Abstract

一种视觉焊接系统的缝隙检测方法以及系统，方法包括：通过视觉检测方式确定待焊接区域的两个金属部件(M1，N1)的排布关系；当两个金属部件(M1，N1)空间共面设置时，向两个金属部件(M1，N1)投射面激光；根据面激光的投射结果确定两个金属部件(M1，N1)之间的缝隙信息。通过上述方法，能够实现对焊接区域的缝隙检测，通过采用2D视觉系统实现了3D视觉检测系统的功能，改善了技术，节省了成本。
