Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材,所述耐盐碱沥青防水卷材按重量份数由以下原料组成:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,聚丙烯9份,改性剂9份,硫化剂0.5~3份,硅烷偶联剂(YDH‑550)7份,废胶粉10份,超细硅微粉3~15份。本发明以聚酯纤维作为胎基,胎基上下表面涂覆改性沥青层,改性沥青层表面覆隔离层;改性沥青位于隔离层与胎基层之间。该卷材可应用于沿海地区和高盐碱地区,具有良好的抗氯离子渗透性能和耐盐碱腐蚀能力,能有效的保护建筑结构主体。本发明所采用的生产工艺简单,生产所需的热能较少,可有效降低生产成本。

一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材
技术领域
本发明属于建筑防水材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐盐碱型聚合物改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
防水材料广泛应用于工业和民用建筑的屋顶、道路、桥梁等工程的防水防潮,是当今社会土建、房建、水利、桥梁等工程上使用最不可或缺的建筑材料。在沿海地区的屋顶和高盐碱地区的地下建筑防水工程,由于其特殊的使用环境,普通的防水卷材在这种特殊条件下极易被该地区的高盐碱度腐蚀,造成防水性能的衰退,从而导致了该地区的漏水与渗水等问题出现。
因此,研究一种经济实用、工艺简单、效果显著的耐盐碱沥青防水卷材非常必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材及其制备方法,该卷材工艺简单,耐盐碱性良好,适合沿海地区的屋顶和高盐碱地域使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材,所述防水卷材按重量份数由以下原料组成:

优选地,所述石油沥青为70号沥青。
优选地,所述改性剂为苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯(SBS),牌号为4402、4452、1301-3、1301、4303中的一种。
优选地,所述硫化剂为所述硫化剂为BIPB或2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双二五)其中一种。
优选地,所述隔离层为PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PVC隔离膜、PP隔离膜、PA隔离膜、硅油纸膜中的一种。
而且,上述沥青防水卷材的制备方法为:将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS与聚丙烯颗粒,搅拌保温2h,至SBS与聚丙烯颗粒完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h。降温至165℃,加入滑石粉与硅烷偶联剂,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序即可。
本发明的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明提供了一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材的新思路,将沥青内有机物进行有序排列,提高覆盖层的致密性,从而提高卷材的耐盐碱能力。
2、本发明所采用的生产工艺简单,生产所需的热能较少,可有效降低生产成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材配方为:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,聚丙烯9份,改性剂9份,硫化剂BIPB0.7份,硅烷偶联剂(YDH-550)7份,废胶粉10份,超细硅微粉3份。
将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS与聚丙烯颗粒,搅拌保温2h,至SBS与聚丙烯颗粒完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h。降温至165℃,加入超细硅微粉与硅烷偶联剂,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序。
实施例2
一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材配方为:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,聚丙烯9份,改性剂9份,硫化剂BIPB0.9份,硅烷偶联剂(YDH-550)7份,废胶粉10份,超细硅微粉6份。
将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS与聚丙烯颗粒,搅拌保温2h,至SBS与聚丙烯颗粒完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h。降温至165℃,加入超细硅微粉与硅烷偶联剂,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序。
实施例3

将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS与聚丙烯颗粒,搅拌保温2h,至SBS与聚丙烯颗粒完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h。降温至165℃,加入超细硅微粉与硅烷偶联剂,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序。

Claims (6)

1.一种耐盐碱沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,以玻纤毡或聚醋毡为胎基层,胎基层上面涂覆改性沥青层,改性沥青层表面覆隔离层,改性沥青胶料层位于覆面层和中间胎体层之间;所述改性沥青胶料层由以下重量份的原料组成:

2.根据权利要求1所述耐盐碱沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述石油沥青为70号沥青,针入度为60-80(25℃/0.1mm),软化点为48-55℃,沥青质的含量在15%-18%。
3.根据权利要求1所述耐盐碱沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述改性剂为苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯(SBS),牌号为4402、4452、1301-3、1301、4303中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述耐盐碱沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述硫化剂为BIPB或2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双二五)其中一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述耐盐碱沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述隔离层为PE隔离膜、PET隔离膜、PVC隔离膜、PP隔离膜、PA隔离膜、硅油纸膜中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一权利要求所述的耐盐碱沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS与聚丙烯颗粒,搅拌保温2h,至SBS与聚丙烯颗粒完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h。降温至165℃,加入超细硅微粉与硅烷偶联剂,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序即可。
