Abstract
本发明涉及一种硫化交联沥青防水卷材,所述硫化交联沥青防水卷材按重量份数由以下原料组成:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,改性剂9份,硫化剂0.5~3份,废胶粉10份,滑石粉92份。本发明以聚酯纤维作为胎基,胎基上下表面涂覆改性沥青层,改性沥青层表面覆隔离层;改性沥青位于隔离层与胎基层之间。在生产过程中加入硫化剂使沥青与沥青、沥青与改性剂之间发生交联反应,形成三维交联网状结构,可以有效提高沥青防水卷材的机械强度及耐高温性能。本发明提供了一种改善SBS防水卷材耐高温性能的新思路,所采用的生产工艺简单,能耗较低,可有效降低生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于防水材料技术领域,具体涉及一种硫化改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
沥青类防水卷材一般应用于建筑防水领域,主要用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处。当前,SBS(苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯)改性沥青防水卷材是新型防水材料的主流产品,是我国首推优选的防水材料,是生产量最大、使用量最多、占主导地位的防水材料。SBS改性沥青防水卷材一般以聚酯纤维为胎基,以SBS改性石油沥青胶料作为胎基的侵渍覆盖层,以PE膜为侵渍覆盖层的隔离层,改性沥青防水卷材经选材、烘干、配料、共熔、侵渍、复合成型,切割及卷曲等工序加工制作而成,具有较好的耐候性,抗拉性,耐磨性及耐穿刺能力。
但就目前的SBS改性沥青防水卷材来说,SBS与沥青之间只是物理混合,并没有发生化学反应,需要大量SBS或其他聚合物对沥青进行增强,该方法反应时间较长,而且将聚合物熔融需要较高的温度,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种硫化交联沥青防水卷材及其制备方法,该卷材生产工艺简单,而且卷材具有耐高温性能,适合高温地域使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种硫化交联沥青防水卷材,所述防水卷材按重量份数由以下原料组成:
优选地,所述石油沥青为70号沥青。
优选地,所述改性剂为SBS,牌号为4402、4452、1301-3、1301、4303中的一种。
优选地,所述硫化剂为BIPB或2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双二五)其中一种。
优选地,所述隔离层为PE膜(镀铝膜)、彩砂、页岩片、细砂中的一种。
而且,上述沥青防水卷材的制备方法为:将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,熔融后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS,搅拌保温2h,至SBS完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h,加入滑石粉,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序即可。
本发明的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明采用硫化剂使沥青与沥青、沥青与改性剂之间进行交联,可以有效提高卷材的机械强度和耐高温性能。
2、本发明提供了一种改善SBS防水卷材耐高温性能的新思路,所采用生产工艺简单,能耗较低,可有效降低生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种硫化交联沥青防水卷材配方为:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,改性剂9份,硫化剂BIPB0.7份,废胶粉10份,滑石粉92份。
将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS,搅拌保温2h,至SBS完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h,加入滑石粉,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序。
实施例2
一种硫化交联沥青防水卷材配方为:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,改性剂9份,硫化剂BIPB0.9份,废胶粉10份,滑石粉92份。
将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS,搅拌保温2h,至SBS完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h,加入滑石粉,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序。
实施例3
一种硫化交联沥青防水卷材配方为:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,改性剂9份,硫化剂双二五2份,废胶粉10份,滑石粉92份。
将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS,搅拌保温2h,至SBS完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h,加入滑石粉,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序。
实施例4
一种硫化交联沥青防水卷材配方为:石油沥青100份,环烷油24份,改性剂9份,硫化剂双二五3份,废胶粉10份,滑石粉92份。
将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS,搅拌保温2h,至SBS完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h,加入滑石粉,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序。

Claims (6)
2.根据权利要求1所述硫化交联沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述石油沥青为70号沥青,其针入度为60-80(25℃/0.1mm),软化点为48-55℃,沥青质的含量在15%-18%。
3.根据权利要求1所述硫化交联沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述改性剂为苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯(SBS),牌号为4402、4452、1301-3、1301、4303中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述硫化交联沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述硫化剂为BIPB或2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双二五)其中一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述硫化交联沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述隔离层为:PE膜(镀铝膜)、彩砂、页岩片、细砂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一权利要求所述的硫化交联沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:将沥青、环烷油加入反应釜中混合搅拌,融化后升温至190℃,加入改性剂SBS,搅拌保温2h,至SBS完全融入沥青体系,加入计量好的硫化剂,搅拌保温0.5h,加入废胶粉,搅拌保温1h,加入滑石粉,搅拌保温1h,即得改性沥青。随后对胎基进行侵渍、复合成型及卷曲等工序即可。
