根据本发明的主粮代用品,所述肥猪肉、猪杂碎、肥牛羊、家禽肉、牛羊杂碎或家禽杂碎等脂类物虽不属理想的健康食品,但它们的脂肪含量极髙,每单位体积所提供的能量是同量其他食品的好几倍。而且,短时期应用这些产品不会对身体产生器质性变化。
长寿草营养丰冨,可作上等蔬菜或主粮,且有明显抗中风、心梗、三高、衰老的作用。种植收获不受季节限制.在适当温度和湿度下,年产量可达每亩三万多斤。
藜麦苗是藜麦的嫩苗,藜麦是全营养食品,俗有食物之王之称,一直为宇航员的专用食品,藜麦的嫩苗营养价值高于藜麦本身。藜麦在水中浸泡二十分钟即可出芽,栽在土中四十天左右即可成为一米多高的灌木状植物,重量为其种子的数百倍。种植收获不受季节限制。藜麦苗不仅可作全营养主粮或蔬菜,而且可作禽畜饲料。
雪樱子营养丰冨,可作上等蔬菜或主粮。此菜生长速度极快,从种到收仅需两个月左右。科学实验已充分证明,雪樱子还可作禽畜促长饲料。
蒲公英自古以来就被国人广泛用于药食同源食材。现代科学实验证明:蒲公英含相当数量的糖,蛋白质,及脂肪。每一百克蒲公英含能量53大卡。同时含有丰富的咖啡酸、阿魏酸、绿原酸等多种有机酸,对多种呼吸道及胃肠道的有害细菌有杀灭或抑制作用。蒲公英为野生植物,在全球各地都有广泛分布。蒲公英也可人工种植,生长速度快,产量高。不仅可用作蔬菜或主粮.也可用作禽畜饲料。
大蒜含2%左右的大蒜素,原材杀菌能力是青霉素的10%以上,对人体常见的致病菌有显着抑制或杀灭作用。
辣椒含辣椒素及挥发油,促进血液循环,减少血栓形成。
生姜促进胃肠蠕动和血液循环。
含碘海盐是维持人体正常代谢平衡的必须物质。
根据本发明的主粮代用品,长寿草是多年生草本、无性繁殖植物,因而种植及收获不受季节限制。只要温度湿度合适,其年产量可达每亩三万余斤。其食用和药用价值在二千多年前巳有详细记载。我们可利用已建的桓温大棚种植此草。本专利申请人巳与合作者在河南商丘有近万亩长寿草种植园,可在短期内培育出大量可食用的嫩苗。同时,由于藜麦苗、雪樱子、蒲公英不仅可作上等蔬菜或主食,又可作上等禽畜饲料,我们可利用大棚大量种种植藜麦苗、雪樱子、蒲公英。同时大量养殖禽畜,禽畜的粪便和尿液又可用作这些农作物的肥料,提高这些农作物的产量和质量,开辟一条新型救命食品途径。
根据本发明的主粮代用品,通过多种营养丰富、产量高、种植和收获不受季节和气候限制的药食同源食材,替代常规的米、面及豆制品,配料种植不受季节和气候限制,可在短期内大量生产、便于运输、储存、食用。配方中含有多种药食同源食材,具有显著的杀菌或抑菌作用,可有效地防治胃肠道及呼吸道疾病。可在短期内生产出大量营养丰富,便于运输,便于储存,便于食用,且可防治疾病的食品,能在粮荒期间拯救大量生命。

Claims (4)
1.一种主粮代用品,其特征在于,由以下组份的原料混合组成:脂类物、长寿草、黎麦苗、雪樱子、蒲公英、大蒜、辣椒、生姜和含碘海盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种主粮代用品,其特征在于,所述组份原料的重量比为100:280:200:200:200:10:3:6:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种主粮代用品,其特征在于,所述脂类物包括肥猪肉、猪杂碎、肥牛羊、家禽肉、牛羊杂碎或家禽杂碎中的一种或数种。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一种主粮代用品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将脂类物、长寿草、黎麦苗、雪樱子和蒲公英分别煮熟或蒸熟,去水后混合碾成粉末;将大蒜、辣椒、生姜和含碘海盐混合后碾成粉末;将上述两个步骤得到的粉末混合,得到混合物;将上述步骤得到的混合物作成庒缩饼干或粉剂。
