The multifunctional railway box wagon has the functions of a box wagon and a shared flat wagon, has the rainproof function on one hand, avoids the corrosion of goods due to sunshine, rain and snow, and can transport goods which are afraid of sunshine, rain and snow; on the other hand, the box-type wagon can be loaded and unloaded from the side surface and the roof, so that multipurpose transportation of machine equipment, boxed goods, military equipment, containers and the like is realized, and the application range of the box wagon is expanded; meanwhile, goods which need rain protection, sun protection, rain protection and snow protection and need to be hoisted from the top can be transported, such as certain steel plates, cables, electromechanical equipment and the like. Therefore, the transportation advantages of the boxcar and the flat car are fully exerted, the idle time of the car is reduced, the return trip of the empty car and the invalid energy consumption are reduced, and the railway transportation efficiency and the transportation economy are improved.

This embodiment provides a specific structure of the booth locking apparatus 600 in embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 12 to 17, the canopy locking device includes an upper mounting base 610, a middle mounting base 620, a lower mounting base 630, a push rod 640, two bolts 650 and two sockets 660. Wherein:
the upper mounting seat 610 and the lower mounting seat 630 are respectively provided with a bolt guide seat 680 and a push rod guide lug 670, and the lower mounting seat 630 is further provided with a lock seat plate 631 and a belt groove mounting plate 633, as shown in fig. 13-14.
The pin guide 680 guides the pin 650 such that the pin 650 can move only up and down and cannot rotate about the push rod 640. The pin guide 680 is provided with a guide groove 681 having a cross-shaped section, a transverse groove of the guide groove 681 is parallel to the mount and penetrates through the pin guide 680, and a longitudinal groove of the guide groove 681 is perpendicular to the mount and does not penetrate through the pin guide 680, as shown in fig. 15.
The push rod 640 is sequentially sleeved in the through holes of the push rod guide lug 670 of the lower mounting seat 630, the mounting plate 633 with a groove, the middle mounting seat 620 and the push rod guide lug 670 of the upper mounting seat 610, and can rotate in each through hole. The upper end and the lower end of the push rod 640 are respectively provided with a stop nut 642 for limiting the up-and-down movement range of the push rod 640 and preventing the push rod 640 from being separated from the push rod guide lug 670 from the upper side or the lower side.
As shown in fig. 16, latch 650 includes a mounting head 651, a latch head 652, and a latch connection connected therebetween.
Two pins 650 are connected to one ends of the push rods 640, respectively, by mounting heads 651. The mounting head 651 is a bushing that is in a clearance fit with the push rod 640 to form a hinged connection.
The latch connector includes a longitudinal guide 653, and connection plates 654 and connection rods 655 disposed on both sides of the longitudinal guide 653 and perpendicularly connected thereto. The end of the connecting plate 654 that is connected to the longitudinal guide 653 is notched on the front and rear sides to fit snugly within the transverse slot of the guide 681.
The longitudinal guide plate 653 is slidably mounted in the longitudinal groove of the guide groove 681, and the connection plates 654 and the connection rods 655 at both sides thereof respectively extend out from one end of the transverse groove of the guide groove 681, thereby forming a cross-shaped guide structure and improving the guiding stability.
The upper portion of the connecting plate 654 is provided with a rib 656 to improve the overall rigidity of the latch 650.
The front end of the receptacle 660 is provided with an elongated latch hole 661, see fig. 17. The plug head 652 is also elongated and is adapted to be inserted into the plug hole 661.
The push rod 640 is provided with a locking plate 641, and the locking plate 641 is provided with a strip-shaped through hole. When the pin head 652 is fully inserted into the pin hole 661, the through hole on the lock plate 641 is sleeved on the lock seat plate 631 by rotating the lock plate 641, so as to lock the up-and-down displacement of the push rod 640.
The lock plate 631 has a pin hole for locking the lock plate 641 by the beta pin 632 or the lock, so as to prevent the lock plate 631 from being accidentally separated.
The mounting plate 633 with groove is provided with a groove for the lock plate 641 to pass through, and the lock plate 641 is rotatably placed on the mounting plate 633 with groove after passing through the mounting plate 633 with groove from bottom to top.
When the assembly is installed, the upper and lower mounting seats 610 and 630 are respectively fixed at one side edge of the headwall assembly 200. The receptacle 660 is provided at an outer side of one end of the movable housing 400 with a latch hole 661 extended to a proper position outside of an end of the movable housing 400 so that the latch head 652 is inserted, see fig. 18.
The opening process of the canopy locking device 600 is divided into three states, namely locking, transition and unlocking, which are sequentially shown in fig. 19(a) to fig. 19 (c).
Fig. 19(a) shows a locked state, in which the latch head 652 of the latch 650 is completely inserted into the latch hole 661 of the receptacle 660, the through hole of the lock plate 641 of the push rod 640 is fitted into the lock base plate 631, and the β -pin 632 (or lock) is inserted into the pin hole of the lock base plate 631.
Fig. 19(b) shows a transition state, the β -pin 632 (or lock) is removed, the locking plate 641 of the push rod 640 is operated to rotate the push rod 640 by 90 °, and then the locking plate 641 and the push rod 640 are pushed to vertically pass through the slotted mounting plate 633 of the lower mounting base 630, and the push rod 640 drives the latch pin 650 to synchronously slide upward during the vertical upward movement of the push rod 640.
Fig. 19(c) shows the unlocking state, the locking plate 641 of the push rod 640 is operated to drive the push rod 640 to rotate 90 ° in the opposite direction, so that the locking plate 641 is parallel to the lower mounting base 630 and is placed on the top of the grooved mounting plate 633, the locking plate 641, together with the push rod 640 and the latch 650 cannot descend, and the latch head 652 is completely separated from the socket 660, completing the unlocking process.
The locking process of the canopy locking device 600 is the reverse of the unlocking process, the locking plate 641 and the push rod 640 are rotated 90 °, the locking plate 641 and the push rod 640 are then pushed to vertically pass through the slotted mounting plate 633 of the lower mounting base 630, the latch head 652 is inserted into the socket 660 at this time, the locking plate 641 and the push rod 640 are rotated 90 °, the through hole of the locking plate 641 of the push rod 640 is sleeved on the locking base plate 631, and the β -pin 632 (or lock) is inserted into the hole of the locking base plate 631, thereby completing the locking.
The shed body locking device adopts a bilateral installation mode, namely, the two side end parts of each movable shed body are respectively locked at the two sides of the end wall assembly through a shed body locking device, so that the stable and reliable locking function is realized, and the movable shed body is prevented from freely moving; the locking device main body is positioned on the end wall assembly, so that the problems of collision, loss and the like caused by the movement of the movable part of the shed body locking device along with the movable shed body are avoided, and the attached weight of the movable shed body is reduced; meanwhile, the locking device has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, good locking effect and the like.

Claims (9)

the two sections of movable shed bodies (400) are arranged above the flatcar body (100) and are positioned between the two end wall assemblies (200); each section of the movable shed body (400) is connected to a pair of shed body guide rails (300) in a sliding manner through a plurality of roller assemblies (430) arranged on two sides of the lower part of the movable shed body, so that the movable shed body (400) can slide along the pair of shed body guide rails (300); one of the two movable shed bodies (400) is smaller in cross section size and can be integrally nested in the other movable shed body (400); the end parts of the two movable shed bodies (400) can be respectively covered on the periphery of one end wall assembly (200) to form a closed structure of the end part of the movable shed body (400);
the multipurpose railway box wagon also comprises a box body transmission device (500) for dragging each movable box body (400) to move along the box body guide rails (300), and a box body locking device (600) for locking the two movable box bodies (400) to the two end wall assemblies (200);
the shed body transmission device (500) comprises two pairs of four chain wheel and chain transmission mechanisms which correspond to the shed body guide rails (300) one by one; two sides of each section of the movable shed body (400) are driven by a pair of chain wheel and chain transmission mechanisms;
the chain wheel and chain transmission mechanism comprises a chain wheel combination (510), a pulley combination (520), a chain (540) and a steel wire rope (550);
the chain wheel combination (510) comprises a chain wheel seat (511) and a chain wheel (512) arranged on the chain wheel seat, and the pulley combination (520) comprises a pulley seat (521) and a fixed pulley (522) arranged on the pulley seat;
the chain (540) is wound on the chain wheel (512) and meshed with teeth on the chain wheel (512), and the steel wire rope (550) is wound on the tension pulley;
