The first driving motor 5, the second driving motor 6, the third driving motor 26 and the fourth driving motor 37 are all controlled by an electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit is connected with a control platform in a security check room for control.
As shown in fig. 4, the supporting frame 1 is installed on the ground through a plurality of third supports 10, as shown in fig. 15, two symmetrical first fixing holes 31 are respectively formed on the inner sides of the two ends of the supporting frame 1, and one of the two first fixing holes 31 located at one end of the supporting frame 1 is provided with a through input shaft hole 33; two ends of the two supporting rollers 41 are respectively installed in the four first fixed installation holes 31 through bearings; two rows of second fixed mounting holes 32 are symmetrically formed in the inner side of the support frame 1, and two ends of the support roller 34 are respectively mounted in the corresponding second fixed mounting holes 32 through bearings.
As shown in fig. 6, the perspective box body 2 includes a lower perspective box 13, an upper perspective box 14, a limiting block 15, a first guide groove 17, a second guide groove 18, a third guide groove 19, a fourth guide groove 20, a fifth guide groove 21, a mounting groove 22, and a limiting spring 24, wherein the lower see-through box 13 has one inlet and two outlets, one of which is a normal outlet opposite to the inlet, and the other of which is a hazardous material outlet, located at one side of the lower see-through box 13, the dangerous goods outlet is matched with the transmission mechanism 8, the lower perspective box 13 is provided with an inclined third guide groove 19, two ends of the third guide groove 19 are respectively provided with a first guide groove 17, one first guide groove 17 of the two first guide grooves 17 close to the dangerous goods outlet is internally provided with a fourth guide groove 20 communicated with the outer side of the lower perspective box 13, and as shown in fig. 3, the lower perspective box 13 is arranged at the upper side of the support frame 1; as shown in fig. 8, the upper see-through box 14 has an inclined fifth guide slot 21 therein, two sides of the fifth guide slot 21 are respectively provided with a second guide slot 18, one side of the two second guide slots 18 is respectively provided with a mounting slot 22, as shown in fig. 6, the upper see-through box 14 is mounted on the upper side of the lower see-through box 13, the fifth guide slot 21 on the upper see-through box 14 is communicated with the third guide slot 19 on the lower see-through box 13, and the second guide slot 18 on the upper see-through box 14 is communicated with the first guide slot 17 on the lower see-through box 13; as shown in fig. 5, the two limit blocks 15 are respectively installed in the installation grooves 22 formed in the upper see-through box 14, as shown in fig. 9, and a limit spring 24 is respectively installed between one end of each of the two limit blocks 15, which faces away from the fifth guide groove 21, and the inner side surface of the corresponding installation groove 22.
As shown in fig. 10, the guide mechanism 16 includes a guide transmission belt 23, guide blocks 25, a guide plate 42, a third driving motor 26, a driving shaft 27, a shaft hole 28, a motor installation cavity 29, and an installation square groove 30, wherein as shown in fig. 11, the guide plate 42 is provided with the installation square groove 30, the upper side surface of the installation square groove 30 is symmetrically provided with the two shaft holes 28, the upper sides of the two shaft holes 28 are respectively provided with one motor installation cavity 29, as shown in fig. 10, two sides of the guide plate 42 are respectively provided with one guide block 25, as shown in fig. 5, the guide plate 42 is installed in the see-through box body 2 through the cooperation of the two guide blocks 25, the second guide groove 18 formed in the upper see-through box 14, and the first guide groove 17 formed in the lower see-through box 13, as shown in fig. 9, the two guide blocks 25 are matched with two limit blocks 15 installed in the see; the guide plate 42 is matched with the fifth guide groove 21 formed on the upper perspective box 14 and the third guide groove 19 formed on the lower perspective box 13; as shown in fig. 10, the two third driving motors 26 are respectively installed in the two motor installation cavities 29 opened on the guide plate 42, as shown in fig. 12, one ends of the two driving shafts 27 are respectively installed on the output shafts of the two third driving motors 26, the other ends of the two driving shafts 27 pass through the shaft holes 28 opened on the guide plate 42 and are located in the installation square groove 30, and the guide transmission belt 23 is installed in the installation square groove 30 opened on the guide plate 42 through the two driving shafts 27; as shown in fig. 13, the intersection of the guide conveyor 23 and the dangerous goods exit on the lower see-through box 13 is located at the middle position of the dangerous goods exit on the lower see-through box 13.
As shown in fig. 18, the conveying belt 4 is composed of a plurality of conveying units 38, and two adjacent conveying units 38 are connected by a revolute pair; a limiting arc plate 39 is installed on the lower side of one of the two adjacent transfer units 38, and a limiting arc plate 39 is installed on the upper side of the other transfer unit 38.
As shown in fig. 14, the transmission mechanism 8 is a conventional transmission device, the transmission mechanism 8 is mounted on one side of the support frame 1 through two fourth supports 11, as shown in fig. 1, the second driving motor 6 is mounted on one side of the support frame 1 through the first support 7, and the second driving motor 6 powers the transmission mechanism 8.
The limit spring 24 is a compression spring.
As shown in fig. 13, a transition plate 43 is provided between the conveyor belt 4 and the conveying mechanism 8 to provide a transition function therebetween.
As shown in fig. 16, the conveyor 4 has an arc shape, and a guide rotating shaft 44 is provided on the upper side of the lower portion, and both ends of the guide rotating shaft 44 are respectively installed on two side surfaces in the supporting frame 1.
The upper side of the transition plate 43 is a smooth surface.
In summary, the following steps:
the beneficial effects of the design of the invention are as follows: the foldable conveyor belt 4 is designed to enable goods to be positioned at the folding position of the conveyor belt 4 before entering the perspective box body 2, when the goods pass through the perspective box body 2, the original folding part of the conveyor belt 4 is straightened through adjustment, the distance between adjacent goods is increased, the perspective equipment in the perspective box body 2 can clearly carry out perspective inspection on each goods, meanwhile, inspection personnel can clearly see each goods passing through the perspective box body 2, and the energy consumed by the inspection personnel is reduced; in addition, the conveying device designed by the invention is additionally provided with the conveying mechanism 8 at one side of the perspective box body 2, when suspicious goods are found, the suspicious goods are moved to the conveying mechanism 8 through the dangerous goods outlet on the perspective box body 2 by the guiding action of the guiding mechanism 16 and the movement of the conveying belt 4, and the suspicious goods are conveyed to a specified position by the conveying mechanism 8 to be subjected to detailed inspection by inspectors, so that the condition that the inspectors do not perform detailed inspection yet and the suspicious goods are taken away by the carriers of the suspicious goods is avoided, and inconvenience is brought to social security.
According to the invention, the fourth driving motor 37 provides power for the pinch rollers 35, the first driving motor 5 provides power for the transmission belt 4, the output power of the first driving motor 5 and the output power of the second driving motor 6 are controlled by the electronic control unit, so that the rotating speeds of the eight pinch rollers 35 are the same as the rotating speed of the transmission belt 4, the transmission belt 4 between the eight pinch rollers 35 is folded under the action of the eight pinch rollers 35 and the transmission belt 4, the transmission belt 4 outside the eight pinch rollers 35 is always kept in a tensioned state by controlling the output power of the first driving motor 5 and the output power of the second driving motor 6, but tension is not provided for the transmission belt 4 between the eight pinch rollers 35, and the output of the transmission belt 4 between the eight pinch rollers 35 provides power for movement of the transmission belt 4 through the eight pinch rollers 35.
The supporting roller 34 provides supporting force for the part of the transmission belt 4 which is positioned at the upper side and is in a straightening state, so that the transmission belt 4 is prevented from being bent under the action of the gravity of goods, the transmission belt 4 is prevented from being stretched, and the normal operation of the transmission belt 4 is prevented from being influenced; according to the invention, the support plate 40 provides a supporting force for the output belt positioned between the eight press wheels 35, so that the section of the conveying belt 4 is prevented from being bent under the action of the gravity of the goods, the advancing resistance of the goods in the moving process is increased, and the integral operation of the conveying belt 4 is influenced; because the transmission band 4 will be folded after keeping away from four pinch rollers 35 of perspective box 2 one side, so transmission band 4 has been in fold condition when the goods was put its upside, folding transmission band 4 can not be with the goods clip, and after the goods removed perspective box 2 through this section transmission band 4, originally transmission band 4 that is in fold condition will be straightened, under this condition, transmission band 4 also can not clip the goods, the goods can not be because of the folding of transmission band 4 and clip the goods promptly on transmission band 4.

In the invention, when the goods are inspected and the workers find suspicious goods, the adjusting rod 3 is pulled downwards to drive the guide structure to move downwards, so that the guide mechanism 16 overcomes the limit effect of the perspective box body 2 on the adjusting rod 3 and moves downwards to the upper side of the conveyor belt 4, the suspicious goods are moved to the transmission mechanism 8 through the dangerous goods outlet on the perspective box body 2 by the guide effect of the guide mechanism 16 and the movement of the conveyor belt 4, and the suspicious goods are conveyed to the designated position by the transmission mechanism 8 to be inspected in detail by the inspectors; in the invention, under the normal state, the two limit blocks 15 limit the guide mechanism 16.
According to the invention, the third driving motor 26 provides power for the guide conveying belt 23, and the electronic control unit controls the third driving motor 26 to ensure that when the guide mechanism 16 moves to the upper side of the conveying belt 4 to be close to the conveying belt 4, a driving force is provided for suspicious goods through the movement of the guide conveying belt 23, so that the suspicious goods can be smoothly moved to the output mechanism; the invention provides two third drive mechanisms which are used for providing enough output force for the guide conveyor belt 23, so that suspicious goods can be smoothly moved to the output mechanisms.
One end of the transmission belt 4, which is far away from the eight pinch rollers 35, is provided with an arc-shaped inclined plane; the goods conveyor belt has the advantages that the friction force between goods and the conveyor belt 4 is reduced, when the goods move to the arc-shaped inclined plane part of the conveyor belt 4 and are clamped by the support frame 1 at the tail end of the upper side part of the conveyor belt 4, the goods and the conveyor belt 4 can be subjected to sliding friction, one end of the conveyor belt 4, far away from the eight press wheels 35, is designed into an arc-shaped inclined plane shape, when the goods pass through the section of the conveyor belt 4, the downward pressure of the goods on the conveyor belt 4 is reduced, the friction force between the conveyor belt 4 and the goods is reduced, the goods are protected, and meanwhile, the friction damage of the conveyor belt 4 is reduced.
The perspective auxiliary equipment in the invention is all electronic equipment with perspective function, and the equipment can realize the security check function by combining with the mechanism designed by the invention.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when the conveying equipment designed by the invention is used, goods are put into the inlet of the conveying equipment, i.e., the folded portion of the conveyor belt 4, when the goods are moved into the see-through box through the folded portion of the conveyor belt 4, the goods are inspected by the see-through device in the see-through box body 2, when the worker finds the suspicious goods in the process of checking the goods, the worker can pull the adjusting rod 3 downwards, so that the adjusting rod 3 drives the guiding structure to move downwards, the guiding mechanism 16 overcomes the limiting effect of the perspective box body 2 on the guiding structure to move downwards to the upper side of the conveying belt 4, the suspicious goods are moved to the conveying mechanism 8 through the dangerous goods outlet on the perspective box body 2 by the guiding action of the guiding mechanism 16 and the movement of the conveying belt 4, the suspicious goods are transported to a designated location by the transport mechanism 8 for detailed inspection by an inspector.
