The corner fittings 116 in this embodiment have 4, two of the 4 corner fittings 116 are mounted on one of the connecting plates 115 on the side away from the bottom closing plate 111, and the corner fittings 116 are located at the corners of the connecting plates 115; the other two of the 4 corner pieces 116 are mounted on the other web 115.
The fixed locking device 130 may be an F-TR lock, also called an eagle lock, but is not limited to this type of lock, and may also be other conventional fixed locking devices as long as locking of the container can be achieved; wherein, the fixed locking device 130 includes: the container locking device comprises a lock seat and a hook angle, wherein the hook angle is fixed on the lock seat, an included angle is arranged between the hook angle and the lock seat, namely the hook angle is turned upwards obliquely relative to the lock seat, so that when the container is locked by the fixed locking device 130, the hook angle can limit the movement of the container.
In this embodiment, 4 fixed locking devices 130 may be included, and 4 fixed locking devices 130 are respectively installed on 4 corner pieces 116, and optionally, the lock seat of the fixed locking device 130 is installed on the upper end surface of the corner piece 116, for example, the lock seat may be fixed on the upper end surface of the corner piece 116 by welding, but is not limited thereto, and may also be fixed by other fixing methods.
The body for a railway wagon in this embodiment is configured such that the container is locked by installing the connection plates 115 at both ends of the bottom closure plate 111, by installing the corner fittings 116 for fixing the container on the connection plates 115, and by installing the fixed locking devices 130 on the corner fittings 116.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5-9, the end bottom plate 117 may include a bottom plate body, a front end beam 1171, a rear end beam 1172, a side end beam 1173, a draft beam 1174, and a locking bracket 1175, the front end beam 1171 and the rear end beam 1172 being oppositely disposed on the bottom plate body, the side end beam 1173 being disposed on the bottom plate body, and the side end beam 1173 being coupled between the front end beam 1171 and the rear end beam 1172 to facilitate increasing the strength of the end bottom plate 117; a draft sill 1173 is mounted to the bedplate body and the draft sill 1173 is connected between the front end beam 1171 and the rear end beam 1172, i.e., one end of the draft sill 1173 is connected to the front end beam 1171 and the other end of the draft sill 1173 is connected to the rear end beam 1172; a locking bracket 1175 is mounted to the backplane body.
The bottom plate main body can be a plate body, and the bottom plate main body is installed at two ends of the bottom sealing plate 111, wherein the bottom plate main body can be connected with the side wall 120, for example, the bottom plate main body can be fixed on the side wall 120 by welding. Front end beams 1171, rear end beams 1172, side end beams 1173, draft beams 1174 and lock brackets 1175 are mounted to the upper end of the deck body with front end beams 1171 positioned on the deck body on the side facing away from bottom closure plate 111 and rear end beams 1171 positioned on the deck body on the side facing toward bottom closure plate 111.
Locking bracket 1175 includes a bracket body and a support arm, one end of the support arm being connected to the base plate body and the other end of the support arm being connected to the bracket body.
The turnover type locking device 140 can be a conventional turnover type locking device, wherein one turnover type locking device 140 comprises a lock body, a lock seat, a baffle plate and a rotating pin, the lock body is integrally formed by a lock head at the upper part and a rectangular base at the lower part, the baffle plate is a rectangular plate body, the left side and the right side of the rectangular plate body are symmetrically provided with bearing lugs, one ends of the left side and the right side of the rectangular plate body are symmetrically provided with horizontal pin holes, and the rotating pin is fixed in the pin holes; the center of the left side and the center of the right side of the lock body base are symmetrically provided with rotating pin holes, rotating pins are fixed in the rotating pin holes, and sliding bosses are arranged on the lock body base at the two sides of the rotating pin holes; the lock seat is a rectangular frame, horizontal lock head sliding holes are symmetrically arranged in the middle parts of the left side frame and the right side frame, baffle sliding holes are symmetrically arranged at one ends of the left side frame and the right side frame, bearing lug notches are symmetrically arranged in the middle parts of the top surfaces of the left side frame and the right side frame, which are close to the baffle sliding holes, bosses extend inwards from the top surfaces of the other ends of the left side frame and the right side frame, a supporting table extends inwards from the lower part of each boss, and a horizontal sliding chute is formed between; the base of the lock body is borne on the supporting table of the lock seat, the sliding boss on the base of the lock body is positioned in the horizontal sliding groove of the lock seat, and the lock head sliding hole of the rotating pin lock seat on the base of the lock body penetrates out; the rotating pin of the baffle penetrates out of the baffle sliding hole of the lock seat, and the bearing lug of the baffle is loaded on the bearing lug notch of the lock seat.
Wherein, the lock seat is installed on the support main part of locking support 1175, can include 8 convertible locking device 140 in this embodiment, and 4 convertible locking device 140 wherein fix on one of them tip chassis 117, and other 4 convertible locking device 140 fix on another tip chassis 117 to lock the container.
In the wagon body for the railway wagon in the embodiment, the end bottom plates 117 are installed at two ends of the bottom sealing plate 111, and the turnover type locking device 140 is installed on the end bottom plate 117, so that the container can be locked.
Illustratively, when the vehicle is used to transport a container, two 20ft containers or one 40ft, 45ft container in accordance with ISO 668 may be shipped, and one 48ft container in accordance with international standards for width, height, and weight may also be shipped. When loading 220 ft or a 40ft container, the container is loaded into the receiving cavity of the car body and 4 fixed locking devices 130 on the middle chassis 110 lock in connection with the corner fittings on the container. When loading 140 ft or 45ft containers, the containers are loaded onto the car body end chassis 117 and the flip-flop latch 140 on the end chassis 117 locks into engagement with the corner fittings on the containers.
Further, a catch wheel device 150 is installed on the middle chassis 110, and the catch wheel device 150 includes: the mounting seat 151, the supporting rod 152 and the connecting rod 153, wherein the mounting seat 151 is mounted on the middle chassis 110, and the first end of the supporting rod 152 is hinged with the mounting seat 151; a second end of the connecting rod 153 is hinged with the mounting seat 151, and a first end of the connecting rod 153 is hinged with the supporting rod 152, so as to limit the rotation range of the supporting rod 152 through the connecting rod 153; wherein the second end of the support bar 152 is adapted to abut a tire of a road truck.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the mounting seat 151 may be a plate, and the mounting seat 151 may be fixed to the middle chassis 110 by welding or bolting; the two support rods 152 may be arranged in parallel on the mounting seat 151, and first ends of the two support rods 152 are hinged to the mounting seat 151, so that the support rods 152 can rotate relative to the mounting seat 151; the connecting rods 153 may include two connecting rods 153, the two connecting rods 153 are hinged to the supporting rod 152, the second end of the connecting rod 153 is hinged to the mounting seat 151, the first end of the connecting rod 153 is hinged to the supporting rod 152, and the first end of the connecting rod 153 is connected between the first end and the second end of the supporting rod 152, so as to limit the rotation range of the supporting rod 152 through the connecting rod 153.
The catch wheel device 150 further includes a limit shaft 154, and both ends of the limit shaft 154 are respectively connected to the first ends of the two connection rods 153, that is, the first end of the limit shaft is connected to the first end of one of the connection rods 153, and the second end of the limit shaft is connected to the first end of the other connection rod 153.
When the tire of the highway truck is required to be abutted, the first end of the support rod 152 is pulled, the connecting rod 153 rotates relative to the support rod 152, the connecting rod 153 limits the position of the support rod 152, and the limiting shaft 154 arranged at the first end of the support rod 152 abuts against the tire of the highway truck to limit the movement of the highway truck.
Optionally, a towing pin locking device 160 is mounted on the end bottom plate 117, and the towing pin locking device 160 is used for locking the road truck; the kingpin locking apparatus 160 includes: a rotating arm 161 and a rotating shaft 162, wherein the rotating shaft 162 is installed on the end bottom plate 117, and the rotating arm 161 is rotatably installed on the rotating shaft 162; the swivel arm 161 has a latch hook 163 at a first end thereof, and the latch hook 163 is adapted to be coupled to a tow pin of a highway truck to fix the highway truck in the body through the latch hook 163.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the shaft 162 may be a cylinder, and the shaft 162 may be fixed to the towing beam 1174 of the end plate 117, wherein the shaft 162 may be fixed to the end plate 117 by a mounting seat, that is, the axis of the shaft 162 is parallel to the end plate 117.
The rotation arm 161 is provided with a mounting hole, and the rotation shaft 162 is rotatably mounted on the rotation arm 161 so that the rotation arm 161 can rotate up and down relative to the rotation shaft 162; the latch hook 163 is installed on the pivot arm 161, and the latch hook 163 is located at one side of the bottom plate 111, so that the latch hook 163 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the pivot arm 161, and further, the latch hook 163 is connected to a towing pin of a highway truck, thereby fixing the highway truck by the towing pin locking device 160.
Illustratively, when the body of a railway wagon is loaded onto a road wagon such as a road semitrailer, the semitrailer is loaded into the receiving cavity of the body, the kingpin of the semitrailer is locked by controlling the kingpin locking mechanism 160, and the 4 catch wheel assemblies 150 on the bottom closure plate 111 are adjusted to secure the tires of the semitrailer.
A railway wagon according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present application will now be described with reference to fig. 13-14. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, an embodiment of the present application provides a railway wagon 200, including: the bogie 210 is connected with the vehicle body 100 of any one of the embodiments, and the vehicle body 100 is further provided with a braking device and a coupler buffering device 220.
The bogie 210 in this embodiment may be a K6 bogie (integrated brake device) for improving space utilization of the railway wagon 200, but the bogie 210 in this embodiment may also be other types of bogies, and is not limited in this embodiment.
The braking device includes a hand braking device 230 and a wind braking device 240, wherein the hand braking device 230 may be mounted on the vehicle body 100, and the hand braking device 230 may be a conventional hand braking device, which is not particularly limited herein; the wind brake device 240 is also referred to as an air brake device, the wind brake device 240 is mounted on the end underframe 117 of the vehicle body 100, and the wind brake device 240 in the present embodiment may be a conventional wind brake device, which is not particularly limited herein.
The coupler draft gear 220 is installed on the car body 100, wherein the coupler draft gear 220 and the hand brake 230 may be oppositely disposed at both ends of the car body, that is, one end of the coupler draft gear 220 may be connected to a first end of the car body, and the other end of the coupler draft gear 220 may be connected to a second end of the car body. Alternatively, the coupler buffering device 220 may be a conventional coupler buffering device, and is not limited in particular.
The structure of the vehicle body 100 and the effects thereof in this embodiment are the same as those in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
According to the railway wagon provided by the embodiment, the wagon body 100 with the accommodating cavity is arranged, so that the transportation requirements of the railway wagon such as a road semi-trailer can be met, the transportation requirements of containers with different types can also be met, and the effect of one wagon with multiple purposes is achieved; the railway wagon in the embodiment has the advantages of high utilization rate, reliable structure, stable performance and convenience in maintenance; meanwhile, the rail wagon in the embodiment can realize drop and pull transportation, effective load is improved, goods and trains do not need to wait for each other, the loading and unloading efficiency of the goods is greatly improved, and the problem that a driver of the rail wagon comes and goes in the road wagon in the road and rail combined transportation process is solved.
The railway wagon provided by the embodiment can be directly loaded on the railway wagon, such as a road semi-trailer, and when the railway wagon runs to a target position, the railway wagon is directly unloaded, so that intermediate links for loading and unloading the railway wagon are effectively reduced, the investment of loading and unloading equipment and loading and unloading labor is reduced, and the economic benefit is remarkable; the railway wagon provided by the embodiment has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection, the energy consumption of railway piggyback transportation is almost 50% of that of automobile transportation, and the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are obvious.
Meanwhile, the railway wagon provided by the embodiment can be used for transporting a road semi-trailer and a 20ft-48ft container; and the semitrailer is provided with a semitrailer loading reinforcing device, such as a traction pin locking device 160, so that the running safety of the vehicle is ensured when the semitrailer is shipped under the working condition.

Claims (9)

1. A body for a railway wagon, comprising: the side walls are arranged on two opposite sides of the middle underframe respectively, and the two side walls and the middle underframe form a containing cavity for containing a highway truck together; the two ends of the side wall are respectively used for being connected with a bogie of a railway wagon;
the middle chassis is provided with a wheel blocking device, the wheel blocking device comprises a mounting seat, a limiting shaft, two supporting rods and two connecting rods, the mounting seat is mounted on the middle chassis, the two supporting rods are arranged on the mounting seat in parallel, first ends of the two supporting rods are hinged to the mounting seat respectively, and second ends of the two supporting rods are connected with two ends of the limiting shaft respectively; the second ends of the two connecting rods are respectively hinged with the mounting seat, and the first ends of the two connecting rods are respectively hinged with the two supporting rods so as to limit the rotating range of the supporting rods through the connecting rods; wherein the defined axis is intended to be abutted against a tyre of a road truck;
the middle underframe comprises a bottom sealing plate and end bottom plates, and the end bottom plates are arranged at two ends of the bottom sealing plate; a traction pin locking device is arranged on the end bottom plate and used for locking a highway truck; the draw pin locking apparatus comprises: the rotating shaft is arranged on the middle underframe, and the rotating arm is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft; the first end of the rotating arm is provided with a locking hook which is used for being connected with a traction pin on a highway truck so as to fix the highway truck in the truck body through the locking hook;
the middle underframe also comprises connecting plates which are fixed at two ends of the bottom sealing plate; the fixed locking device is arranged on the connecting plate and comprises a lock seat and a hook angle fixed on the lock seat, and when the fixed locking device locks the container, the hook angle can limit the movement of the container.
2. A body for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side walls comprise wall panels with reinforcements provided thereon.
3. The body for a railway wagon of claim 2, wherein the reinforcement comprises: a side beam connected to an upper end of the wall panel facing away from the mid-chassis and extending toward the receiving cavity;
and/or, the reinforcement comprises: at least one jamb disposed on an interior side of said wall panel facing said receiving cavity.
4. A body for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom closure plate is provided with a stop for abutment with a tyre of a road wagon to stop the road wagon in a predetermined position.
5. A body for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 4, wherein the retaining member comprises: the transverse beams extend along the transverse direction of the vehicle body; the two longitudinal beams are connected through the cross beams, and the cross beams are arranged at intervals so that a limiting space is defined between the longitudinal beams and the cross beams, and the limiting space is used for accommodating at least part of the tire;
the cross beam is connected with the bottom sealing plate and/or the side wall, or the longitudinal beam is connected with the bottom sealing plate and/or the side wall.
6. The body for a railway wagon of claim 4, wherein the middle chassis further comprises: and the lower side beams are fixed on two sides of the bottom sealing plate and are used for being connected with the side walls.
7. A body for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 4, wherein the connecting plate has mounted thereon corner fittings for securing a container, the stationary locking means being mounted on the corner fittings.
8. A wagon body as claimed in claim 4, wherein the end floor has a roll-over locking device mounted thereon for locking a container.
9. A railway wagon, comprising: a bogie which is connected with a car body as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, and which is further provided with a braking device and a coupler buffer device.
