Because the inkjet printer also belongs to a worn article, in order to find out that the inkjet printer is abnormal in time and perform corresponding maintenance in time, the method of the embodiment further includes: acquiring state information of the ink-jet printer regularly or irregularly; and if the code spraying machine is determined to be abnormal according to the state information, sending corresponding abnormal information to the maintenance module. The maintenance module can be used for carrying out remote maintenance or door-to-door maintenance and the like on the ink-jet printer according to the abnormal information, or can inform relevant maintenance workers of carrying out maintenance in time through the maintenance module.
To further illustrate the implementation process of the method of the embodiment, the following application scenarios are given, but not limited thereto:
for example, in an application scenario of an unmanned milk tea machine, a label printer is used to print out a receipt, and then a mechanical arm is used to take out the printed receipt from the printer and then stick the printed receipt to a milk tea paper cup, however, the mechanical arm is large and cannot guarantee 100% taking out, so that printed information is lost, and a customer cannot obtain corresponding meal taking information and dish information. And moreover, the label printer is difficult to be matched with mechanical equipment to do certain rotary deployment due to the fixed posture of the printing equipment, and the label printer is limited in the number of label paper, short in updating period and needs to be maintained by people frequently.
In order to solve the problems, based on the method provided by the embodiment, a code-spraying printing mode can be adopted in the unmanned milk tea machine. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, after a customer places an order at a mobile phone client, the client sends an order confirmation request to a server corresponding to an unmanned milky tea machine (i.e., an intelligent device), the server obtains print information corresponding to the order according to an order identifier carried in the request, and then converts the print information into byte code information identified by an inkjet printer. And according to the order identification, byte code information is sent to the unmanned milky tea machine in an order issuing mode and then forwarded to the corresponding code spraying machine, wherein the unmanned milky tea machine and the code spraying machine establish local connection in advance in a local area network service opening mode. After the milk tea is made, the mechanical arm in the unmanned milk tea machine adjusts the position of the milk tea paper cup corresponding to the printing position, then sends a printing request to the code spraying machine, and the code spraying machine performs code spraying printing at the printing position according to byte code information and further prints the code on the surface of the paper cup, as shown in fig. 5. Therefore, when a user takes milk tea, the corresponding meal taking information, milk tea information and the like can be obtained through the printed contents sprayed on the surface of the paper cup.
By applying the above scheme. The ink-jet printer is used for printing without relying on mechanical equipment to take the label paper for pasting, and meanwhile, the ink-jet printer is flexible and convenient to install and long in service life.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a print information processing apparatus applicable to a client side, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes: a sending module 41 and a receiving module 42.
The sending module 41 may be configured to send an order confirmation request carrying an order identifier, so as to send, according to the order identifier, the converted printing information corresponding to the order to a corresponding inkjet printer, where the inkjet printer is configured to perform inkjet printing on food equipment corresponding to the order according to the converted printing information when receiving the printing request;
and the receiving module 42 may be configured to receive the manufacturing completion information of the food corresponding to the order.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the print request is sent when it is determined that the production of the meal corresponding to the order is completed.
In a specific application scenario, the order confirmation request also carries terminal position information of an ordering terminal, so as to detect whether an abnormal behavior of taking food in different places exists according to the terminal position information, and send the printing information to the inkjet printer when the abnormal behavior is determined not to exist.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: an output module 43;
and an output module 43, configured to output the manufacturing completion information.
It should be noted that, other corresponding descriptions of the functional units involved in the print information processing apparatus applicable to the user client side provided in this embodiment may refer to the corresponding description in fig. 1, and are not repeated herein.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a print information processing apparatus applicable to a server side, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus including: a receiving module 51, a converting module 52 and a transmitting module 53.
The receiving module 51 is configured to receive an order confirmation request, and obtain print information corresponding to an order according to an order identifier carried in the request;
a conversion module 52, configured to convert the printing information into byte code information identified by an inkjet printer;
the sending module 53 is configured to send the byte code information to a corresponding inkjet printer according to the order identifier, where the inkjet printer is configured to perform inkjet printing on the food equipment corresponding to the order according to the byte code information when receiving a printing request.
In a specific application scenario, the conversion module 52 may be specifically configured to read meal fetching information and meal item information in the print information; and converting the meal taking information and the meal information into the byte code information identified by the code spraying machine according to a preset printing template.
In a specific application scenario, the sending module 53 may be specifically configured to query an intelligent device corresponding to the order identifier, where the intelligent device is configured to produce a meal corresponding to the order, and the intelligent device is locally connected to the inkjet printer; and sending the byte code information to the intelligent equipment so that the intelligent equipment can forward the byte code information to the ink-jet printer through a TCP protocol.
In a specific application scenario, the intelligent device and the mechanical device are connected through a TCP service, and the sending module 53 is further configured to send order information of the order to the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device obtains meal product making information of the order according to the order information, and sends a making instruction carrying the meal product making information to the mechanical device, where the print request is sent by the intelligent device when it is determined that the meal product is made.
In a specific application scenario, the print request is specifically sent by the intelligent device after determining that the meal is manufactured and the placement position of the meal device is adjusted by the mechanical device to correspond to the print position.
In a specific application scenario, the receiving module 51 may be further configured to receive manufacturing completion information of the meal item corresponding to the order sent by the intelligent device;
the sending module 53 may be further configured to forward the manufacturing completion information received by the receiving module.
In a specific application scene, the order confirmation request also carries terminal position information of an order placing terminal; accordingly, the method can be used for solving the problems that,
the sending module 53 is further specifically configured to detect whether an abnormal behavior of taking food in different places exists according to the terminal location information; if the abnormal behavior is determined to exist, reporting the abnormal behavior; and if the abnormal behavior does not exist, sending the byte code information to a corresponding code spraying machine according to the order identification.
In a specific application scenario, the sending module 53 may be further configured to obtain information of a placement position of the smart device; if the placement position information is matched with the terminal position information, determining that abnormal behavior of taking food in different places does not exist; and if the placement position information is not matched with the terminal position information, determining that abnormal behavior of taking food in different places is suspected to exist.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: a monitoring module 54;
the monitoring module 54 may be configured to obtain the status information of the inkjet printer periodically or aperiodically;
the sending module 53 is further configured to send corresponding abnormal information to the maintenance module if it is determined that the inkjet printer is abnormal according to the status information.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional units involved in the print information processing apparatus applicable to the server side provided in this embodiment may refer to the corresponding descriptions in fig. 2 and fig. 3, and are not repeated herein.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1, correspondingly, the embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for processing print information applicable to the user client side shown in fig. 1. Based on the methods shown in fig. 2 and 3, the embodiment of the present application further provides another storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the program, when executed by a processor, implements the printing information processing method applicable to the server side shown in fig. 2 and 3.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method of the embodiments of the present application.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 6, in order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides a client device, which may specifically be a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, or other network devices, and the client device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the above-described print information processing method applicable to the user client side as shown in fig. 1.
Based on the methods shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 7, in order to achieve the above object, the embodiment of the present application further provides a server device, which may specifically be a gateway device, a server, or other network devices. The apparatus includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the above-described print information processing method applicable to the server side as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
Optionally, both the two entity devices may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WI-FI module, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a keypad (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), etc.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the physical device structure of the client device and the server device provided in the present embodiment does not constitute a limitation to the two physical devices, and may include more or less components, or combine some components, or arrange different components.
The storage medium may further include an operating system and a network communication module. The operating system is a program that manages the hardware and software resources of the two physical devices described above, supporting the operation of the information processing program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among components in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the information processing entity device.
Based on the above, further, an embodiment of the present application further provides a print information processing system, as shown in fig. 8, the system includes: server equipment 61, client equipment 62, intelligent equipment 63, mechanical equipment 64 and an ink-jet printer 65;
therein, the client device 62 may be used to perform the method as shown in fig. 1, and the server device 61 may be used to perform the method as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
The intelligent device 63 is locally connected with the mechanical device 64 and the code spraying machine 65 respectively, the intelligent device is used for enabling a user to obtain food corresponding to the order, the mechanical device 64 is used for manufacturing the food corresponding to the order according to a manufacturing instruction sent by the intelligent device 63, and the code spraying machine 65 is used for spraying code to the food device corresponding to the order according to the converted printing information when receiving a printing request.
First, the client device 62 sends an order confirmation request carrying an order identifier to the server device 61. The server device 61 acquires the printing information corresponding to the order according to the order identification carried in the request; converting the print information into bytecode information recognized by the inkjet printer 65; then, according to the order identifier, the byte code information is sent to the intelligent device 63 in an order issuing manner, and then the intelligent device 63 forwards the byte code information to the inkjet printer 65. When the intelligent device 63 determines that the manufacture of the food corresponding to the order is completed, a printing request is sent to the inkjet printer 65, so that the inkjet printer 65 performs inkjet printing on the food device manufactured corresponding to the order according to the byte code information. After determining that the food corresponding to the order is manufactured, the intelligent device 63 sends the manufacturing completion information of the food corresponding to the order to the server device 61. Finally, the server device 61 forwards the production completion information to the client device 62 for output presentation.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and can also be implemented by hardware. Through the technical scheme of this application, introduce the ink jet numbering machine and realize that the printing task can be accomplished smoothly, realize a complete set of complete yard printing mode that can be used to the food and beverage trade through the combination of server and smart machine simultaneously. The ink-jet printer is used for printing without relying on mechanical equipment to take the label paper for pasting, and meanwhile, the ink-jet printer is flexible and convenient to install and long in service life.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or flow diagrams in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

The above disclosure is only a few specific implementation scenarios of the present application, but the present application is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A print information processing method characterized by comprising:
sending an order confirmation request carrying an order identification so as to send the converted printing information corresponding to the order to a corresponding code spraying machine according to the order identification, wherein the code spraying machine is used for carrying out code spraying printing on the food equipment corresponding to the order according to the converted printing information when receiving the printing request;
and receiving the manufacturing completion information of the food corresponding to the order.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the print request is sent upon determining that the production of the meal item corresponding to the order is complete.
3. A print information processing method characterized by comprising:
receiving an order confirmation request, and acquiring printing information corresponding to an order according to an order identifier carried in the request;
converting the printing information into byte code information identified by an ink-jet printer;
and sending the byte code information to a corresponding code spraying machine according to the order identification, wherein the code spraying machine is used for spraying code printing on the food equipment corresponding to the order according to the byte code information when receiving a printing request.
4. A print information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the sending module is used for sending an order confirmation request carrying an order identification so as to send the converted printing information corresponding to the order to a corresponding code spraying machine according to the order identification, and the code spraying machine is used for carrying out code spraying printing on the food equipment corresponding to the order according to the converted printing information when receiving the printing request;
and the receiving module is used for receiving the making completion information of the food corresponding to the order.
5. A print information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the order confirmation request and acquiring the printing information corresponding to the order according to the order identification carried in the request;
the conversion module is used for converting the printing information into byte code information identified by the code spraying machine;
and the sending module is used for sending the byte code information to a corresponding code spraying machine according to the order mark, and the code spraying machine is used for spraying code printing on the food equipment corresponding to the order according to the byte code information when receiving a printing request.
6. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program realizes the print information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 2 when executed by a processor.
7. A client device comprising a storage medium, a processor, and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the print information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 2 when executing the program.
8. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program realizes the print information processing method of claim 3 when executed by a processor.
9. A server apparatus comprising a storage medium, a processor, and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the print information processing method according to claim 3 when executing the program.
10. A print information processing system, comprising: an intelligent device, a mechanical device, an inkjet printer, a client device as claimed in claim 7 and a server device as claimed in claim 9;
the intelligent equipment is locally connected with the mechanical equipment and the code spraying machine respectively, the intelligent equipment is used for a user to obtain food corresponding to an order, the mechanical equipment is used for manufacturing the food according to a manufacturing instruction sent by the intelligent equipment, and the code spraying machine is used for carrying out code spraying printing on food equipment which is manufactured correspondingly to the order according to converted printing information when receiving a printing request.
