The working principle is as follows:
the power supply device 6 is turned on, and the power supply device 6 provides power for the operating device 8, the control device 4, the displacement device 1, the massage device 2 and the supporting device 3;
inputting the stature information of the user to the controller 42 through the operation keyboard 81, initializing the controller 42, extracting the width and height information of the lumbar vertebra part in the stature information, and calculating to obtain the plane two-dimensional data of the lumbar vertebra part of the user;
the user's lumbar vertebrae rest against support sheet 312 and support keel 313. When the leaning angle needs to be adjusted, the handle 331 is rotated in an upward mode, the pawl 344 is rotated in an upward mode, the ratchet 341 loses fixation, the upper half body is close to the support keel 313, the ratchet 341 rotates, when the angle is appropriate, the handle is put down, at the moment, the pawl 344 enables the ratchet 341 to be fixed again, and therefore the inclination angle of the support thin plate 312 is fixed.
The starting signal is sent to the controller 42 by operating the keyboard 81, the controller 42 transmits the starting signal to the first sliding table 15 motor 111 and the second sliding table 15 motor 121 and starts the two motors, the displacement device 1 drives the massage device 2 to be located at the initial position, the first stepping motor 212 and the speed reduction motor 248 are started, the pressing head 233 and the rolling shell 245 are operated by operating the keyboard 81 to perform point pressing, pressing and rolling on the lumbar vertebra of the human body, and the controller 42 controls the first sliding table 15 motor 111 and the second sliding table 15 motor 121 according to the processed planar two-dimensional data of each position of the lumbar vertebra of the user, so that the first sliding block 114 and the second sliding block 124 change positions, and the first stepping motor 212 and the massage device 2 are driven to change different positions on a vertical plane and a horizontal plane. The back slide rails 131 and the bottom slide rails 141 are used to increase the supporting surface to stabilize the displacement device 1 and provide support for the massage device 2, thereby ensuring the stability of the massage device 2 during the massage process. It is also possible to preset the massage program to the controller 42 without using the operation keyboard 81 to control the massage process: after the operation keyboard 81 sends a start signal to the controller 42, the controller 42 controls the displacement device 1 and the massage device 2 to automatically execute a massage program, and performs the pressing, pressing and rolling operations.
When the pressing and pushing operation is performed, the first stepping motor 212 is started, the first stepping motor 212 drives the lead screw nut 222 to move forward, and drives the lead screw nut connecting disc 223 fixedly connected with the first stepping motor to move forward, so as to drive the hard spring 225 to move forward, the hard spring 225 drives the hard spring connecting disc 226 to move when moving, the soft spring connecting disc 231 fixedly connected with the hard spring connecting disc can move for the same distance, so as to drive the soft spring 232 to move, and the soft spring 232 can push against the pressing head 233 to move forward. When contacting human body, the pressing head 233 is fixed, and the soft spring 232 is compressed to provide a relatively small outward elastic force to offset the impact; when the soft spring 232 is fully compressed, the hard spring 225 is compressed, providing a radial force to press the body, the force being determined by the length of the compressed spring. When the hard spring 225 is in a natural state, the string 224 is in a straightened state, and when the hard spring 225 is compressed, the string 224 is in a relaxed state and does not apply any additional force, and when the hard spring 225 is reset, the lead screw nut 222 is retracted to make the string 224 in a straightened state, and at this time, the string 224 will drive the hard spring connecting disc 226 to retract, so that the hard spring 225 is restored and the pressing head 233 can be pulled back to the original position.
The rotary motion of the output shaft of the first stepping motor 212 is converted into the horizontal displacement motion of the pressing head 233 by the lead screw 324, the soft spring 232, the hard spring 225 and the soft-hard spring connecting disc 231, and when the pressing head 233 is contacted with a user, the two groups of springs play a role in buffering, so that the stability and the softness of the massage force can be ensured, the overlarge pressing force can be avoided, and the safety during massage can be ensured. The pressure sensor 41 at the pressing head 233 transmits a pressure signal when the pressing head 233 contacts the human body to the controller 42, so that the tracking and adjustment of the degree of pressing pressure can be controlled.
During the rolling operation, when the gear motor 248 drives the cam 247 to rotate, the rolling push rod 246 is pushed to move horizontally, the rolling push rod 246 pulls the upper end of the rolling shell 245 along the sleeve at the upper end of the spring support plate 241, when the rolling push rod 246 moves forwards, the rolling shell 245 tilts forwards, and when the rolling push rod 246 moves backwards, the rolling shell 245 returns to the original position under the action of the rolling spring 244, so that the rolling action of the rolling shell 245 on the lumbar vertebra of the human body is realized.
After the massage device 2 is started, the controller 42 sends a start signal to the second stepping motor 321, when the second stepping motor 321 works, the second stepping motor 321 drives the thin plate screw 324 connecting shaft 323 on the screw 324 to move up and down, and because the upper end of the supporting thin plate 312 is fixed by the thin plate supporting column 311, the supporting thin plate 312 can be bent by a certain angle when the lower end of the supporting thin plate 312 moves along the vertical direction, so that the effects of finely adjusting the supporting angle and adjusting the lumbar curve are achieved.
When the massage needs to be finished, the operation keyboard 81 sends a termination signal to the controller 42, and after receiving the signal, the controller 42 controls the reduction motor 248, the first stepping motor 212, the second stepping motor 321, the first sliding table 15 motor 111 and the second sliding table 15 motor 121 to be turned off, so that the displacement device 1 and the massage device 2 stop working and reset.
The power supply means 6 are switched off and the power supply of the operating means 8, the control means 4, the displacement means 1, the massaging means 2 and the supporting means 3 is disconnected.
