When the napping needling machine stops working, the negative pressure dust collection device also stops working, and the dust collection pipe 91 stops collecting dust.
The advantages of the brush curtain dust collection mechanism 9 mentioned above, namely the technical effects, can be summarized as follows: firstly, when the brush curtain 21 is in a moving state, the brush curtain is sucked in an automatic mode by a brush curtain dust suction mechanism 9 which is positioned at the net inlet 11 of the frame 1 and corresponds to the width direction of the brush curtain 21, so that fiber dust entering between brush filaments of a brush forming the brush curtain 21 is timely sucked, and scale formation caused by accumulation can be avoided; secondly, the brush curtain dust collection mechanism 9 and the brush curtain 21 work simultaneously, so that shutdown cleaning is not needed, and the working efficiency of the equipment is ensured; because the brush curtain dust collection mechanism 9 utilizes negative pressure to collect dust, the brush curtain 21 has ideal cleaning effect, so that the cohesive force and the release force of the brush wires are ensured not to decline due to the time; thirdly, since the dust collection process of the brush curtain 21 is not manually participated, the desired cleaning quality is ensured without the difference of the cleaning degree.
In summary, the technical scheme provided by the invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, successfully completes the task of the invention, and faithfully honors the technical effects carried by the applicant in the technical effect column above.

Claims (6)

1. A raising needling machine with a brush cleaning function at a net inlet comprises a frame (1), a raising mechanism (2), a needling mechanism (3), a net stripping plate (4), a net stripping plate lifting and lowering adjusting mechanism (5), a needle beam driving mechanism (6), a pulling mechanism (7) and a brush cleaning device (8), wherein the net inlet (11) is formed at the left side of the frame (1) and at a position corresponding to the raising mechanism (2), the net outlet (12) is formed at the right side of the frame (1) and at a position corresponding to the pulling mechanism (7), the needle beam driving mechanism (6) is arranged at the top of the frame (1) in the height direction, the needling mechanism (3) is corresponding to the position between the raising mechanism (2) and the needle beam driving mechanism (6) and is connected with the needle beam driving mechanism (6), the raising mechanism (2) is arranged on the frame (1) at a position corresponding to the position between the net inlet (11) and the net outlet (12) and is positioned below the needle stripping mechanism (3), the raising mechanism (2) is provided with a brush (21) which is connected with the net stripping plate (4) in the height direction corresponding to the net stripping mechanism (4) and is in the lifting and lowering mechanism (4), the net stripping plate lifting and adjusting mechanism (5) is arranged on one side of a frame middle cross beam (13) of the frame (1) facing the raising mechanism (2), and is characterized in that the hairbrush cleaning device (8) comprises a pair of action cylinder fixing plates (81), a pair of action cylinders (82), a scraping plate fixing arm (83) and a scraping plate (84), the pair of action cylinder fixing plates (81) are fixed on the opposite wall bodies of the frame (1) at positions corresponding to the net inlet (11), the pair of action cylinders (82) are fixed on the opposite side of the pair of action cylinder fixing plates (81) and the action cylinder columns (821) of the pair of action cylinders (82) face the hairbrush curtain (21), the scraping plate fixing arm (83) is fixed with the tail ends of the action cylinder columns (821) of the pair of action cylinders (82), and the scraping plate (84) is fixed with the scraping plate fixing arm (83) and corresponds to the width direction of one end of the hairbrush curtain (21) facing the net inlet (11);
