Abstract

本发明公开了一种车用燃料尾气减排增效剂,汽油添加用,其包括:芳烃溶剂150 50‑80重量份,联苯2‑30重量份,聚异丁烯胺3‑15重量份,聚醚胺FL1000型2‑10重量份,有机氮钼富勒烯3‑10重量份,苯骈三氮唑0.005‑0.1重量份等6种原料组成。将前述的原料投入调油罐中,用齿轮泵经静态混合器混合均匀,用400目(30um)滤网过滤后,静止24小时即得到清澈透明,啤酒色汽油专用清净增效剂。油样经化验分析,密度(20℃):0.91,运动黏度:3mm2/s,闪点(闭口):62℃,硫含量:7PPM,倾点:‑40℃,水份<0.3%,灰份<0.01%。用作国六汽油清净增效剂。本发明主要解决提高国六汽油油品质量的提高,以及降低环保排放要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁能源领域,尤其是涉及一种车用燃料尾气减排增效剂。
背景技术
2019年1月1日起,全国全面供应符合国六标准的汽油,并在销售前在车用 汽油中加入符合环保要求的汽油清净增效剂的要求。
发明内容
本发明利用多种化工原料,芳烃溶剂150、联苯、聚异丁烯胺、聚醚胺FL1000 型、有机氮钼富勒烯、苯骈三氮唑,按如后所述的比例混合调和成一种符合环 保要求的汽油专用“尾气减排增效剂”。
为实现上述本发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种车用燃料尾气减排增效剂由以下重量份制成所制得的产品使用于国六 标准的汽油,添加量为0.2%,大大改善环保要求并降低汽油消耗。
本发明车用燃料尾气减排增效剂组成配方,如下所述:

将前述6种原料组成,投入调油罐中,用齿轮泵经静态混合器混合均匀,用 400目(30um)滤网过滤后,静止24小时即得到清澈透明,啤酒色汽油专用增 效剂。
在本发明配方组成所使用的原料说明如下:
其中芳烃溶剂150(Aromatic solvent 150),包括混合二甲苯及三甲苯, 是一种馏程156℃-200℃的芳烃溶剂,密度(20℃):0.875g/ml,闭口闪点: >62℃的芳烃,是一种高闪点高沸点芳烃溶剂,可以很好与联苯互溶,主要用 作联苯的溶剂。产品由江苏鹏辰新材料科技有限公司生产。
其中联苯分子式:C12H10,分子量:154.21,是一种低毒高能火箭燃料和防 腐剂,热稳定性好,是有机高温载热体的主要组分之一,是本发明的核心技术, 溶于醇、醚、苯等有机溶剂,溶点:68-70℃,沸点:235℃,密度:0.886-1.041 g/ml,产品由江苏中能化学科技股份有限公司生产。
其中聚异丁烯胺(Polyisobutileno-amine:PIBA)能有效清除汽车喷油嘴进气阀和燃烧室沉积物和积碳,产品由巴斯夫上海有限公司生产。
其中聚醚胺FL1000型为分子量约1000的聚醚胺(PEA),密度0.95g/cm, 溶于乙醇,脂肪烃类,重芳烃类等有机溶剂,具有优良的清净、分散、破乳、 缓蚀及抗氧性能,可抑制汽车喷油嘴、进气阀及燃烧室的沉积物生成,产品由 巴斯夫上海有限公司生产。
其中有机氮钼富勒烯是一种由琥珀酰氨,非硫磷有机钼和富勒烯C60复配的 极压抗摩擦剂。在发动机润滑部件正常工况下,在摩擦表面形成一种具有减摩, 抗磨作用的物理化学吸附膜,并有磨痕修复的效果,极大地降低摩擦系数。也 可以用石墨烯纳米级极压抗摩擦改进剂。产品由广州锐圣研化工科技有限公司 生产。
中国专利授权公告号CN 105018186 B,系有关有机氮钼富勒烯润滑剂及其 制备方法,作为本发明的参考数据。
其中苯骈三氮唑,1H-Benzotriazole,分子式C6H5N3,分子量119.13,溶 于乙醇、苯、甲苯,溶点:98.5℃,沸点:204℃,闪点:170℃,主要作为金 属防锈剂和缓蚀剂,产品由南京广骏化工有限公司生产。

以上使用的芳烃溶剂150、联苯、聚异丁烯胺、聚醚胺FL1000型、有机氮钼 富勒烯、苯骈三氮唑的定义如前所述。
将前述的原料组成,投入调油罐中,用齿轮泵经静态混合器混合均匀,用400 目(30um)滤网过滤后,静止24小时即得到清澈透明,啤酒色汽油专用清净增 效剂。油样经化验分析,密度(20℃):0.91g/ml,运动黏度:3mm2/s,闪点(闭 口):62℃,硫含量:7PPM,倾点:-10℃,水份<0.3%,灰份<0.01%。可用作 国六汽油增效剂。
以上所述芳烃溶剂150是一种馏程156℃-200℃芳烃,密度(20℃):0.875 g/ml,闭口闪点:>62℃的芳烃,是一种高闪点、高沸点芳烃溶剂和联苯有很 好的互溶性,为市售石油化工产品。
以上所述联苯是用高温煤焦油提炼的产品,分子式:C12H10,分子量:154.21, 密度(20℃):1.041g/ml,溶点:68-70℃,闪点:113℃,是一种低毒片状固 体,是一种高能燃料和防腐剂,产品由江苏中能化学科技股份有限公司生产。
以上所述聚异丁烯胺是一种清净剂,能清洗油路和喷油嘴的沉积物,使喷油 雾化畅通,雾化效果更好,产品由巴斯夫上海有限公司生产。
以上所述聚醚胺FL1000型是一种高效清净分散剂,能清除燃料系统油污, 使喷油嘴雾化效果更好。可清除燃烧室积碳,恢复新车技术参数。生产厂:德 国巴斯夫公司。
有机氮钼富勒烯是一种由琥珀酰氨,非硫磷有机钼和富勒烯C60复配的抗磨 剂。产品由广州锐圣研化工科技有限公司生产。
其中苯骈三氮唑,1H-Benzotriazole,分子式C6H5N3,分子量119.13,溶 于乙醇、苯、甲苯,溶点:98.5℃,沸点:204℃,闪点:170℃,主要作为金 属防锈剂和缓蚀剂。产品由南京广骏化工有限公司生产。

本发明所得到的车用燃料尾气减排增效剂,添加于国六标准的汽油,其使用 量为0.2%。
本发明实施例1所得到的车用燃料尾气减排增效剂产品送请上海化工研究院 有限公司做排放、动力和节油率检验。其结果:
HC:怠速下降37%,高怠速下降8%。
CO:怠速下降7%,高怠速下降9%。
NOX:怠速下降24%,高怠速下降7%。
动力提高30%以上,节油率高速下降8%。
