Abstract
本发明提供一种生物抑菌剂,包括ε‑聚赖氨酸、乳酸链球菌素、木醋液、乙醇和水,各原料的质量分数如下:ε‑聚赖氨酸0.01‑5份、乳酸链球菌素0.01‑2份、木醋液0.05‑4份、乙醇10‑60份和水10‑90份。本发明生物抑菌剂中的各组分绿色环保,对人畜无害,且本发明的生物抑菌剂无残留,消毒杀菌后可不需要用水冲洗,使用方便,本发明的生物抑菌剂的抑菌效果较好,具有广谱杀菌效果,其中ε‑聚赖氨酸富含阳离子,与带有阴离子的物质有较强的静电作用力并且对生物膜有良好的穿透力,且木醋液的主要成分是醋酸,ε‑聚赖氨酸与乙醇、醋酸混合使用后可大大提高ε‑聚赖氨酸的杀菌能力。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种生物抑菌剂。
背景技术
抑菌剂是抑制细菌生长的物质,抑菌剂可能无法杀死细菌,但是可以抑制细菌的生长,防止细菌滋生过多而危害健康。化学抑菌剂是常用的一种抑菌剂种类,化学抑菌剂在抑制细菌、霉菌繁殖起到了一定的效果,但是化学抑菌剂中含有的有毒的化学物质残留会对人体健康造成一定的影响。随着人们安全意识的不断提高,化学抑菌剂残留物的影响也得到越来越多的关注,为了寻找解决方法,可以替代化学抑菌剂的生物抑菌剂逐渐得到更多的关注与应用。因此,急需一种抑菌效果明显,对人畜无害、绿色环保、方便使用的生物抑菌剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抑菌效果明显,对人畜无害、绿色环保、方便使用的生物抑菌剂。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种生物抑菌剂,包括ε-聚赖氨酸、乳酸链球菌素、木醋液、乙醇和水,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.01-5份、乳酸链球菌素0.01-2份、木醋液0.05-4份、乙醇10-60份和水10-90份。
优选的,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.01-2份、乳酸链球菌素0.01-1.5份、木醋液0.05-3份、乙醇20-60份和水30-80份。
优选的,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.05-2份、乳酸链球菌素0.05-1.5份、木醋液0.05-2份、乙醇20-60份和水30-80份。
优选的,还包括精油,所述精油的质量份数为0.01-5份。
优选的,所述精油采用丁香精油、迷迭香精油、百里香精油中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的生物抑菌剂中的各组分绿色环保,对人畜无害,且本发明的生物抑菌剂无残留,消毒杀菌后可不需要用水冲洗,使用方便;本发明的生物抑菌剂的抑菌效果较好,具有广谱杀菌效果,其中ε-聚赖氨酸富含阳离子,与带有阴离子的物质有较强的静电作用力并且对生物膜有良好的穿透力,本发明的生物抑菌剂中还含有木醋液,木醋液的主要成分是醋酸,ε-聚赖氨酸与乙醇、醋酸混合使用后可大大提高ε-聚赖氨酸的杀菌能力,本发明的生物抑菌剂中还加入了乳酸链球菌素,乳酸链球菌素可与ε-聚赖氨酸联用,且乳酸链球菌素具有高效、无毒、安全等优点,本发明的生物抑菌剂中还加入了精油,精油也具有一定的抑菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种生物抑菌剂,包括ε-聚赖氨酸、乳酸链球菌素、木醋液、乙醇和水,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.1份、乳酸链球菌素0.1份、木醋液0.2份、乙醇60份和水39.6份。
实施例2
一种生物抑菌剂,包括ε-聚赖氨酸、乳酸链球菌素、木醋液、丁香精油、乙醇和水,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.05份、乳酸链球菌素0.03份、木醋液0.2份、丁香精油0.02份、乙醇50份、和水49.7份。
实施例3
一种生物抑菌剂,包括ε-聚赖氨酸、乳酸链球菌素、木醋液、丁香精油、乙醇和水,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.5份、乳酸链球菌素0.3份、木醋液0.8份、丁香精油0.1份、乙醇40份和水58.3份。
利用实施例1-3所制备的生物抑菌剂,该生物抑菌剂仅需作用3-5分钟,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉菌、白色念球菌等具有较好的抑菌效果,抑菌率达到99%以上。实施例1-3所制备的成品生物抑菌剂为液态,可用于对饮料加工行业和食品加工行业中原材料库房环境及设备、生产车间环境及设备等进行喷洒消毒,也可以用于对公共设施或设备等进行喷洒消毒。
本发明的生物抑菌剂中的各组分绿色环保,对人畜无害,且本发明的生物抑菌剂无残留,消毒杀菌后可不需要用水冲洗,使用方便;本发明的生物抑菌剂的抑菌效果较好,具有广谱杀菌效果,其中ε-聚赖氨酸富含阳离子,与带有阴离子的物质有较强的静电作用力并且对生物膜有良好的穿透力,本发明的生物抑菌剂中还含有木醋液,木醋液的主要成分是醋酸,ε-聚赖氨酸与乙醇、醋酸混合使用后可大大提高ε-聚赖氨酸的杀菌能力,本发明的生物抑菌剂中还加入了乳酸链球菌素,乳酸链球菌素可与ε-聚赖氨酸联用,且乳酸链球菌素具有高效、无毒、安全等优点,本发明的生物抑菌剂中还加入了精油,精油也具有一定的抑菌效果。

1.一种生物抑菌剂,其特征在于,包括ε-聚赖氨酸、乳酸链球菌素、木醋液、乙醇和水,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.01-5份、乳酸链球菌素0.01-2份、木醋液0.05-4份、乙醇10-60份和水10-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物抑菌剂,其特征在于,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.01-2份、乳酸链球菌素0.01-1.5份、木醋液0.05-3份、乙醇20-60份和水30-80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物抑菌剂,其特征在于,各原料的质量分数如下:ε-聚赖氨酸0.05-2份、乳酸链球菌素0.05-1.5份、木醋液0.05-2份、乙醇20-60份和水30-80份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物抑菌剂,其特征在于,还包括精油,所述精油的质量份数为0.01-5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种生物抑菌剂,其特征在于,所述精油采用丁香精油、迷迭香精油、百里香精油中的一种。
