本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种小樱桃面霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人类工业化进程的加速,大气中污染成分变得越来越多,例如汽车尾气以及雾霾中所含有的化学成分非常复杂,从而对人体的皮肤也带来更多的威胁。市面上的护肤产品为了在短时间内达到表面效果,经常添加一些人工合成的化学成分,其实并没有真正解决根本问题,并且还有可能因为原料中含有的激素、汞等化学成分给皮肤增加更严重的问题。
而面霜是最基础的护肤用品之一。面霜的质地比乳液稠,它的营养成分比乳液高,它主要的作用是在皮肤的表皮形成天然的皮脂膜,给肌肤补充水分和营养成分,同时可以修复皮肤表皮的受损细胞。
目前市场的面霜都是对成人设计使用的,儿童头部皮肤娇嫩,不能使用成人的洗化用品,否则会伤害皮肤,而且成人洗化用品中含有的化学物质会影响儿童健康。因此,小樱桃面霜需要专业研制,一种适用儿童皮肤保护和修复,且对儿童皮肤无伤无害的小樱桃面霜亟待发掘。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种小樱桃面霜及其制备方法,具有无毒,对皮肤无伤、无害,保持肌肤水润嫩滑,保湿滋润效果好,皮肤营养吸收好的优势。

小樱桃面霜还包括:防腐剂、着色剂和芳香剂。
所述防腐剂包括:苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、羟苯甲酯以及羟苯丙酯;所述着色剂包括:CI19140以及CI14700;所述芳香剂为香精。

一种小樱桃面霜的制备方法,所述制备方法用于制备如权利要求4中所述的小樱桃面霜,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1、准备入权利要求4中重量份的原料,并将原料分为A相原料、B相原料、C相原料以及D相原料,
所述A相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:角鲨烷、霍霍巴籽油、氢化聚癸烯、C20-22 醇磷酸酯和C20-22 醇、PEG-100 硬脂酸酯和甘油硬脂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂、乙二醇棕榈酸酯、鲸蜡醇、生育酚乙酸、羟苯丙酯,
所述B相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:水、丁二醇、甘油、银耳子实体提取物、赤藓醇、尿囊素、黄原胶、羟苯甲酯、三乙醇胺、羟苯丙酯、糖类同分异构体,
所述C相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:环聚二甲基硅氧烷、丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸铵共聚物加聚异丁烯和聚山梨醇酯-20、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物加异十六烷和聚山梨醇酯-80、透明质酸钠,
所述D相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油、马铃薯果肉提取物、冬虫夏草提取物、滨海当归叶/茎提取物、积雪草根提取物、紫玉兰花提取物、香精、CI19140、CI14700、樱桃果实提取物、木糖醇基葡糖苷加脱水木糖醇和木糖醇;
S2、取去离子水加入水相锅中,启动搅拌,按照步骤S1中B相原料的排列顺序向水相锅中加入B相原料,搅拌并将水相锅内温度升至85℃后保温,获得水相料;
S3、按照步骤S1中A相原料的排列顺序向油相锅中加入A相原料,并升温使油相锅中温度保持在76℃-78℃之间,获得油相料;
S4、预热乳化锅使其温度维持在75℃-80℃之间,并抽真空使乳化锅内气压在-0.02Mpa-0.06Mpa之间,再将水相料和油相料抽入乳化锅中,并保持搅拌速率为30转每分钟,制得半成品;
S5、在乳化锅内半成品温度降低前,按照步骤S1中C相原料的排列顺序向乳化锅中加入C相原料,全程保持搅拌速率为30转每分钟;
S6、在步骤S5中乳化锅内物料温度继续降低至40℃时,按照步骤S1中D相原料的排列顺序向乳化锅中加入D相原料,继续降温至35℃;
S7、装瓶,喷码,装盒,装箱,入库贮藏,即获得小樱桃面霜。
所述步骤S4中将水相料和油相料抽入乳化锅的具体操作如下:
S41、先相乳化锅内抽入四分之三的水相料,启动搅拌使其搅拌速率为30转/分钟,并低速均质20HZ;
S42、再抽入全部油相料;
S43、最后抽入余下水相,搅拌速度不变,均质速度 50HZ,均质时间10分钟-15分钟,停止均质,均质速度40HZ,保温30分钟。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:向面霜中添加樱桃果实提取物,通过樱桃果实中含有丰富的维生素C、维生素A、胡萝ト素,使得小樱桃面霜亲和营养,质地幼滑,更加适合儿童使用,同时,特别添加糖类同分异构体、牛油果树果脂、角鲨烷保湿滋润成分,补充肌肤水分,避免肌肤干燥粗糙,使肌肤保持水润柔滑,通过该配方制备出来的小樱桃面霜具有无毒,对皮肤无伤、无害,保持肌肤水润嫩滑,保湿滋润效果好,皮肤营养吸收好的优势。

为了保证小樱桃面霜的有效使用期限,该小樱桃面霜还包括:防腐剂、着色剂和芳香剂。具体地,防腐剂包括:苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、羟苯甲酯以及羟苯丙酯;着色剂包括:CI19140以及CI14700;芳香剂为香精。

基于上述方案,本实施例还提供一种小樱桃面霜的制备方法,该制备方法用于制备上述实施例中小樱桃面霜,具体步骤如下:
S1、准备入权利要求4中重量份的原料,并将原料分为A相原料、B相原料、C相原料以及D相原料,
A相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:角鲨烷、霍霍巴籽油、氢化聚癸烯、C20-22 醇磷酸酯和C20-22 醇、PEG-100 硬脂酸酯和甘油硬脂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂、乙二醇棕榈酸酯、鲸蜡醇、生育酚乙酸、羟苯丙酯,
B相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:水、丁二醇、甘油、银耳子实体提取物、赤藓醇、尿囊素、黄原胶、羟苯甲酯、三乙醇胺、羟苯丙酯、糖类同分异构体,

在本实施例中,步骤S3中油相锅中的最佳温度为77℃。步骤S4中乳化锅中的最佳温度为78℃,气压维持在0.02兆帕斯卡。步骤S43中的均质时间最佳为13分钟。

所述A相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:角鲨烷、霍霍巴籽油、氢化聚癸烯、C20-22 醇磷酸酯和C20-22 醇、PEG-100 硬脂酸酯和甘油硬脂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂、乙二醇棕榈酸酯、鲸蜡醇、生育酚乙酸、羟苯丙酯,
所述B相原料按照加入顺序依次包括:水、丁二醇、甘油、银耳子实体提取物、赤藓醇、尿囊素、黄原胶、羟苯甲酯、三乙醇胺、羟苯丙酯、糖类同分异构体,

S2、取去离子水加入水相锅中,启动搅拌,按照步骤S1中B相原料的排列顺序向水相锅中加入B相原料,搅拌并将水相锅内温度升至85℃后保温,获得水相料;
S3、按照步骤S1中A相原料的排列顺序向油相锅中加入A相原料,并升温使油相锅中温度保持在76℃-78℃之间,获得油相料;
S4、预热乳化锅使其温度维持在75℃-80℃之间,并抽真空使乳化锅内气压在-0.02Mpa-0.06Mpa之间,再将水相料和油相料抽入乳化锅中,并保持搅拌速率为30转每分钟,制得半成品;

6.根据权利要求5所述的小樱桃面霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中将水相料和油相料抽入乳化锅的具体操作如下:
