The first detection station 451 and the third detection station 453 are both provided with a CCD camera 46; the CCD camera 46 can detect the attachment position of the flip cover and the attachment position of the spacer.
The fourth detection station 454 is provided with a guide pin 47; the conductive property of the terminals of the clamshell electrical connector can be detected by the guide pins 47.
The inferior product blanking station 43 comprises a inferior product blanking seat 431 arranged on the machine table 1, a blanking box 433 arranged on the inferior product blanking seat 431 in a sliding manner, and a inferior product blanking motor 432 for driving the blanking box 433 to move on the inferior product blanking seat 431; the inferior product blanking motor 432 is arranged on the inferior product blanking seat 431; specifically, when the detection station detects the defective products, the defective product unloading motor 432 drives the unloading box 433 to move to the bottom of the clamp 445, the clamp 445 places the defective products in the unloading box 433, and the unloading motor moves out the clamp 445 and the defective products.
The good product blanking station 42 comprises a good product blanking seat 421 arranged on the machine table 1, a conveying belt 422 movably arranged on the good product blanking seat 421, and a good product blanking motor 423 for driving the conveying belt 422 to move; the good product blanking motor 423 is arranged on the good product blanking seat 421; specifically, the good product blanking motor 423 drives the conveying belt 422 to circularly move on the good product blanking seat 421, and when the clamshell electrical connector is good, the clamp 445 places the clamshell electrical connector on the conveying belt 422.
The output end of the good product blanking motor 423 is provided with a sawtooth wheel 481; the transmission belt 422 is provided with a perforation 482 engaged with the serrated wheel 481. Through the above arrangement, the good product blanking motor 423 drives the conveying belt 422 to move.

the cover-lifting assembling mechanism (2) is used for assembling the cover with the shell in the first shell transport seat (22); the positioning piece assembling mechanism (3) is used for assembling the positioning piece and a shell with a lifting cover in the second shell transportation seat (32); the detection mechanism (4) is used for detecting the assembled clamshell type electric connector.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the first shell transport seat (22) is provided with a first shell transport groove (221) and a first shell pushing assembly for pushing the shell to move in the first shell transport groove (221); the shell feeding assembly (11) is used for conveying the shell to a first shell conveying groove (221) of a first shell conveying seat (22); the first housing transport trough (221) is in communication with a transport channel (12);
the cover-lifting assembly mechanism (2) comprises a cover-lifting feeding tray (212), a cover-lifting transport seat (23) and a cover-lifting press-closing seat (24); the cover lifting feeding tray (212) is used for conveying the cover lifting to the cover lifting transport seat (23); the cover lifting transport seat (23) is provided with a cover lifting pushing assembly for transmitting the cover lifting to the cover lifting press-closing seat (24); the cover-lifting press-fit seat (24) is provided with a cover-lifting press-fit assembly for pressing the cover to the shell in the first shell conveying groove (221).

a shell track (251) is arranged between the shell feeding assembly (11) and the first shell conveying groove (221); a cover lifting track (252) is arranged between the cover lifting upper tray (212) and the cover lifting transport seat (23).

the cover lifting pushing assembly comprises a cover lifting pushing cylinder (261) arranged on the cover lifting transport seat (23), a connecting block (262) connected with the output end of the cover lifting pushing cylinder (261), and a thimble (263) arranged on the connecting block (262); the ejector pin (263) is used for ejecting the lifting cover in the second placing groove (235) to the lifting cover pressing component;
the cover lifting and pressing assembly comprises a pressing sliding block (241) which is arranged on the cover lifting and pressing seat (24) in a sliding mode and a cover lifting driving air cylinder (242) which is used for driving the pressing sliding block (241) to move; the cover-lifting pressing component also comprises a pressing piece (243) which is movably arranged on the pressing sliding block (241) and a pressing cylinder (244) which is used for driving the pressing piece (243) to move towards the first shell conveying groove (221); the pressing air cylinder (244) is arranged on the pressing sliding block (241);
and a third placing groove (245) for placing the lifting cover is arranged on the pressing part (243).
