Abstract
The invention discloses a finishing process capable of realizing single-sided water resistance and single-sided hydrophilicity of cotton knitted fabrics, which comprises the following steps: 1) adding a proper amount of water into a waterproofing agent and a penetration rate control agent, and mixing to prepare a waterproofing agent atomized liquid; 2) adding a proper amount of water into hydrophilic silicone oil, and mixing to obtain a hydrophilic silicone oil atomized liquid; 3) spraying a waterproof agent atomized liquid on one surface of the cotton knitted fabric for waterproof finishing, and spraying a hydrophilic silicone oil atomized liquid on the other surface of the cotton knitted fabric for hand feeling and hydrophilic finishing; 4) and (4) carrying out high-temperature setting treatment on the finished cotton knitted fabric, and inspecting and coiling.
