Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal degreasing agents, in particular to an environment-friendly normal-temperature degreasing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of pickling and cold rolling cold rolled steel sheets (coils) such as cold rolled silicon steel sheets, automobile sheets and the like, rolling oil (emulsion) composed of various grease (such as natural grease, synthetic grease and the like), antirust agent, extreme pressure resistant agent and the like is generally used for lubricating, cooling and temporarily preventing rust of the rolled steel sheets, so that the rolling oil (mainly grease) remains on the surface after the rolling of the steel sheets is finished, and before the rolled steel sheets (coils) are continuously annealed, residual greasy dirt and iron powder remaining on the steel sheets in the rolling process must be removed by chemical degreasing, electrolytic degreasing and the like so as to prevent the carburization and the formation of carbonaceous dirty on the surfaces of the steel sheets caused by the carbonization of the residual greasy dirt and the iron powder in the annealing process, thereby avoiding the influence on the performance and quality of the steel sheets in the subsequent process of coating or other surface processing treatment. Thus, it is necessary to clean the surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet (coil) with degreasing agents to remove grease, dirt, iron powder, and the like. The degreasing process of the cold-rolled steel coil continuous annealing production line is generally provided with a spraying and brushing (brush roll reversely rotating) section, and an electrolytic degreasing section is additionally arranged on a high-speed (strip steel speed is more than 600 m/min) annealing line for further improving the surface quality. The main process parameters of these continuous annealing line degreasing sections are typically: the spray pressure of the degreasing agent is 0.2-0.4 MPa, and the cleaning temperature is 60-85 ℃.
In the prior patent literature, a plurality of special degreasing agent technical schemes for continuous annealing line production are disclosed: patent No. ZL93109825.4 discloses a cleaning agent for cleaning cold rolled silicon steel plates, which comprises 20-30% of sodium hydroxide, 50-60% of sodium silicate, 10-15% of sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-6% of alkylphenol ethoxylates and 1-6% of fatty alcohol ethoxylates, wherein the cleaning agent contains phosphate, and the surfactant also contains an alkylphenol ethoxylate compound (APEO) which is not environment-friendly, so that the foam of the degreasing agent is more and the cleaning effect is limited; the patent number ZL201010201620.3 discloses a degreasing agent for producing a coated steel plate and a preparation method thereof, wherein the degreasing agent comprises 5-10% of polyethylene glycol as an additive, 10-15% of nonionic surfactant as a surfactant, 3-6% of one or more of molybdate, silicate and sodium benzoate as a corrosion inhibitor, and the balance of inorganic alkaline aqueous solution, and is characterized by having sufficient degreasing effect and being not easy to corrode a galvanized layer; patent No. ZL201210150010.4 discloses a special surfactant composition for spraying low-foam cleaning and a preparation method thereof, and the special surfactant composition has the advantages of low foam, good cleaning power, difficult precipitation in alkaline solution, easy rinsing, environmental protection and the like, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 1-30 parts of tea saponin, 0.1-20 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-20 parts of span S-80, 0.01-1 part of cellulose and a pH value adjusting solution for adjusting the pH value to be 6-8, wherein the pH value adjusting solution is 30-50% potassium hydroxide solution; patent number ZL201110336935.3, disclose a cold-rolled sheet before hot galvanizing degreasing fluid, contain octyl phenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether 0.5-2.0%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 0.3-1.2%, sodium carbonate 3-5%, monoethanolamine 1-2%, sodium gluconate 2-4%, sodium hydroxide 22-30%, the rest is water, this patent has no phosphorus environmental protection, the long-term storage stability of liquid degreasing agent is good, there is no crystallization and liquid stratification, easy to use; the degreasing efficiency is high, the zinc plating is uniformly adhered, and the adhesion force of a zinc layer is strong; the patent number ZL201510091971.6 discloses a low-foam liquid degreasing agent for a continuous annealing production line of cold-rolled strip steel, which is prepared by adopting a novel low-foam surfactant prepared by epoxy modification of fatty alcohol and a phosphate surfactant to be compounded and dissolved in a high-concentration sodium hydroxide solution, and simultaneously using chemicals such as sodium gluconate, EDTA, HEDP, acrylate, polyacrylamide and the like as auxiliary agents to replace polyoxyethylene ether surfactants in the original degreasing agent, so that the consumption of the degreasing agent generated by foam for cleaning the strip steel is solved, and meanwhile, foam generated by an active agent brought in a previous procedure is also inhibited; the invention patent application 201510107576.2 discloses a degreasing agent for a cold rolling continuous annealing unit, which comprises 12-36% of sodium hydroxide, 0-6% of potassium hydroxide, 1-5% of sodium carbonate, 1-5% of trisodium phosphate, 1-6% of sodium gluconate, 0.5-2% of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.5-2% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.5-2% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-2% of anionic phosphate surfactant and the balance of desalted water.
In the published patent literature data, degreasing agents mainly depend on wetting and emulsifying effects of surfactants and saponification effects of inorganic alkali to achieve the effect of removing oil stains on the surface of strip steel; the degreasing agent solution is heated to the working temperature of 60-85 ℃, so that the saponification speed can be improved, and the degreasing effect can be accelerated.
In addition, phosphate, silicate and sulfur-containing substances are generally adopted as degreasing components in the conventional degreasing agents, wherein the phosphate is mainly used as an anionic surfactant and has emulsification and dispersion effects; the silicate is dissolved to obtain free base, and the dirt is saponified and removed by osmosis and expansion. As is well known, phosphorus and sulfur-containing substances have heavy environmental pollution, and strict index control is adopted; and silicate is very easy to adhere to the surface of the steel plate after cleaning, so that a coating on the surface of the steel plate is fogged and the combination of a substrate and the coating is affected.
For the development trend of degreasing agents, the key points are as follows: on the premise of guaranteeing the cleaning effect, the use cost of a user (steel mill) is reduced, the environment protection of raw materials is realized, and the requirement of simple post treatment of the cleaning wastewater is met. In the key points, the degreasing and cleaning working temperature is reduced, so that the consumption of heating steam (or electricity consumption and natural gas consumption) of a steel mill is reduced, and the core requirement of reducing the cost of the steel mill is achieved; the degreasing agent raw material environment protection requirement is achieved without using APEO-containing surfactant, inorganic salt containing phosphorus or surfactant. The degreasing agent for the continuous annealing line cleaning unit and the technical proposal thereof are still mostly made of all nonionic surfactant or anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant compound systems, and the cleaning temperature is mainly high temperature (60 ℃ to 85 ℃). To reduce the cleaning temperature of the continuous annealing line, improve the environmental protection of the degreasing agent and remove the rolling oil and the iron powder (the total residual oil and the residual iron is less than or equal to 10 mg/m) remained on the surface of the cold-rolled steel plate 2 ) The bookThe patent provides an environment-friendly normal-temperature degreasing agent and a preparation method thereof.
