One application of security screening devices is screening of luggage, parcels, etc., where such security screening devices are primarily used in situations where there is a security requirement for luggage and parcels. Exemplary embodiments of the invention will hereinafter be described in detail with reference to the drawings, wherein like or similar designations denote like or similar elements. In order to reduce the transport package size and the required storage space, designers have proposed a folding conveyor which can be turned over with respect to the security inspection apparatus, and which can fold the conveyor protruding out of the main body apparatus of the security inspection apparatus into the passage of the security inspection apparatus during transport and storage to reduce the transport size and the required storage space size. The structure of the turnable part 2 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 and 3. The turnable section 2 includes: a frame; the electric roller 5 is arranged at one end of the frame; and the turnover shaft assembly 4 is arranged at the other end of the frame, wherein the turnover shaft assembly 4 comprises a rotating shaft and a roller which are coaxially arranged, the rotating shaft is connected with the supporting seat 3, and the roller is configured to be capable of rotating around the rotating shaft. The frame, on which the other elements are fixed or movably connected, as the basis for the construction of the turnable part 2, may be constructed as a box or may be formed by longitudinal and transverse cross beams, preferably of a metal material. The conveyor belt is flexible to prevent items of baggage from being placed on the conveyor belt and causing excessive deformation of the conveyor belt, and the reversible part 2 further comprises a support plate 9, said support plate 9 being attached to the frame, as shown in fig. 5, for supporting the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is surrounded on the periphery of the electric roller 5, the turnover shaft assembly 4, the supporting plate, the transition roller and the like, and in order to reduce the friction resistance, a material with a low friction coefficient is preferably adopted.
The turnable part 2 includes feet 6 provided under the frame for supporting the folding conveyor 100 when the folding conveyor 100 is in the working position. The folding type conveyer of the invention has the following characteristics:
1. the extension conveyor at the outlet/inlet of the security inspection equipment can be turned over into the channel and fixed;
2. the plane angle of the conveying belt and the height of the lowest conveying belt of the unfolded folding conveyor are adjustable;
3. the device is provided with a locking mechanism, and can be locked after adjusting the angle and the height of the lowest plane of the conveyor belt;
4. an air spring is added at the bottom of the folding conveyor, so that the turning convenience is improved;
5. the extensible fixing pin assembly is added and used for fixing the folding conveyor overturned into the channel in the transportation or storage process, and the fixing mode is not limited to the fixing pin, but other fixing support structures;
6. the folding conveyor is provided with a protective cover which can eliminate the gap between the folding conveyor and the channel wall by adjusting along the width direction of the channel.

Claims (9)

1. A folding conveyor (100) for a security inspection apparatus, characterized by:
the folding conveyor (100) comprises a base body and a turnable part (2), wherein the base body is constructed as a supporting seat (3), the turnable part (2) is configured to be turnable relative to the base body, so that the turnable part (2) can move between a retracted state retracted relative to the security inspection equipment and an expanded state expanded relative to the security inspection equipment, and the turnable part (2) comprises:
a frame;
the electric roller (5), the electric roller (5) is arranged at one end of the frame; and
a trip shaft assembly (4), the trip shaft assembly (4) being disposed at an opposite end of the frame,
the overturning shaft assembly (4) comprises a rotating shaft and a roller which are coaxially and integrally arranged, the rotating shaft is connected with the supporting seat (3), and the roller of the overturning shaft assembly is configured to be capable of rotating around the rotating shaft;
the turnable part (2) comprises two shields (7), the two shields (7) are parallel to the transmission direction of the folding conveyor (100) and cover the side surfaces of the frame,
wherein the two shields are capable of expanding outward or contracting inward relative to the frame by adjusting the position of the shields relative to the frame in the width direction of the passage of the security device.
2. The folding conveyor (100) for security devices according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the support base (3) is configured to be fixed relative to a security inspection device.
3. The folding conveyor (100) for security devices according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the turnable part (2) comprises a ground foot (6), the ground foot (6) comprises a support bar and a ground socket, and the ground foot (6) is configured to have a universal structure, so that the ground socket can be universally adjusted relative to the support bar.
4. The folding conveyor (100) for security devices according to claim 3, characterized in that:
the support rod includes an upper rod and a lower rod, one of the upper rod and the lower rod includes a screw hole, and the other of the upper rod and the lower rod includes a screw rod fitted with the screw hole, such that a height of the support rod is changed when the screw rod is rotated in the screw hole,
the angle of the plane of the conveyor belt of the folding conveyor (100) is adjustable.
5. The folding conveyor (100) for security devices according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the frame is provided with a plurality of screw holes, each protective cover (7) is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes (71), and the size of each adjusting hole (71) in one direction is larger than the diameter of the screw hole of the frame.
6. The folding conveyor (100) for security inspection apparatuses according to claim 1, characterized in that said reversible part (2) comprises a fixed pin assembly (8), said fixed pin assembly (8) comprising:
a base (83), the base (83) being disposed on the frame;
a pin body (81) that is provided on the base (83) and is movable relative to the base (83); and
a spring (82) disposed over the pin body (81) and configured to bias the pin body (81).
7. The folding conveyor (100) for security devices according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the turnable part (2) comprises a gas spring (10), one end of the gas spring (10) is configured to be connected with a security inspection device (50), and the other end of the gas spring (10) is connected with a frame.
8. The folding conveyor (100) for security devices according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the folding conveyor (100) further comprises two main conveying parts (1), and the two turnover parts (2) are respectively located on two sides of the main conveying part (1) and connected with the main conveying part (1).
9. The folding conveyor (100) for security devices according to claim 8, characterized in that:
the turnable part (2) is configured to be arranged outside the outer contour of the security inspection device (50), and the main transmission part (1) is configured to be arranged inside the outer contour of the security inspection device (50).
