The invention provides a red copper rolling cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the raw materials of the cleaning agent comprise, by mass, 10-20% of a surfactant, 5-20% of an antirust agent, 0.1-2% of a non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor, 5-20% of a builder, 5-15% of an anti-redeposition agent, 5-15% of an organic acid and the balance of water, the preparation method comprises the steps of firstly putting the antirust agent, the non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor and the anti-redeposition agent into the water, heating and stirring to dissolve, cooling, sequentially adding the surfactant, the builder and the organic acid, stirring to be transparent to obtain the red copper rolling cleaning agent, wherein the raw materials adopted by the red copper rolling cleaning agent are green and environment-friendly, have low corrosivity on metals, the cleaning agent is more friendly to production personnel, has excellent cleaning performance and good application prospect.

The detection results show that the red copper rolling cleaning agent prepared by the invention has excellent cleaning performance, good antirust performance and low corrosivity, has better effect and good stability compared with similar products sold in the market, and further does not contain phosphorus, is environment-friendly and harmless to human bodies, and has good foreseeable practical application effect.
