Abstract

本发明公开一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜及其成型工艺,防滑水转印膜包括有水溶性薄膜、油墨堆积层、上色图案层以及保护涂层;该水溶性薄膜的一表面形成多个凸部;该油墨堆积层叠合在水溶性薄膜上并覆盖住多个凸部,该油墨堆积层包括以下重量份的组份:聚氨酯树脂30‑60份,丙烯酸脂20‑50份,光引化剂10‑12份,防沉剂4‑10份,湿润剂3‑10份、疏水剂3‑15份;该上色图案层覆盖住在油墨堆积层;该保护涂层覆盖住上色图案层。通过本发明方法,水转印膜使用凸点聚焦的原理,在水溶性薄膜上形成凹凸感,后续通过正常操作可以让产品表面具有防滑凸点的凹凸手感效果,用户体验更真实更贴近生活本质。

Description

具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜及其成型工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷领域技术,尤其是指一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜及其成型工艺。
背景技术
水转印工艺在印刷行业已经得到成熟应用,极大的丰富了产品的多元性和多样性,为所有的表面处理带来了非常广阔的前景,提高了产品的附增价值。水转印工艺以薄膜为载体,通过各种转移的方式,最终印刷到想要的产品(平面、曲面、立体等等)上去。然而目前的水转印工艺一般只能完成平面印刷,采用水转印刷工艺涉及的立体曲面印刷难度较大,但随着人民生活水平的提高,对工艺有了一个全新的认识和对待,除了要求水转印刷膜具备呈现原图色彩外,还需要产品具有一些其他的功能,例如:防滑、手感更佳等等,还要求水转印工艺需要更加环保,使图案更加具有立体感,因此需要行业内的人员对现在的印刷工艺做出新的改进。
随着科技的发展,目前已经通过一些复杂特殊的工艺手法制造出一些具有凹凸感的薄膜,也能达到防滑、增加手感等等功能,但是形成的成品不稳定,不同的成品可能差别会有一些大,而且需要产出成品的过程中需要添加一些特殊的活化剂,操作工艺复杂,需要的人工比较多,而且需要十分有经验的师傅操作才能完成,这是一个非常费时费力的过程,最主要最后成品率特别低,大概在30%左右。因此,有必要研究一种方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜及其成型工艺,其能有效解决现有之具有凹凸感的薄膜成型工艺复杂、成品率低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜,包括有水溶性薄膜、油墨堆积层、上色图案层以及保护涂层;该水溶性薄膜的一表面形成多个凸部;该油墨堆积层叠合在水溶性薄膜上并覆盖住多个凸部,该油墨堆积层包括以下重量份的组份:聚氨酯树脂30-60份,丙烯酸脂20-50份,光引化剂10-12份,防沉剂4-10份,湿润剂3-10份、疏水剂3-15份;该上色图案层覆盖住在油墨堆积层;该保护涂层覆盖住上色图案层。
作为一种优选方案,所述多个凸部均为圆点结构。
作为一种优选方案,所述水溶性薄膜为PVA聚乙烯醇薄膜。
作为一种优选方案,所述油墨堆积层的厚度为100-400μm。
作为一种优选方案,所述凸部的高度为100-300μm。
一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜的成型工艺,包括有以下步骤:
(1)依据成品防滑凸点的形状和高度,在制版上进行雕刻形成相应深度的多个凹槽;
(2)利用制版成型水溶性薄膜,利用多个凹槽使得水溶性薄膜的一表面形成多个凸部;
(3)取出水溶性薄膜,并在水溶性薄膜有凸部的一表面进行油墨堆积,以形成油墨堆积层;
(4)在油墨堆积层的表面上印刷上色图案层以形成半成品;
(5)将上述半成品以常规的水转印方法转印到工件的外表面上;
(6)在上色图案层的表面进行涂覆以形成保护涂层即得成品,该成品的外表面形成有防滑凸点。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过采用上述方法,水转印膜使用凸点聚焦的原理,在水溶性薄膜上形成凹凸感,后续通过正常操作可以让产品表面具有防滑凸点的凹凸手感效果,用户体验更真实更贴近生活本质,本产品及工艺完美呈现电脑上原图色彩,更具有立体感,水转印工艺更加环保,无需采用特殊活化剂,成本可以降低40%-50%,成本更低,成本操作工艺更简单,不用那么复杂繁琐,并且成品率可以达到98%以上,成品上的小凸点可以达到一个很好防滑的功能,并且让传统水转印薄膜表面上具有鲜明、稳定的小凸点,形成的小凸点可以做到防滑、增强手感等功能。
为更清楚地阐述本发明的结构特征和功效,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本发明进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜的具体结构,包括有水溶性薄膜10、油墨堆积层20、上色图案层30以及保护涂层40。
该水溶性薄膜10的一表面形成多个凸部11;在本实施例中,所述水溶性薄膜10为PVA聚乙烯醇薄膜,所述多个凸部11均为圆点结构,所述凸部11的高度为100-300μm。
该油墨堆积层20叠合在水溶性薄膜10上并覆盖住多个凸部11,该油墨堆积层20包括以下重量份的组份:聚氨酯树脂30-60份,丙烯酸脂20-50份,光引化剂10-12份,防沉剂4-10份,湿润剂3-10份、疏水剂3-15份,所述油墨堆积层20的厚度为100-400μm。
该上色图案层30覆盖住在油墨堆积层20;该保护涂层40覆盖住上色图案层30。
一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜的成型工艺,包括有以下步骤:
(1)依据成品防滑凸点的形状和高度,在制版上进行雕刻形成相应深度的多个凹槽。
(2)利用制版成型水溶性薄膜10,利用多个凹槽使得水溶性薄膜10的一表面形成多个凸部11。
(3)取出水溶性薄膜10,并在水溶性薄膜10有凸部11的一表面进行油墨堆积,以形成油墨堆积层20。
(4)在油墨堆积层20的表面上印刷上色图案层30以形成半成品(如图1所示),上色图案层30为单颜色或多颜色图案层。
(5)将上述半成品以常规的水转印方法转印到工件的外表面上。
(6)在上色图案层30的表面进行涂覆以形成保护涂层40即得成品,该成品的外表面形成有防滑凸点101(如图2和图3所示)。
通过采用上述方法,水转印膜使用凸点聚焦的原理,在水溶性薄膜上形成凹凸感,后续通过正常操作可以让产品表面具有防滑凸点的凹凸手感效果,用户体验更真实更贴近生活本质,本产品及工艺完美呈现电脑上原图色彩,更具有立体感,水转印工艺更加环保,无需采用特殊活化剂,成本可以降低40%-50%,成本更低,成本操作工艺更简单,不用那么复杂繁琐,并且成品率可以达到98%以上,成品上的小凸点可以达到一个很好防滑的功能,并且让传统水转印薄膜表面上具有鲜明、稳定的小凸点,形成的小凸点可以做到防滑、增强手感等功能。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜,其特征在于:包括有水溶性薄膜、油墨堆积层、上色图案层以及保护涂层;该水溶性薄膜的一表面形成多个凸部;该油墨堆积层叠合在水溶性薄膜上并覆盖住多个凸部,该油墨堆积层包括以下重量份的组份:聚氨酯树脂30-60份,丙烯酸脂20-50份,光引化剂10-12份,防沉剂4-10份,湿润剂3-10份、疏水剂3-15份;该上色图案层覆盖住在油墨堆积层;该保护涂层覆盖住上色图案层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜,其特征在于:所述多个凸部均为圆点结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜,其特征在于:所述水溶性薄膜为PVA聚乙烯醇薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜,其特征在于:所述油墨堆积层的厚度为100-400μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜,其特征在于:所述凸部的高度为100-300μm。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的具有凹凸感的防滑水转印膜的成型工艺,其特征在于:包括有以下步骤:
(1)依据成品防滑凸点的形状和高度,在制版上进行雕刻形成相应深度的多个凹槽;
(2)利用制版成型水溶性薄膜,利用多个凹槽使得水溶性薄膜的一表面形成多个凸部;
(3)取出水溶性薄膜,并在水溶性薄膜有凸部的一表面进行油墨堆积,以形成油墨堆积层;
(4)在油墨堆积层的表面上印刷上色图案层以形成半成品;
(5)将上述半成品以常规的水转印方法转印到工件的外表面上;
(6)在上色图案层的表面进行涂覆以形成保护涂层即得成品,该成品的外表面形成有防滑凸点。
