At present, the building of high-rise large-span adopts steel structure truss or spatial grid structure to lay the finish coat, current finish coat mainly is the soft ceramic tile of flexible veneer that has the outward appearance effect of ceramic tile, but, the soft ceramic tile third dimension of flexible veneer on the present market is not strong, makes the outward appearance effect relatively poor, and elasticity is lower, the wearability is relatively poor, and the manufacturing process is comparatively complicated, prepares the former material the inside still composition that is not the environmental protection a bit, and the environmental protection effect is relatively poor. The installation method of the flexible decorative surface soft ceramic tile is to set up a full scaffold, and project construction of the flexible decorative surface soft ceramic tile is carried out after the suspended ceiling is finished, but the installation method has the problems of high project cost, incapability of three-dimensional cross operation, long construction period, large cross influence on projects of equal parts of the wall and the ground, high building height of the full scaffold, large area and workload, more turnover materials, low working efficiency, more potential safety hazards, tight construction period, more fire protection and transportation channels needing to be reserved, difficult construction organization and the like, and can cause loss in all aspects of safety, quality, construction period, economy and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the decorative brick, the manufacturing method thereof and the installation method thereof are needed to solve the problems that the flexible decorative soft porcelain brick has stereoscopic impression, appearance effect and elastic effect, is complex in manufacturing process, not environment-friendly, complex in installation method, high in manufacturing cost and great in potential safety hazard.
A manufacturing method of a decorative brick sequentially comprises the following steps:

and forming a three-dimensional pattern on one side of the brick body to form the decorative brick.
The manufacturing method of the decorative brick comprises the steps of firstly providing 90% of soil and 10% of water-soluble additive, and crushing the soil to form mud powder, so that the granularity of the soil is small, and the modification of the soil is convenient to realize; then dynamically heating the mud powder, mixing a surface modifier to form modified soil, and modifying the surface of the mud powder to facilitate the organization of the surface of the mud powder; then, the modified soil and the water-soluble additive are mixed and cured to form a brick body, so that functional groups on the surface of the mud powder react with high-molecular functional groups to form valence bond crosslinking, and finally, the brick body is in a network chain structure and keeps an attached state but is not bonded, so that the brick body has the characteristics of elasticity and flexibility and is good in texture; finally, the three-dimensional patterns are formed on one side of the brick body to form the decorative brick, so that the decorative brick has a three-dimensional effect, can generate a relief effect, and has strong expressive force and good attractiveness. The manufacturing method of the decorative brick is simple, convenient and easy to realize, basically realizes energy conservation and zero emission, has better environmental protection performance, and greatly shortens the production period because the decorative brick is formed in one step.
