected weight of the washing, wherein the control device is configured for: activating the washing liquid supply device during a period of time and supplying the determined amount of washing liquid to the lye container, wherein the control device is configured for: activating a pump during the time period to circulate the pumped washing liquid via the liquid line, wherein the volume detection device is configured to: detecting a volume of wash liquid not bound to the wash load, and wherein the control device is configured to: the washing liquid supply is deactivated when the detected volume exceeds a volume reference value, wherein the volume reference value is determined as a function of the detected textile type and/or the detected weight of the laundry.
The following technical advantages are achieved: by comparing the detected volume with the volume reference value, the desired optimal saturation value of the laundry can be reached. Therefore, the laundry is prevented from having supersaturation of the washing liquid, and the detergent consumption and the heat energy consumption can be limited.
In order to determine the amount of washing liquid to be supplied to the lye container particularly advantageously, the amount of washing liquid to be supplied is determined by the control device on the basis of the detected textile type of the laundry and/or on the basis of the detected weight of the laundry.
In particular, the amount of washing liquid to be supplied is determined on the basis of the type of textiles of the laundry which are detected by the textile detection device. In particular, the amount of the washing liquid to be supplied is determined based on the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detecting means. In particular, the amount of washing liquid to be fed is determined on the basis of the type of textiles detected by the textile detection means of the laundry and on the basis of the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection means.
Depending on the required accuracy of the manner of determining the amount of washing liquid to be supplied, the laundry care appliance can have only one textile detection device, only one weight detection device, or one textile detection device and one weight detection device in order to carry out the respective determination steps.
Disabling (Deaktivieren) the washing liquid supply means in connection with the end of the washing liquid supply is determined by the condition: the volume of wash liquid not bound to the wash load exceeds the volume reference. The volume reference value is determined here as a function of the type of textile of the laundry detected by the textile detection device and/or as a function of the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection device.
The volume reference value can be determined in particular from the type of textiles of the laundry which is detected by the textile detection device. In particular, the volume reference value can be determined in particular from the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection device. In particular, the volume reference value can be determined as a function of the type of textile of the laundry detected by the textile detection means and as a function of the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection means.
By supplying the determined amount of washing liquid to the laundry, the laundry is advantageously saturated/saturated with the washing liquidA part of the supplied washing liquid quantity is not bound by the washings but flows out into the lye container and can be detected by the volume detection device.
Thus, a correlation (korpassage) between the saturation of the laundry and the volume of the washing liquid not bound to the laundry can be obtained. When the detected volume exceeds the volume reference value, the desired saturation of the laundry is reached and the washing liquid supply is deactivated.
The volume reference value is determined in particular as a function of the desired saturation of the laundry, in particular as a function of 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%. If, for example, only 50% saturation of the laundry is desired, the volume reference value may be halved, for example.
By the targeted precise setting of the laundry to be treated with saturation of the washing liquid, a resource-friendly and energy-saving washing process can be ensured, and furthermore an optimal washing action is achieved on the basis of an optimal wetting of the laundry.
Laundry care appliances are understood to be appliances used for the care of laundry, such as washing machines or laundry dryers. In particular, such laundry care appliances are understood as household laundry care appliances. Namely, such laundry care appliances: the laundry care appliance is used in the context of household and is used for treating household-use laundry.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured for: the time period is repeated in order to re-determine the amount of wash liquor, re-supply the determined amount of wash liquor to the lye container, re-detect the volume of wash liquor not bound to the wash liquor when the detected volume is below an (unteschreiten) volume reference value, and deactivate the wash liquor supply when the sum of the volumes and the re-detected volume exceeds the volume reference value.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the control device can incrementally control the supply of washing liquid to the lye container for a period of time until the sum of the volumes of washing liquid not bound to the laundry exceeds the volume reference value, which results in the deactivation of the washing liquid supply device.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured for: determining the redetermined amount of wash liquid from the difference between the volume reference value and the volume detected during the time period, and/or the control means is configured to: the re-determined amount of wash liquor is determined based on the detected textile type of the wash liquor and/or based on the detected weight of the wash liquor.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the redetermined amount of the laundry may be smaller than the amount of the laundry determined during the period of time, so that the laundry can be prevented from having supersaturation of the laundry with the laundry. This is achieved by: in determining the redefined amount of washing liquid, the difference between the volume of washing liquid that has been supplied to the laundry during the time period and the volume reference value is taken into account and/or the textile type and/or weight of the laundry is taken into account.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured for: when the volume flow value determined from the detected volume is lower than the volume flow minimum value, the pump is deactivated during the period of time in order to end the circulating pumping of the washing liquid through the liquid line.
The following technical advantages are achieved: by being below the volumetric flow minimum, the end of the circulation pumping process can be indicated to the control device. The detected volume flow falling below the volume flow minimum value indicates to the control device: there is a very small amount of wash liquid available for the circulation pump and thus the circulation pump process can be ended.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a feed sensor (Zuf u hrs sensor) which is configured to: the amount of the washing liquid supplied by the washing liquid supply device is detected.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the control device is informed of the available amount of washing liquid supplied during the respective time period by means of the supply sensor.

The following technical advantages are achieved: an effective and direct detection of the textile type of the laundry is ensured.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, and the control device is configured for: the drum drive is activated during the circulating pumping of the washing liquid via the liquid line in order to rotate the laundry drum at one revolution, in particular at an abutment revolution (angeldrehzahl), in particular at an abutment revolution of between 100 revolutions/min and 200 revolutions/min, in order to bring the laundry against the laundry drum.
The following technical advantages are achieved: by the rotation of the laundry drum during the circulation pumping process, a particularly effective wetting of the laundry by the washing liquid can be ensured. In particular, the laundry drum can be rotated at an abutment revolution, in particular between 100 and 200 revolutions per minute. When the laundry drum rotates at the abutment revolution, the laundry is abutted against the laundry drum, so that it can be ensured that the circulating pumped washing liquid wets the laundry particularly advantageously.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the volume detection device is configured for: the volume of the washing liquid circulated by the pump via the liquid line is detected during the period of time so as to detect the volume of the washing liquid not bound to the laundry.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the volume detection means may detect a corresponding volume of wash liquid not bound to the wash load directly during the circulation pumping process during said period of time. In particular, the volume of the washing liquid pumped by the circulation corresponds to the volume of the washing liquid not bound to the laundry.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the volume detection means comprise a flow sensor arranged in the liquid line for detecting a volume flow of the washing liquid pumped via the liquid line, and/or the volume detection means comprise a power detection element for detecting an electrical power value of the pump.
The following technical advantages are achieved: by means of said element, an effective detection of the washing liquid volume by the volume detection means can be ensured. If the volume detection means comprise a flow sensor, the volume of washing liquid pumped by the pump through the liquid line, and thus the volume of washing liquid not bound to the laundry, can advantageously be detected from the detected volumetric flow of washing liquid pumped by the pump through the liquid line.
If the volume detection means comprise a power detection element for detecting the electrical power value of the pump, the power value detected by the power detection element can advantageously be correlated with the volumetric flow of washing liquid pumped by the pump through the liquid line in order to perform an advantageous volume detection, whereby the volume pumped by the pump can be obtained as a function of time and thus the volume of washing liquid not bound to the washing can be detected.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, and the control device is configured for: activating the drum drive after circulating the washing liquid through the liquid line to subject the washing liquid bound to the laundry to free centrifugation (freischleuderm) to obtain a free centrifuged amount of washing liquid, wherein the volume detection means is configured to: the volume of the washing liquid which is free-centrifugally separated and circulated and pumped is detected, so that the volume of the washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry is detected.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the volume of washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry can be determined particularly advantageously by detecting the volume of washing liquid which is free to be centrifuged. After the circulation of the washing liquid, the washing drum is rotated and the washing liquid which is not bound to the washing, which accumulates in the lye container, is subjected to free centrifugation, wherein a corresponding volume of the washing liquid which is free centrifuged can advantageously be detected by the volume detection means, in particular a level sensor. In particular, the volume of the washing liquid which is free to be centrifuged corresponds to the volume of the washing liquid which is not bound to the laundry.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the volume detection means comprise a level sensor arranged in the lye container, in particular in a lower region of the lye container facing the discharge opening, for detecting the level of the washing liquid located in the lye container.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the volume of the washing liquid, in particular the washing liquid which has been centrifuged freely, can be determined directly in the lye container by means of a level sensor, in particular a pressure sensor, arranged in the lye container for detecting the level of the washing liquid located in the lye container.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the control device is configured for: determining a proportional relationship between the amount of washing liquid supplied to the lye container and the volume of washing liquid free to be centrifuged during said time period, wherein the textile inspection device is configured for: the textile type of the laundry is detected based on the determined proportionality, and/or wherein the volume reference value is determined from the determined proportionality, from the detected textile type of the laundry and/or from the detected weight of the laundry.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the corresponding proportional relationship between the supplied washing liquid amount and the centrifuged washing liquid volume enables a more accurate detection of the textile type (or volume reference value) of the laundry than if the centrifuged washing liquid volume was merely compared with the volume reference value.

The following technical advantages are achieved: it is achieved that the laundry to be treated has an advantageous saturation of the washing liquid.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the time period is repeated by the control device in order to redetermine the amount of wash liquor, to redefine the determined amount of wash liquor to the lye container, to redetect the volume of wash liquor that is not bound to the wash liquor, when the detected volume is below the volume reference value, and to deactivate the wash liquor supply device when the sum of the volume and the redetected volume exceeds the volume reference value.

Diagrams (b), (c) and (d) of fig. 3 show diagrams of the amount of washing liquid supplied by the washing liquid supply device 129 (see diagram b), the number of revolutions of the rotating washing drum 107 (see diagram c) and the volume of washing liquid not bonded to the washing (see diagram d) over time, all plotted along the respective ordinate axes 145 according to time, which is provided along the respective abscissa axes 147.
The fourth curve 155 shown in diagram (b) of fig. 3 shows the time profile of the amount of washing liquid 157 fed by the washing liquid feeding means 129 to the lye container 105 during a time period 159, wherein the amount of washing liquid 157 has been determined by the control means 119 according to diagram (a).
A fifth curve 156 shown in the diagram (c) of fig. 3 shows a time-varying curve of the number of revolutions of the laundry drum 107 driven by the drum driving device 123.
The sixth curve 158 shown in the diagram (d) of fig. 3 shows a time-varying curve of the volume of the washing liquid which is not coupled to the laundry, which is detected by the volume detecting device 135, during the time period 159.
During a first time interval 159-1 of the time period 159, washing liquid is fed to the lye container 105 and the fed washing liquid is fed to the washing by means of the pump 117 by means of a circulation pump in order to wet the washing by means of the washing liquid.
After the circulation pumping during the first time interval 159-1, a volume 161-1 of the washing liquid not bound to the laundry is detected by the volume detecting means 135 during an immediately following second time interval 159-2 of the time period 159.
In particular, the pump 117 can be activated again in order to evaluate whether there is still washing liquid that is not bound to the laundry, which can be determined by the volume detection element 135. The control device 119 is here designed in particular for: when the detected volume 161-1 is below the volume minimum, the pump 117 is deactivated during the time period 159 in order to end the circulation pumping of the washing liquid via the liquid line 115.
During an optional third time interval 159-3 of the time period 159 immediately following the second time interval 159-2, the number of revolutions of the laundry drum 107 is increased.
During a fourth time interval 159-4 of the time period 159 immediately following the third time interval 159-3, the number of revolutions of the laundry drum 107 is increased so as to subject the washing liquid coupled to the laundry to free centrifugation and obtain the amount of the washing liquid which is free centrifuged. The volume detection device 135 is configured to: the volume 161-2 of the washing liquid which was separated by free centrifugation was detected.
During a fifth time interval 159-5 of the time period 159 immediately following the fourth time interval 159-3, the pump 117 is re-activated so as to circulate the free centrifuged washing liquid, advantageously wetting the laundry with the free centrifuged washing liquid.
Here, the control device 119 compares the detected volume 161-2 of the washing liquid which is free-centrifuged with a volume reference value 163 which is not shown in fig. 3, and deactivates the washing liquid supply device 129 when the detected volume 161-2 of the washing liquid which is free-centrifuged exceeds the volume reference value 163. Thereby, it is ensured that the laundry has an advantageous saturation of the washing liquid.
Here, the volume reference value 163 is determined according to the type of textile of the laundry detected by the textile detection means 141 and/or according to the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detection means 137.
If the detected volume 161-2 is below the volume reference value 163, the control means 119 repeat the time period 159 in order to re-determine the amount of wash liquid 157, re-supply the determined amount of wash liquid 157 to the lye container 105, re-detect the volume 161-2 of wash liquid not bound to the wash load, and deactivate the wash liquid supply means 129 when the sum of the volume 161-2 and the re-detected volume 161-2 exceeds the volume reference value 163.
Thus, the washing liquid may be fed to the laundry stepwise to ensure that the laundry has an effective saturation of the washing liquid.
The volume detection element 135 here comprises in particular a level sensor arranged in the lye container 105, in particular in a lower region of the lye container 105 facing the discharge opening 111, for detecting the level of the washing liquid located in the lye container 105.
Although in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the volume 161-2 of the washing liquid which is free to be centrifuged is detected by the volume detecting means 135 as the volume 161-2 of the washing liquid which is not bound to the washing object, it is alternatively possible that the volume 161-1 of the washing liquid which is circulated and pumped by the pump 117 via the liquid line 115 is detected by the volume detecting means 135 as the volume 161-2 of the washing liquid which is not bound to the washing object.
In this case, the volume detection means 135 comprise, inter alia, a flow sensor arranged in the liquid line 115 for detecting the volumetric flow of the washing liquid pumped via the liquid line 115, and/or the volume detection means 135 comprise a power detection element for detecting the electrical power value of the pump 117.
Thus, the target accurate saturation of the laundry is adjusted, and the laundry can be prevented from having undersaturation or oversaturation of the washing liquid. Only the amount of washing liquid that is just required for an advantageous laundry care process is fed to the laundry. Therefore, optimal washing liquid consumption and energy consumption of the laundry care appliance 100 can be ensured.
Furthermore, particularly advantageous laundry care results are ensured by optimal saturation of the laundry.
Fig. 4 shows a diagrammatic view of a detection process of the electric power value of the pump of the laundry care process.
According to the present disclosure, the volume detecting means 135 for detecting the volumes 161-1, 161-2 of the washing liquid not coupled to the laundry may include a power detecting element for detecting the electric power value of the pump 117.
Because the pump 117 pumps the washing liquid in a volumetric flow through the liquid line 115 according to the electric power value of the pump 117 during the circulation pumping process, there is a correlation between the electric power value of the pump 117 and the volumetric flow. The volumetric flow can be determined based on the detected electrical power value of the pump 117. In case the time is known, the determined volume flow may be converted into a volume 161-1 of the washing liquid which is circulated and pumped by the pump 117.
Fig. 4 shows a variation of the electric power value (in particular the current) of the pump 117 provided along the ordinate axis 145 as a function of time provided along the abscissa axis 147. As is known from the first and second power curves 165, 167, the electrical power value drops when no more washing liquid is being delivered by the pump 117.
As is known from the first power curve 165, in the case of determining the first integrated value 169 based on the first power curve 165, the power peak occurring after the first drop in the electric power value is no longer considered.
As is known from the second power curve 167, in the case of determining the second integrated value 171 based on the second power curve 167, further power peaks occurring after the first drop in the electric power value are additionally taken into account, so that the second integrated value 171 is higher than the first integrated value 169.
Accordingly, the respective volumes 161-1, 161-2 of wash liquor that are not bound to the wash load may be detected by the control device 119 via the selected first or second integrated values 169, 171, as desired.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic illustration of a method for caring for laundry in a laundry care appliance.
