本发明提供了一种基于Durabio材料的眼镜注塑制备工艺及其产品,在备料、配比拌合、烘烤、注塑、保压等工艺环节下,基于植物源的生物工程材料,生产出不含双酚A的眼镜,解决低龄儿童佩戴眼镜时,啃咬眼镜,摄入双酚A的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及眼镜注塑技术领域,具体涉及基于Durabio材料的眼镜注塑制备工艺及其产品。
背景技术
Durabio材料源自三菱化学,主要成份是Plant-derived Glucose植物源葡萄糖+Sorbitol 山梨醇+生物基单体:Isosorbide异山梨醇+R共聚单体。
Durabio结合了聚碳酸酯(PC)和聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMMA)的特性。该材料具有优异的光学和机械性能、高耐热性、耐刮擦性和耐磨性以及极好的透光性和抗紫外线性。更关键的是它不含BPA(双酚A),是一种生物基工程塑料,由植物衍生的异山梨醇制成。在工业上双酚A被用来合成聚碳酸酯(PC)和环氧树脂等材料。进而备用制造眼镜产品。
BPA能导致内分泌失调,威胁着胎儿和儿童的健康。癌症和新陈代谢紊乱导致的肥胖也被认为与此有关。一些期刊文献,也证实了这类观点(如期刊:现代预防医学,发表的《双酚A对机体的影响及其作用机制》,DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1003-8507.2008.17.011等)。欧盟认为含双酚A奶瓶会诱发性早熟。从2011年3月2日起,禁止生产含化学物质双酚 A(BPA)的婴儿奶瓶。
现有注塑眼镜存在的问题:现如今,低龄儿童视力问题越来越多,幼儿园阶段,都能看到许多孩子佩戴眼镜。一些儿童自我保护意识不足,习惯将眼镜放在嘴中啃咬,普通塑料材质制成,极容易在该过程中摄入眼镜中的BPA,或其他有害物质,对儿童身体健康造成不利影响。
而现有眼镜产品没有关注这块隐患,且没有针对生物基工程塑料的眼镜产品,存在不足。
而且,Durabio材质不仅有健康方面的优势,其他性能,也为眼镜产品带来了独特的效果。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术的不足,提供了一种全植物来源,不含双酚A的眼镜及基于Durabio材料的眼镜注塑制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案:一种基于Durabio材料的眼镜注塑制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤1、备料:将Durabio原材料与色粉进行拌合,拌合比例为1:0.005~1:0.012;
步骤2、烘烤:在伴有除湿机的烤箱里面用85~90度的温度下烘烤6~8小时;
步骤3、注塑:将烧烤好的材料通过注塑机进行注塑成型,注射温度为215℃~240℃,模具温度要通过油温控制在85~95度;
步骤4、保压:材料溶胶阶段,在型腔内保压9秒,制件冷却10秒后至顶出成型产品。
采用上述技术方案,在工艺步骤1、2中,通过前期将Durabio原材料与色粉按特定比例拌合、烘烤,注塑后的到的产品无需喷漆配色。
免喷漆的优势在于气味等级,常规眼镜注塑后在喷漆,形成色彩、质感,但带来的负面效果是气味达到66.8mg/m3。眼镜长期佩戴于面部,佩戴者日常吸入,对健康不利。
本发明的选材、配比、工艺,利用了Durabio材料的高透明性,其透光率达到90%以上,然后通过精选的色粉配比,在注塑前期调和出所需的色彩、质感,注塑后的产品无需再喷漆,气味仅为0.006mg/m3,具有显著进步。
本发明采用的Durabio原料,来自三菱化学,经第三方多项检测合格。
注塑温度最高不能超过240度,过高会使原材料性能降解。
本发明的进一步设置:所述步骤1中拌合比例为1:0.006~1:0.01。
采用上述技术方案,色粉过多制件表面会不够亮,有起麻点的现象,过少色泽不亮。
本发明的进一步设置:所述步骤2中烘烤时间为6.5小时。
本发明的进一步设置:所述步骤3中,模具为镜面模具。
采用上述技术方案,采用镜面模具,产出的眼镜表面精度,无需二次加工,成型过程不会产生彩虹纹。
本发明的进一步设置:一种基于Durabio材料的眼镜注塑制备工艺制得的一种眼镜,包括镜框及镜腿。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,SGS的检测报告显示了Durabio材料VOC检测合格。
一种基于Durabio材料的眼镜注塑制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤1、备料:将Durabio原材料与色粉进行拌合,拌合比例为1:0.005~1:0.012;
步骤2、烘烤:在伴有除湿机的烤箱里面用85~90度的温度下烘烤6~8小时;
步骤3、注塑:将烧烤好的材料通过注塑机进行注塑成型,注射温度为215℃~240℃,模具温度要通过油温控制在85~95度;
步骤4、保压:材料溶胶阶段,在型腔内保压9秒,制件冷却10秒后至顶出成型产品。

1.一种基于Durabio材料的眼镜注塑制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤1、备料:将Durabio原材料与色粉进行拌合,拌合比例为1:0.005~1:0.012;
步骤2、烘烤:在伴有除湿机的烤箱里面用85~90度的温度下烘烤6~8小时;
步骤3、注塑:将烧烤好的材料通过注塑机进行注塑成型,注射温度为215℃~240℃,模具温度要通过油温控制在85~95度;
步骤4、保压:材料溶胶阶段,在型腔内保压9秒,制件冷却10秒后至顶出成型产品。
