背景技术
痱子又称汗孢疹,是由于汗液排出不畅,滞留于皮内,导致皮肤的汗腺导管被皮肤的角质和死亡细胞堵塞时,汗腺内的汗液会被涨破,导致汗腺导管壁流入周围堵住,引起的汗腺周围的炎症。由于夏季高温炎热,婴儿或儿童的皮肤柔嫩,汗腺不发达,容易产生痱子,且痱子又刺痒、灼热感,容易使婴儿或儿童烦躁不安,因此,适合于婴儿或儿童的祛痱的产品显得尤为重要。
目前市面上的祛痱产品多为搽剂、软膏和乳膏,但针对婴儿或儿童娇嫩皮肤的特殊性,需要选择纯天然、不含对婴幼儿有刺激和有潜在风险的成分,此外还需要符合中国宝宝的肌肤与体制,不能选择过于清凉的产品。目前的祛痱产品成分并不全是纯天然产品,而且难以对婴儿或儿童的肌肤进行长期的保护。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料,可以长久的保护婴儿皮肤。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料,包括纤维预处理剂、海藻纤维、coolmax纤维、凝胶纤维、棉纤维和织物后处理剂;该面料由两层结构构成,表层为coolmax纤维和凝胶纤维混纺而成的外层面料层;里层为海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维的混纺面料层;所述的海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维在交织前先利用纤维预处理剂;所述的面料织造完成后利用织物后处理剂进行处理;所述的海藻纤维横截面为海星形结构,且中心为中空结构。
进一步地,所述的纤维预处理剂由以下组分构成:薄荷叶提取物、绿原酸、熊果酸、橙皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素、纳米银和壳寡糖溶液。
进一步地,所述的纤维预处理剂由以下组分构成:薄荷叶提取物3-5份、绿原酸1-2份、熊果酸2-3份、橙皮素0.5-0.8份、山柰素0.2-0.5份、异鼠李素0.1-0.3份、纳米银0.02-0.05份和壳寡糖溶液10-20份。

(2)作为纬纱的凝胶纤维在B组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;作为经纱的凝胶纤维在A组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;
(3)棉纤维在A组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;海藻纤维和coolmax纤维在B组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;
(4)处理后的棉纤维作为里层面料的纬纱,海藻纤维和coolmax纤维作为里层面料的经纱与棉纤维进行交织形成里层面料;
(5)处理后凝胶纤维和coolmax纤维交织形成表层面料;

本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用的海藻纤维原材料来自天然海藻中所提取的海藻多糖。其有机多糖部分由β-D-甘露糖醛酸和α-L-古罗糖醛酸两种组分构成。海藻酸分子中这两个组分是多聚甘露糖醛酸(M)和多聚古罗糖醛酸(G)以不规则的排列顺序分布于分子链中,两者中间以交替MG或多聚交替(MG)n相连接。海藻纤维由湿法纺丝制备,将高聚物溶解于适当的溶剂中以配成纺丝溶液,将纺丝液从喷丝孔中压出后射入到凝固浴中凝固成丝条。将可溶性海藻酸盐溶于水中形成黏稠溶液,然后通过喷丝孔挤出到含有二价金属阳离子的凝固浴中,形成固态不溶性海藻酸盐纤维长丝。海藻纤维本身对皮肤具有优异的亲和性能增进愈合效果,对于儿童起痱子的部位,能够促进血液循环,软化组织,加速皮肤的愈合,另一方面其抗菌性优异,能够杀菌止痒。coolmax纤维横截面呈十字型,纤维的表面就形成了四道沟槽,纤维表面积也加大,利用沟槽的虹吸可以将体表的水份吸走,同时尽快的挥发掉,能将人体活动时所产生的汗水迅速排至服装表层蒸发,保持肌肤清爽,令活动倍感舒适。coolmax纤维有着良好的导湿性,与棉纤维交织的具有良好的导湿效果,在炎热的夏天,保持皮肤的干爽。
本发明将海藻纤维制备成横截面为海星形结构,中心为中空结构,与CoolMax纤维交织,不仅亲肤,配合中空结构,芯吸效果显著,导湿效果提升3-5倍。
本发明在交织之前以及交织之后利用纤维预处理剂和织物后处理剂进行整理,整理剂填充织中空纤维内部,以及织物的间隙,可以长久的保护婴儿皮肤,祛痱止痒。
具体实施方式
下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料,包括纤维预处理剂、海藻纤维、coolmax纤维、凝胶纤维、棉纤维和织物后处理剂;该面料由两层结构构成,表层为coolmax纤维和凝胶纤维混纺而成的外层面料层;里层为海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维的混纺面料层;所述的海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维在交织前先利用纤维预处理剂;所述的面料织造完成后利用织物后处理剂进行处理;所述的海藻纤维横截面为海星形结构,且中心为中空结构。
本发明中纤维预处理剂由以下组分构成:薄荷叶提取物、绿原酸、熊果酸、橙皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素、纳米银和壳寡糖溶液,具体为:薄荷叶提取物5份、绿原酸2份、熊果酸3份、橙皮素0.8份、山柰素0.5份、异鼠李素0.3份、纳米银0.05份和壳寡糖溶液20份。壳寡糖溶液的浓度为50g/l。
本发明中织物后处理剂由以下组分构成:纳米银0.1份、尼克酸5份、活性蛋白MAP30 3份、皂甙6份、精氨酸1份、维生素B3份、维生素C3份、维生素E3份以及纯水40份。
实施例2
一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料,包括纤维预处理剂、海藻纤维、coolmax纤维、凝胶纤维、棉纤维和织物后处理剂;该面料由两层结构构成,表层为coolmax纤维和凝胶纤维混纺而成的外层面料层;里层为海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维的混纺面料层;所述的海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维在交织前先利用纤维预处理剂;所述的面料织造完成后利用织物后处理剂进行处理;所述的海藻纤维横截面为海星形结构,且中心为中空结构。
本发明中纤维预处理剂由以下组分构成:薄荷叶提取物、绿原酸、熊果酸、橙皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素、纳米银和壳寡糖溶液,具体为:薄荷叶提取物3份、绿原酸1份、熊果酸2份、橙皮素0.5份、山柰素0.2份、异鼠李素0.1份、纳米银0.02份和壳寡糖溶液10份。壳寡糖溶液的浓度为20g/l。
本发明中织物后处理剂由以下组分构成:纳米银0.05份、尼克酸3份、活性蛋白MAP30 1份、皂甙3份、精氨酸0.5份、维生素B1份、维生素C1份、维生素E1份以及纯水30份。
实施例3
一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料,包括纤维预处理剂、海藻纤维、coolmax纤维、凝胶纤维、棉纤维和织物后处理剂;该面料由两层结构构成,表层为coolmax纤维和凝胶纤维混纺而成的外层面料层;里层为海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维的混纺面料层;所述的海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维在交织前先利用纤维预处理剂;所述的面料织造完成后利用织物后处理剂进行处理;所述的海藻纤维横截面为海星形结构,且中心为中空结构。
本发明中纤维预处理剂由以下组分构成:薄荷叶提取物、绿原酸、熊果酸、橙皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素、纳米银和壳寡糖溶液,具体为:薄荷叶提取物4份、绿原酸1.6份、熊果酸2.5份、橙皮素0.6份、山柰素0.3份、异鼠李素0.2份、纳米银0.04份和壳寡糖溶液15份。壳寡糖溶液的浓度为30g/l。
本发明中织物后处理剂由以下组分构成:纳米银0.08份、尼克酸4份、活性蛋白MAP302份、皂甙5份、精氨酸0.7份、维生素B 2份、维生素C 2份、维生素E 2份以及纯水35份。
实施例4
本发明的制备适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料的方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将纤维预处理剂分为A、B两组;A组由以下组分组成:绿原酸1-2份、山柰素0.2-0.5份、异鼠李素0.1-0.3份、壳寡糖溶液5-10份;B组由以下组分组成:薄荷叶提取物3-5份、熊果酸2-3份、橙皮素0.5-0.8份、纳米银0.02-0.05份和壳寡糖溶液5-10份;
(2)作为纬纱的凝胶纤维在B组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;作为经纱的凝胶纤维在A组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;浸渍温度为58-62℃;
(3)棉纤维在A组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;海藻纤维和coolmax纤维在B组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;
(4)处理后的棉纤维作为里层面料的纬纱,海藻纤维和coolmax纤维作为里层面料的经纱与棉纤维进行交织形成里层面料;海藻纤维和coolmax纤维的排列比为3:2。
(5)处理后凝胶纤维和coolmax纤维交织形成表层面料;
(6)表层面料和里层面料通过接结方式连接;
(7)面料织造完成后,按照浸渍织物后处理剂、去处表面多余溶剂、干燥的步骤重复3-5次;步骤(7)中首次浸渍温度为68-75℃,之后每次浸渍的温度依次递减5-10℃,浸渍时间为30-50min;每次浸渍后于20-22℃温水中清洗,然后在30-38℃条件下烘干。
本发明中里层面料的织物组织由五枚缎纹组织、三上一下斜纹和一下三上斜纹、方平组织、四枚破斜纹组合而成;其中三上一下斜纹组织的经组织点用四枚破斜纹代替,纬组织点用方平组织代替构成三上一下斜纹变化组织;一下三上斜纹的经组织点用方平组织代替,纬组织点用四枚破斜纹组合代替形成一下三上斜纹变化组织,五枚缎纹组织的经组织点用三上一下斜纹变化组织代替,纬组织点用一下三上斜纹变化组织代替构成最终的织物组织结构。本发明的组织结构的设计,使得织物及耐磨又柔软,且织物的芯吸作用发挥到极致。
本发明的表层面料中经密为147根/10cm,纬密为153根/10cm;里层面料中经密为136根/10cm,纬密为144根/10cm。采用本发明设计的经纬密,织物柔软,适合婴幼儿使用,亲肤效果俱佳,且织物的透气性好,配合纤维截面的形状,将皮肤表面的汗水快速的输送至织物外层,风干,能够保持皮肤表层的干燥,也降低了痱子生成的几率。
本发明的面料柔软亲肤,特别适合婴儿使用,其吸湿排汗效果达到现有面料的4-7倍,保持皮肤表面干燥。纤维在织造之前和之后均进行处理,形成的面料对热疹等具有很好的修复作用。

1.一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括纤维预处理剂、海藻纤维、coolmax纤维、凝胶纤维、棉纤维和织物后处理剂;该面料由两层结构构成,表层为coolmax纤维和凝胶纤维混纺而成的外层面料层;里层为海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维的混纺面料层;所述的海藻纤维、coolmax纤维和棉纤维在交织前先利用纤维预处理剂;所述的面料织造完成后利用织物后处理剂进行处理;所述的海藻纤维横截面为海星形结构,且中心为中空结构;
适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料的方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将纤维预处理剂分为A、B两组;A组由以下组分组成:绿原酸1-2份、山柰素0.2-0.5份、异鼠李素0.1-0.3份、壳寡糖溶液5-10份;B组由以下组分组成:薄荷叶提取物3-5份、熊果酸2-3份、橙皮素0.5-0.8份、纳米银0.02-0.05份和壳寡糖溶液5-10份;
(2)作为纬纱的凝胶纤维在B组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;作为经纱的凝胶纤维在A组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;浸渍温度为58-62 ℃;
(3)棉纤维在A组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;海藻纤维和coolmax纤维在B组纤维预处理剂中采用超声振荡的方式浸泡处理;
(4)处理后的棉纤维作为里层面料的纬纱,海藻纤维和coolmax纤维作为里层面料的经纱与棉纤维进行交织形成里层面料;
(5)处理后凝胶纤维和coolmax纤维交织形成表层面料;
(6)表层面料和里层面料通过接结方式连接;
(7)面料织造完成后,按照浸渍织物后处理剂、去除表面多余溶剂、干燥的步骤重复3-5次;首次浸渍温度为68-75℃,之后每次浸渍的温度依次递减5-10℃,浸渍时间为30-50min;每次浸渍后于20-22℃温水中清洗,然后在30-38℃条件下烘干;
织物后处理剂由以下组分构成:纳米银0.05-0.1份、尼克酸3-5份、活性蛋白MAP30 1-3份、皂甙3-6份、精氨酸0.5-1份、维生素B1-3份、维生素C1-3份、维生素E1-3份以及纯水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述壳寡糖溶液的浓度为20-50g/l。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于儿童的祛痱止痒面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中海藻纤维和coolmax纤维的排列比为3:2。
