Background
Metal working and use is very widespread in all areas of industry, agriculture and productive life. However, due to the characteristics of metal, the metal is very easily corroded by substances such as oxygen and the like in the processing or using process, so that objects are damaged, the normal use of people is influenced, and direct economic loss is caused. If the metal material is not subjected to rust prevention treatment in the processes of processing, storage and transportation, the metal material can generate rust within a short time, the appearance and the performance of the finished metal material are adversely affected, and the metal material can be scrapped even if the metal material is seriously rusted. Therefore, the research of the antirust product plays an important role in protecting the metal material. In order to avoid corrosion and reduce loss, people adopt various methods and antirust oil, and the method is a simple, efficient and economic protection means. Therefore, the rust preventive oil is widely used for indoor inter-process rust prevention or package sealing rust prevention of various metal parts such as steel, copper, aluminum, zinc plating, cadmium plating and the like and assemblies thereof. On the other hand, in the metal processing process, different processing technologies exist, a small amount of moisture is inevitably remained on the metal surface, however, the moisture is a great factor causing metal corrosion, the moisture removal is an important step of metal protection and a relatively difficult step, and the general lubricating oil type anti-rust oil in the market has excellent salt mist resistance, but cannot take into account the problem of dehydration.
