一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,包括按头、锁盖、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧和球体,还包括锁合环,锁合环套在主柱上,锁合环与环形座板配合,锁合环支撑压力弹簧的下端;轴向锁合板与锁合槽配合,锁合块与轴向槽和周向槽配合;锁合状态,套体部和导向套锁合在一起,轴向锁合板位于锁合环的下方,锁合块位于轴向槽的下端内,环形支撑台支撑锁合环,压力弹簧处于自然状态;解锁状态或者说工作状态,周向槽的下端支撑锁合块,轴向锁合板和锁合槽嵌合;由锁合状态向工作状态转换时,锁合块由轴向槽进入周向槽内。由于采用这样的结构,锁合环的设置,锁合状态下,压力弹簧处于自然状态,保护了压力弹簧,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按压泵。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种按压泵,包括按头、锁盖、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧和球体,按头包括进液通道、环绕进液通道的导向套和进液通道连通的出液通道,锁盖包括上下开口的套体部、设在套体部内下部的环形支撑台和环绕套体部的法兰;主柱的下端设有下开口腔体,活塞设在副柱的活塞位上,副柱插入主柱内,活塞上部与下开口腔体配合;进液通道插入主柱的上端内,套体部与导向套滑动配合;压力弹簧与环形支撑台及导向套和进液通道之间的按头配合;球体设在本体底部的单向阀座上。存在问题是:锁合状态下,压力弹簧受到压缩,缩短了压力弹簧的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,它具有锁合状态下,压力弹簧处于自然状态,延长了压力弹簧的使用寿命。
本发明是这样实现的:一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,包括按头、锁盖、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧和球体,按头包括进液通道、环绕进液通道的导向套和进液通道连通的出液通道,锁盖包括上下开口的套体部、设在套体部内下部的环形支撑台和环绕套体部的法兰;主柱的下端设有下开口腔体,活塞设在副柱的活塞位上,副柱插入主柱内,活塞上部与下开口腔体配合;进液通道插入主柱的上端内,套体部与导向套滑动配合;压力弹簧与环形支撑台及导向套和进液通道之间的按头配合;球体设在本体底部的单向阀座上;其特殊之处在于:所述环形支撑台上部的套体部设有轴向槽和位于轴向槽上端的周向槽;
主柱上设有环形座板和轴向锁合板,轴向锁合板的下端与环形座板连接;
还包括锁合环,锁合环的中心孔上设有轴向的锁合槽、外周向面上设有二个在一条直径线的锁合块;
锁合环套在主柱上,锁合环与环形座板配合,锁合环支撑压力弹簧的下端;轴向锁合板与锁合槽配合,锁合块与轴向槽和周向槽配合,导向套的内螺纹和套体部的外螺纹配合;
锁合状态,套体部和导向套锁合在一起,轴向锁合板位于锁合环的下方,锁合块位于轴向槽的下端内,环形支撑台支撑锁合环,压力弹簧处于自然状态;解锁状态或者说工作状态,周向槽的下端支撑锁合块,轴向锁合板和锁合槽嵌合;由锁合状态向工作状态转换时,锁合块由轴向槽进入周向槽内。
所述的一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述套体部上的环形支撑台的内直径大于所述主柱上的环形座板的直径。
所述的一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述锁合状态向工作状态转换时,环形座板穿过环形支撑台的中心孔。
所述的一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述工作状态下,压力弹簧处于预压状态。
所述的一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述轴向锁合板的上端设有导向斜面,导向斜面与径向内侧的水平面有锐角夹角。
所述的一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述套体部上部设有外螺纹;所述按头的导向套内壁上设有内螺纹;内螺纹和外螺纹螺合。
所述的一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述导向套的内壁上设有环形扣位,所述套体部的上端设有环形扣钩,环形扣钩与环形扣位嵌合。
所述的一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:所述按头、锁盖、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧、球体和锁合环由塑料材料制成。
本发明一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,由于采用这样的结构,锁合环的设置,锁合状态下,压力弹簧处于自然状态,保护了压力弹簧,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,包括按头1、锁盖2、螺牙3、本体4、主柱5、副柱6、活塞7、压力弹簧8和球体9,按头1包括进液通道1A、环绕进液通道的导向套1B和进液通道连通的出液通道1C,锁盖2包括上下开口的套体部21、设在套体部内下部的环形支撑台22和环绕套体部的法兰23;本体4的底部设有单向阀座41、上部设有圆环形固定板42,主柱5的下端设有下开口腔体51,活塞7设在副柱6的活塞位上,副柱6插入主柱5内,活塞7上部与下开口腔体51配合;进液通道1A插入主柱5的上端内;本体4的上端穿过螺牙3顶板上的贯通孔,锁盖2插入本体4内,法兰23与螺牙的顶板扣合,圆环形固定板42与螺牙3的顶板贴合;套体部21与导向套1B滑动配合;压力弹簧8与环形支撑台22及导向套1B和进液通道1A之间的按头1配合;球体9设在本体4底部的单向阀座41上;
所述环形支撑台22上部的套体部设有轴向槽241和位于轴向槽上端的周向槽242,套体部21上部设有二段外螺纹25;
所述按头1的导向套1B内壁上设有二段内螺纹1D;
主柱5上设有环形座板52和轴向锁合板53,轴向锁合板53的下端与环形座板53连接;
还包括锁合环10,锁合环10的中心孔上设有轴向的锁合槽101、外周向面上设有二个在一条直径线的锁合块102;
锁合环10套在主柱5上,锁合环10与环形座板52配合,锁合环10支撑压力弹簧8的下端;轴向锁合板53与锁合槽101配合,锁合块102与轴向槽241和周向槽242配合,导向套1B的内螺纹1C和套体部21的外螺纹25配合;
图1是本发明锁合状态的剖视图。锁合状态,内螺纹1D和外螺纹25螺合,轴向锁合板53位于锁合环10的下方,锁合块102位于轴向槽241的下端内,环形支撑台22支撑锁合环10,压力弹簧8处于自然状态;
在图1、图3所示的锁合状态下,向工作状态转换时,首先,顺时针转动按头1,主柱5、副柱6和活塞7随按头1一起转动;其次,将按头1,主柱5、副柱6和活塞7一起向上移动,主柱5上的环形座板52穿过环形支撑台22,主柱5上的轴向锁合板53与锁合环10上的锁合槽101嵌合,环形座板52支撑锁合环10,与此同时,锁合块102经轴向槽241进入周向槽242内;
第三,将按头1,主柱5、副柱6、活塞7和锁合环10一起转动;周向槽241的底板支撑锁合块102;压力弹簧8处于预压状态;
第四,按压按头1、按头1、主柱5、副柱6和活塞7向下移动;主柱5上的轴向锁合板53和锁合环10上的锁合槽101分离,出液。
所述套体部21上的环形支撑台22的内直径大于所述主柱5上的环形座板52的外直径。
所述锁合状态向工作状态转换时,环形座板52穿过环形支撑台22的中心孔。
所述工作状态下,压力弹簧8处于预压状态。
所述轴向锁合板53的上端设有导向斜面531,导向斜面531与径向内侧的水平面有锐角夹角。
所述按头1、锁盖2、螺牙3、本体4、主柱5、副柱6、活塞7、压力弹簧8、球体9和锁合环10由塑料材料制成。
如图14、图15所示,所述导向套1B的内壁上设有环形扣位1B1,如图14、图16所示,所述套体部21的上端设有环形扣钩211,环形扣钩211与环形扣位1B1嵌合;
在图14所示的锁合状态下,向工作状态转换时,首先,将按头1,主柱5、副柱6和活塞7一起向上移动,环形扣钩211与环形扣位1B1分离;主柱5上的环形座板52穿过环形支撑台22,主柱5上的轴向锁合板53与锁合环10上的锁合槽101嵌合,环形座板52支撑锁合环10,与此同时,锁合块102经轴向槽241进入周向槽242内;
第二,将按头1,主柱5、副柱6、活塞7和锁合环10一起转动;周向槽241的底板支撑锁合块102;压力弹簧8处于预压状态;
第三,按压按头1、按头1、主柱5、副柱6和活塞7向下移动;主柱5上的轴向锁合板53和锁合环10上的锁合槽101分离,出液。

1.一种改进锁合结构的按压泵,包括按头、锁盖、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧和球体,按头包括进液通道、环绕进液通道的导向套和进液通道连通的出液通道,锁盖包括上下开口的套体部、设在套体部内下部的环形支撑台和环绕套体部的法兰;主柱的下端设有下开口腔体,活塞设在副柱的活塞位上,副柱插入主柱内,活塞上部与下开口腔体配合;进液通道插入主柱的上端内,套体部与导向套滑动配合;压力弹簧与环形支撑台及导向套和进液通道之间的按头配合;球体设在本体底部的单向阀座上;其特征在于:所述环形支撑台上部的套体部设有轴向槽和位于轴向槽上端的周向槽;
主柱上设有环形座板和轴向锁合板,轴向锁合板的下端与环形座板连接;
还包括锁合环,锁合环的中心孔上设有轴向的锁合槽、外周向面上设有二个在一条直径线的锁合块;
锁合环套在主柱上,锁合环与环形座板配合,锁合环支撑压力弹簧的下端;轴向锁合板与锁合槽配合,锁合块与轴向槽和周向槽配合,导向套的内螺纹和套体部的外螺纹配合;
锁合状态,套体部和导向套锁合在一起,轴向锁合板位于锁合环的下方,锁合块位于轴向槽的下端内,环形支撑台支撑锁合环,压力弹簧处于自然状态;解锁状态或者说工作状态,周向槽的下端支撑锁合块,轴向锁合板和锁合槽嵌合;由锁合状态向工作状态转换时,锁合块由轴向槽进入周向槽内;
所述套体部上的环形支撑台的内直径大于所述主柱上的环形座板的直径;
所述锁合状态向工作状态转换时,环形座板穿过环形支撑台的中心孔;
所述工作状态下,压力弹簧处于预压状态;
所述轴向锁合板的上端设有导向斜面,导向斜面与径向内侧的水平面有锐角夹角;
所述套体部上部设有外螺纹;所述按头的导向套内壁上设有内螺纹;内螺纹和外螺纹螺合;
或所述导向套的内壁上设有环形扣位,所述套体部的上端设有环形扣钩,环形扣钩与环形扣位嵌合。
