The storage module is used for storing the information of failure in sending to the server. Therefore, after the network communication fault is recovered, the information can be sent to the server, the server can acquire the time point of the item production link in the order, the item production link in the order is tracked, and the problem that the information cannot be sent when the network communication fault occurs is solved.
The gateway device including the modules is a locally deployed computing unit, and may have an operating system, which may be, for example, an android system, a Linux operating system, or the like.
The gateway device provided by this embodiment can reduce the occupied space by integrating the scanner and the first RFID reader, and the order identification in the paper receipt is obtained through the code scanner, the label identification of the RFID label in the paper receipt clamp is read through the first RFID reader-writer, the processor establishes the corresponding relation between the order identification and the label identification, and the corresponding relation is sent to the server through the communication module, the server receives and stores the corresponding relation between the order identification and the label identification, when the processor receives the label identification sent by the second RFID reader-writer, the label identification, the reader-writer identification of the second RFID reader-writer and the corresponding second time point are sent to a server through a communication module, the server identifies the current production link corresponding to the order identification, and the second time point is used as the starting time point of the current production link, so that the tracking of the item production link in the order is realized.

The present embodiment provides an article production tracking method, which is adapted to track the production process of an article when producing an article through circulation of each production link, and can be performed by the above article production tracking system, as shown in fig. 3, where the article production method includes the following steps:
step 310, scanning and acquiring an order mark in a paper receipt by a code scanner in an article production initial link, and sending the order mark to a gateway device.

The article production personnel can clamp the paper receipt by the paper receipt clamp, so that the paper receipt clamp and the paper receipt are circulated in each production link. The paper receipt can provide operation basis for the production of the goods in the order.
The article can comprise dishes, and the production link can comprise a dish preparation link and a packing meal delivery link.

Step 330, the gateway device takes the time point of receiving the order identifier and the tag identifier as a first time point, establishes a corresponding relationship between the order identifier and the tag identifier, and sends the corresponding relationship and the first time point to a server.
The gateway device receives the order identifier and the tag identifier, if the time interval between the order identifier and the tag identifier is within a preset interval threshold, establishes a corresponding relationship between the order identifier and the tag identifier, and sets the time point at which the order identifier and the tag identifier are received as a first time point, that is, the time point of the last received identifier (the order identifier or the tag identifier) as the first time point, for example, first at 11:30: 30 receives the order identification and the tag identification at 11:30:32, then 11:30:32 is taken as the first point in time.
Step 340, the server receives the corresponding relationship between the order identifier and the label identifier, and takes the first time point as a starting time point of a production starting link corresponding to the order identifier.
After receiving the corresponding relation between the order identification and the label identification and the first time point, the server can store the corresponding relation between the order identification and the label identification before the production of the article corresponding to the order identification is completed, so that the order identification in the paper receipt and the label identification in the RFID label are associated in the production process of the article, and the first time point is used as the starting time point of a production starting link corresponding to the order identification so as to track the time for starting the production of the order identification.
And 350, when the paper receipt stream is transferred to the current production loop, reading the label identification of the RFID label by the second RFID reader-writer, and sending the label identification to the gateway equipment.
Each production link of the article is respectively provided with a second RFID reader, when the paper receipt flows to the current production link, article production personnel only need to place the paper receipt clamp for clamping the paper receipt into the induction range of the second RFID reader arranged in the corresponding area of the current production link, and the second RFID reader can read the label identification in the RFID label on the paper receipt clamp and send the label identification to the gateway device 14.
And step 360, the gateway device takes the time point of receiving the label identifier sent by the second RFID reader as a second time point, and sends the label identifier, the reader identifier of the second RFID reader and the second time point to the server.
When receiving the tag identifier sent by the second RFID reader, the gateway device may obtain the reader identifier of the second RFID reader, and send the tag identifier, the reader identifier, and the second time point to the server, with the time point at which the tag identifier is received as the second time point.

the display screen is used for displaying prompt information corresponding to an article production starting link, the prompt information is used for prompting that the code scanner is used for scanning codes and the first RFID reader-writer is used for reading the label identification, and the display screen is also used for displaying a corresponding relation establishment state of the order identification and the label identification after the order identification and the label identification are obtained;
the display screen is also used for displaying relevant information of the order corresponding to the order mark, and the relevant information comprises article information and/or user demand information;
the display screen is further used for displaying a user label of the user corresponding to the order identification, and the user label comprises a user consumption characteristic and a user preference characteristic.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the server is further configured to:
determining the consumption time corresponding to the previous production link or the production starting link according to the starting time point of the current production link and the starting time point of the previous production link or the starting time point of the production starting link, predicting the remaining preparation time required by the article corresponding to the order mark according to the total consumption time of the current production link and the historical order, and scheduling delivery resources according to the remaining preparation time to deliver the article corresponding to the order mark.
8. The system of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the item comprises a dish, and the production link comprises a dish preparation link and a package serving link.
9. A gateway device, comprising:
the code scanner is connected with the processor, is displayed as a code scanning area in an operation panel of the gateway equipment and is used for scanning and acquiring order marks in the paper tickets in an article production starting link;
the first RFID reader-writer is connected with the processor, is displayed as an RFID reading-writing area in an operation panel of the gateway equipment and is used for reading a label identification of an RFID label in an article production initial link, and the RFID label is arranged on the paper receipt clamp;
the communication module is connected with the processor and is used for communicating with the second RFID reader-writer and the server; the second RFID reader-writer is arranged in a corresponding area of an article production link and used for acquiring a label identification of the RFID label;
and the processor is used for establishing the corresponding relation between the order identification and the label identification, sending the corresponding relation and the corresponding first time point to the server through the communication module, and sending the label identification, the reader-writer identification of the second RFID reader-writer and the corresponding second time point to the server through the communication module when receiving the label identification sent by the second RFID reader-writer.
10. The gateway device of claim 9, further comprising:
the display screen is used for displaying prompt information corresponding to an article production starting link, the prompt information is used for prompting that the code scanner is used for scanning codes and the first RFID reader-writer is used for reading the label identification, and the display screen is also used for displaying a corresponding relation establishment state of the order identification and the label identification after the order identification and the label identification are obtained;
the display screen is also used for displaying relevant information of the order corresponding to the order mark, and the relevant information comprises article information and/or user demand information;
the display screen is further used for displaying a user label of the user corresponding to the order identification, and the user label comprises a user consumption characteristic and a user preference characteristic.
11. The gateway device of claim 9, further comprising:
the storage module is used for storing the corresponding relation and the corresponding first time point, and/or storing a label identifier, a reader-writer identifier and a corresponding second time point;
the processor is further configured to:
when the corresponding relation and the corresponding first time point are sent to the server through the communication module, if the network communication fails, the corresponding relation and the corresponding first time point are stored in the storage module, and the corresponding relation and the corresponding first time point are sent to the server after the network communication is recovered; and/or
When the tag identification, the reader-writer identification and the corresponding second time point are sent to the server through the communication module, if the network communication fails, the tag identification, the reader-writer identification and the corresponding second time point are stored in the storage module, and the tag identification, the reader-writer identification and the corresponding second time point are sent to the server after the network communication is recovered.
12. A method for tracking production of an item, comprising:
scanning an order mark in a paper receipt by a code scanner in an article production starting link, and sending the order mark to gateway equipment;
a first RFID reader-writer reads a label identification of an RFID label in an article production initial link and sends the label identification to gateway equipment, wherein the RFID label is arranged on a paper receipt clamp for clamping the paper receipt;
the gateway equipment takes the time point of receiving the order identification and the label identification as a first time point, establishes a corresponding relation between the order identification and the label identification, and sends the corresponding relation and the first time point to a server;
the server receives the corresponding relation between the order identification and the label identification, and takes the first time point as the starting time point of a production starting link corresponding to the order identification;
when the paper receipt flows to the current production ring, the second RFID reader-writer reads the label identification of the RFID label and sends the label identification to the gateway equipment;
the gateway device takes the time point of receiving the label identification sent by the second RFID reader-writer as a second time point, and sends the label identification, the reader-writer identification of the second RFID reader-writer and the second time point to the server;
and the server determines the current production link corresponding to the order identification according to the corresponding relationship between the reader-writer identification and the production link established in advance and the corresponding relationship between the order identification and the label identification, and takes the second time point as the starting time point of the current production link.
