As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 6 to 12, the side door 3 is located between the end wall 2 and the door pillar 6, the side door 3 is higher than the roof 5, and the body of the side door 3 is formed by assembling and welding aluminum alloy profiles and plates, the two pulley devices are divided into an upper pulley device 3.3 and a lower pulley device 3.4, and the upper pulley device 3.3 and the lower pulley device 3.4 are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the side door, the upper pulley device 3.3 adopts a U-shaped pulley block and the U-shaped pulley block is provided with an upper slide rail 4.1, the U-shaped pulley block is composed of two sets of vertically arranged upper pulleys 3.3.1, and the two sets of upper pulleys 3.3.1 are attached to two sides of the upper slide rail 4.1, so as to restrain the lateral displacement of the upper end of the side door 3, and support the side door 3 to; the lower pulley device 3.4 adopts a bearing type pulley block, the bearing type pulley block is composed of a plurality of pulleys arranged along the longitudinal direction, each pulley bears the gravity of the side door 3, so that the side door 3 can longitudinally slide along the vehicle body, the bearing type pulley block is provided with a supporting slide rail, the supporting slide rail mainly supports the lower pulley device 3.4 in a short time, and the lower pulley device 3.4 can be sent to the lower slide rail 1.9 under the movement of the supporting slide rail, which will be described in detail later.

The limiting device comprises a plurality of supporting devices 3.2 arranged on the side door 3 and a supporting plate 1.7 arranged on the bottom frame 1, each supporting device 3.2 is arranged in a Z shape in a side-placed mode, a round shaft 3.2.1 is arranged at the end part of each supporting device 3.2, and each supporting device 3.2 is uniformly distributed at the bottom of the side door 3; the supporting plate 1.7 is provided with the grooves correspondingly matched with the circular shafts 3.2.1. When the side door 3 closes the door hole and is closed, each round shaft 3.2.1 just falls into each groove of the supporting plate 1.7 of the bottom frame 1 to assist in supporting the side door 3 and restricting the lateral displacement thereof.
Stop device is still including locating limiting plate 3.5 on the side door 3 and locating spacer pin 1.8 on the chassis 1, set up spacing breach and spacer pin 1.8 phase-match on the limiting plate 3.5. In the above, the lower pulley device 3.4, the support device 3.2 and the limiting device are all mounted in the groove at the bottom of the door body 3.1 by bolts or rivets, so that the outer wall of the door body 3.1 is smooth and has good aesthetic property; and the supporting plate 1.7 and the limiting pin are welded on the outer side of the side beam 1.1 and respectively correspond to the supporting device 3.2 and the limiting plate 3.5 of the side door 3.
In order to further improve the rain-proof degree of the side door 3 when being closed, the following mode design is adopted: as shown in fig. 1, 2, 11 and 12, the door pillar 6 supports the roof 5 in the middle of the vehicle body, and the door pillar 6 also has a zigzag outline, and third E-shaped grooves 6.1 are provided at both ends of the pillar 6, and engage with the second E-shaped grooves 3.1.5 of the side doors 3 to prevent rainwater from entering the vehicle.
The door post 6 and the end wall 2 are respectively provided with a first E-shaped groove 2.3 and a third E-shaped groove 6.1, the two sides of the side door 3 are respectively provided with a second E-shaped groove 3.1.5 which is correspondingly matched with the first E-shaped groove 2.3 and the third E-shaped groove 6.1, so that when the side door 3 is closed, the second E-shaped groove 3.1.5 is embedded into the first E-shaped groove 2.3 and the third E-shaped groove 6.1, and the mutually buckled state is maintained to form a 2-path labyrinth type rain-proof structure, thereby preventing rainwater from entering the vehicle.
5. Opening and closing mechanism portion of side door
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 9 to 12, each side door 3 employs 1 set of opening and closing mechanisms 4 to achieve a separating or closing motion of the side door 3 with respect to the vehicle body. The opening and closing mechanism 4 comprises a hand wheel device 4.6, an upper connecting rod mechanism and a lower connecting rod mechanism which are respectively connected onto the hand wheel device 4.6, the upper connecting rod mechanism is connected with the upper sliding rail 4.1, the lower connecting rod mechanism is connected with the supporting sliding rail, the hand wheel device 4.6 drives the upper sliding rail 4.1 and the supporting sliding rail to move in a linkage mode through the upper connecting rod mechanism and the lower connecting rod mechanism, and the upper connecting rod mechanism and the lower connecting rod mechanism are 2 linkage four-connecting rod mechanisms.
The upper connecting rod mechanisms are arranged on two sides of a car roof 5 through supports and comprise first upper rotating arms 4.2, upper rotating shafts 4.4, second upper rotating arms 4.3 and upper connecting rods 4.5, one ends of the first upper rotating arms 4.2 are connected with the upper sliding rails 4.1, the other ends of the first upper rotating arms are connected with the upper rotating shafts 4.4, and the upper rotating shafts 4.4 are rotatably connected to a car body; one end of the second upper rotating arm 4.3 is connected with the upper rotating shaft 4.4, the other end of the second upper rotating arm is hinged with the upper connecting rod 4.5, and the other end of the upper connecting rod 4.5 is assembled and connected with the hand wheel device 4.6. Thereby forming a four-bar linkage. Wherein, the upper slide rail 4.1 is a long strip-shaped round shaft 3.2.1.
The lower connecting rod mechanism comprises a lower connecting rod 4.7, a first lower rotating arm 4.8, a second lower rotating arm 4.11 and a lower rotating shaft 4.9, one end of the lower connecting rod 4.7 is assembled and connected with the hand wheel device 4.6, the other end of the lower connecting rod is hinged and connected with the first lower rotating arm 4.8, and the first lower rotating arm 4.8 is connected to the lower rotating shaft 4.9; one end of the second lower rotating arm 4.11 is connected with the lower rotating shaft 4.9, and the other end of the second lower rotating arm is provided with the supporting slide rail and drives the supporting slide rail to move to be flush with the lower slide rail 1.9.
When the hand wheel device 4.6 is operated to rotate, the first upper rotating arm 4.2 and the first lower rotating arm 4.8 can synchronously rotate towards the same direction to drive the side door 3 to move apart or close relative to a door hole of a vehicle body, so that the side door 3 is opened or closed.
The lower connecting rod mechanism further comprises a third lower connecting arm 4.10, a first spring device 4.12 and a second spring device 4.13 which provide elastic energy for the second lower connecting arm 4.11 and the third lower connecting arm 4.10 are respectively matched on the second lower connecting arm 4.11 and the third lower connecting arm 4.10, the first spring device 4.12 adopts a compression spring structure, and two ends of the first spring device are respectively hinged with the second lower connecting arm 4.11 and the underframe 1; second spring assembly 4.13 adopts the extension spring structure, both ends are articulated with third lower jib 4.10 and chassis 1 respectively, closing mechanism 4 is closing the in-process, under the action of gravity of side door 3, second lower jib 4.11 can compress first spring assembly 4.12, third lower jib 4.10 can lengthen second spring assembly 4.13, a large amount of elastic energy of deposit, treat when closing mechanism 4 need open, the elastic energy of deposit turns into the elastic force, the drive is pivot 4.9 down rotatory towards the direction of opening the door, alleviate the operating load of switch side door 3 by a wide margin.

6. Roof portion of vehicle body:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 9 to 12, the roof 5 is formed by profiling and assembling and welding a plate member into a plate beam structure. Wherein the first bearing is a thrust bearing 7.2 and the second bearing is a roller device 7.1. The arrangement of the upper limiting holes is as follows: if the cargo blocking device 7 is longitudinally arranged, a plurality of third long round holes 5.6 with long sides parallel to the longitudinal center line of the vehicle body are processed at the bottom of the guide rail 5.3 and correspond to the second long round holes 1.11 on the longitudinal center line of the underframe 1, and the third long round holes 5.6 and the second long round holes 1.11 are respectively correspondingly matched with an upper bolt 7.5 and a lower bolt 7.11 so as to further fix the cargo blocking device 7 longitudinally arranged along the vehicle body; if the cargo blocking devices 7 are transversely arranged, 1 row of fourth long round holes 5.7 with long edges perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the vehicle body and arranged at equal intervals are respectively processed at two sides of a cavity in the shape of a Chinese character 'ji' at the bottom of the vehicle roof 5 and are matched with the first long round holes at two sides of the underframe 1, the fourth long round holes 5.7 and the first long round holes 1.10 are respectively matched with an upper bolt 7.5 and a lower bolt 7.11 correspondingly, and then the cargo blocking devices 7 transversely arranged along the vehicle body are fixed.
